Claims (10)
- Verpressgerät (1) mit Presshebeln (2), die mit einer Verbindungslasche (7, 8) zangenartig drehbar miteinander verbunden sind und jeweils ein oberes, freies Maulende (14, 16) ausbilden, wobei eine Überwachungseinrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist, die eine zur Freigabe eines Presslings (42) geeignete Öffnungsstellung der Presshebel (2) nur erreichen lässt, wenn zuvor eine vollständige Verpressung unter Erreichen einer Mindestschließstellung der Presshebel (2) durchgeführt wurde, wobei an einem der Presshebel (2) zur Abfrage der Relativstellung der Presshebel (2) zueinander ein mechanischer, elektronischer oder elektrischer Sensor (15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (15) im oberen freien Maulende (14) des einen Presshebels (2) angeordnet ist.
- Verpressgerät (1) mit Presshebeln (2), die mit einer Verbindungslasche (7, 8) und unter Zwischenschaltung eines Walzkörpers (52, 53) zangenartig drehbar miteinander verbunden sind und ein Maulende (14, 16) ausbilden, wobei eine Überwachungseinrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist, die eine zur Freigabe eines Presslings (42) geeeignete Öffnungsstellung der Presshebel (2) nur erreichen lasst, wenn zuvor eine vollständige Verpressung unter Erreichen einer Mindestschließstellung der Presshebel durchgeführt wurde, wobei an einem der Presshebel zur Abfrage der Relativstellung der Presshebel zueinander ein mechanischer Auslösestift (23) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslösestift (23) mit einem Sperrschieber (36) zusamenwirkt, der einen Sperrstift (38) aufweist, welcher Sperrstift (38) bei unvollständiger Verpressung eine Öffnungsbewegung der Presshebel (2) um den Walzkörper (52, 53) hindert.
- Verpressgerät (1) mit Presshebeln (2), die mit einer Verbindungslasche (7, 8) zangenartig drehbar miteinander verbunden sind und ein Maulende (14, 16) ausbilden, wobei eine Überwachungseinrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist, die eine zur Freigabe eines Presslings (42) geeignete Öffnungsstellung der Presshebel (2) nur erreichen lässt, wenn zuvor eine vollständige Verpressung unter Erreichen einer Mindestschließstellung der Presshebel (2) durchgeführt wurde, wobei an einer der Presshebel (2) zur Abfrage der Relativstellung der Presshebel (2) zueinander ein mechanischer Sensor (15) angeordnet ist, wobei der mechanische Sensor (15) bei einer Fehlschließung der Presshebel (2) eine mechanische Verriegelung im Bereich der Verbindungslasche (7, 8) auslöst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung durch die Verbindungslasche (7, 8) nach außen abgedeckt ist.
- Verpressgerät (1) mit Presshebeln (2), die mit einer Verbindungslasche (7, 8) zangenartig drehbar miteinander verbunden sind und jeweils ein oberes, freies Maulende (14, 16) ausbilden, wobei eine Überwachungseinrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist, die eine zur Freigabe eines Presslings (42) geeignete Öffnungsstellung der Presshebel (2) nur erreichen lässt, wenn zuvor eine vollständige Verpressung unter Erreichen einer Mindestschließstellung der Presshebel (2) durchgeführt wurde, wobei an einem der Presshebel (2) zur Abfrage der Relativstellung der Presshebel (2) zueinander ein mechanischer, elektronischer oder elektrischer Sensor (15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwachungseinrichtung (13) insgesamt im Inneren eines Presshebels (2) angeordnet ist.
- Verpressgerät (1) mit Presshebeln (2), die mit einer Verbindungslasche (7, 8) zangenartig drehbar miteinander verbunden sind und jeweils ein oberes, freies Maulende (14, 16) ausbilden, wobei eine Überwachungseinrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist, die eine zur Freigabe eines Presslings (42) geeignete Öffnungsstellung der Presshebel (2) nur erreichen lässt, wenn zuvor eine vollständige Verpressung unter Erreichen einer Mindestschließstellung der Presshebel (2) durchgeführt wurde, wobei an einem der Presshebel (2) zur Abfrage der Relativstellung der Presshebel (2) zueinander ein mechanischer, elektronischer oder elektrischer Sensor (15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwachungseinrichtung (13) gegenüber der Außenfläche des Presshebels (2) versenkt oder plan angeordnet ist.
- Verpressgerät (1) mit Presshebeln (2), die mit einer Verbindungslasche (7, 8) zangenartig drehbar miteinander verbunden sind und jeweils ein oberes, freies Maulende (14, 16) ausbilden, wobei eine Überwachungseinrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist, die eine zur Freigabe eines Presslings (42) geeignete Öffnungsstellung der Presshebel (2) nur erreichen lässt, wenn zuvor eine vollständige Verpressung unter Erreichen einer Mindestschließstellung der Presshebel (2) durchgeführt wurde, wobei an einem der Presshebel (2) zur Abfrage der Relativstellung der Presshebel (2) zueinander ein mechanischer, elektronischer oder elektrischer Sensor (15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (15) gegebenenfalls mit Ausnahme einer Sensorspitze (71) im Inneren eines Presshebels (2) angeordnet ist.
- Verpressgerät (1) mit Presshebeln (2), die mit einer Verbindungslasche (7, 8) zangenartig drehbar miteinander verbunden sind und jeweils ein oberes, freies Maulende (14, 16) ausbilden, wobei eine Überwachungseinrichtung (13) vorgesehen ist, die eine zur Freigabe eines Presslings (42) geeignete Öffnungsstellung der Presshebel (2) nur erreichen lässt, wenn zuvor eine vollständige Verpressung unter Erreichen einer Mindestschließstellung der Presshebel (2) durchgeführt wurde, wobei an einem der Presshebel (2) zur Abfrage der Relativstellung der Presshebel (2) zueinander ein mechanischer, elektronischer oder elektrischer Sensor (15) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (15) gegenüber der Außenfläche des Presshebels (2) versenkt oder plan angeordnet ist.
- Verpressgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (15) bzw. der Auslösestift (23) im oberen freien Maulende (14) des einen Presshebels (2) angeordnet ist.
- Verpressgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, wobei die Presshebel (2) unter Zwischenschaltung eines Walzkörpers (52, 53) zangenartig drehbar miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (15) bzw. der Auslösestift (23) mit einem Sperrschieber (36) zussammenwirkt, der einen Sperrstift (38) aufweist, welcher Sperrstift (38) bei unvollständiger Verpressung eine Öffnungsbewegung der Presshebel (2) um den Walzkörper (52, 53) hindert.
- Verpressgerät nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche oder insbesondere danach, wobei der Sensor (15) bzw. der Auslöser (23) bei einer Fehlschließung der Presshebel (2) eine Verriegelung im Bereich der Verbindungslasche (7, 8) auslöst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung durch die Verbindungslasche (7, 8) nach außen abgedeckt ist.
