Definitions
- the invention relates to a hinge for doors or windows having the features of the preamble of the claim 1.
- Rotating belts serve as connecting elements between the Wing and the frame. They allow the pivoting of the Wing on the frame. They also have to be suitable be to adjust the door leaf relative to the frame can.
- Conventional and well-known rotary belts with the features mentioned are designed so that the horizontal wing adjustments permitting Thisverstell noticeden integrated in the wing band, the vertical
- wing adjustment permittedcannverstell Roaden in the frame band. This is disadvantageous in several ways. For example, the wing band becomes relative to the frame band at a height adjustment of the adjustment height accordingly relocated. There are gaps, the height of adjustment are correspondingly different in size. Consequently is a uniform appearance of the rotary belt in the possible different height positions not possible.
- the invention is therefore based on the object Specify the rotary belt of the type mentioned, with technical simple means this above problem is eliminated.
- a Turntable for doors or windows with one on a wing an infrastructureden wing band, which with a hinge axis on a hinged to a frame to be fastened frame band is, with an integrated into the wing band, horizontal Wing adjustments permitting soverstell noticed and with a vertical wing adjustments permitting Height adjustment, wherein the height adjustment together with the side adjustment in the wing band is integrated and the height and soverstell listeningen are integrated by means of a cross slide, which with a first carriage plate horizontally and with a second Slide plate is vertically adjustable, with the wing band a clamping plate, with which it shares with the Cross slide on the wing is immovable to attach.
- the clamping plate while the fastener for both the wing band as also forms for the cross slide.
- the clamping plate results in a total unadjustable on the wing fixed adjusting device. With a single Clamp are therefore all possible adjustment both the side and the height adjustment blocked.
- the cross slide is basically capable of all points of a level with one of the slide plates to control. In the present here Turning belt can thus all positions of the wing in the wing level by influencing the altitude and / or on the soverstell Rhein under the constructive predetermined setting limits are achieved. That's it not absolutely necessary that the slide plates either horizontally or vertically adjustable. It is much more also possible, they diagonally to the horizontal and to the vertical to arrange.
- the angle between the adjustment directions of the two slide plates a right is.
- Reasons for a deviation of the adjustment directions from the horizontal and / or from the vertical For example, be seen in that the wing a preferably oblique Abkippraum which, if possible be controlled with a single adjustment should.
- the rotary belt in such a way that the sunk first slide plate or the second carriage plate in a recess of the wing band between this and the second carriage plate and the first carriage plate, respectively is adjustable.
- This way basically achieved that both slide plates on one side of the wing hinge can be arranged in the same recess. at the same time
- the second slide plate forms one the base plate firmly resting on it and immovable base plate, with the all wing movements on the first Carriage plate and transferred from this on the wing band can be.
- the relative displacement between the two Slide plates ensures relative displacement the wing band with respect to all points of Verstellbene of the cross slide.
- a further development of the rotating band is expedient to that the second carriage plate on the first carriage plate horizontally adjustable but vertically limited is adjustable or that the first slide plate on the second slide plate horizontally limited adjustable, however vertically adjustable.
- everyone is Carriage plate assigned a single adjustment and At the same time, a positive connection between the first and the second carriage plate are formed so that it is able to transmit particularly high loads.
- the above-described positive connection of the rotating belt can be achieved in particular by the fact that the first and the second carriage plate with vertical grooves and Ribs are vertically adjustable in engagement or that the first and the second carriage plate with horizontal grooves and Ribs are horizontally adjustable in engagement.
- the second carriage plate within the first carriage plate receiving recess arranged and their vertical adjustability of this Recess is limited. This is particularly advantageous if the first and the second slide plate on the same Side of the wing band are arranged.
- the second slide plate with a wing-side outer wall of the wing band is aligned. she is then complete together with the first slide plate arranged within the recess of the wing band. It results a dense system of the second slide plate on Wing and the wing band is correspondingly close to the wing at.
- the rotating belt on the wing can be designed so that the second carriage plate practically one by the height of the wing band certain height minus the vertical Adjustment height and the training for the second carriage plate receiving recess required wall thicknesses of copebandes, and that the second slide plate by a the width of the wing band has certain width, minus the horizontal adjustment width and the training needed the second slide plate receiving recess Wall thicknesses of the wing band.
- this is thereby a second slide plate with comparatively large Area reached.
- a large sled plate is advantageous because the large sled area is a large area Edition on the wing has the consequence, so that a corresponding secure attachment can be made.
- the second carriage plate or a wing-side clamp near corners and / or edges in one piece or rigidly mounted, in the Wing engaging support pins and / or holding claws has.
- the support pins and / or retaining claws form an immediate Connection with the wing, so without distance between the second carriage plate and the wing, so that at sufficiently accurate production, a tipping of the second Slide plate or the wing band on the wing excluded can be.
- the rotary belt can be formed so that between the first / second carriage plate and the wing band a horizontal / vertical adjusting screw and between the second / first and the first / second slide plate a vertical adjustment screw is arranged that screw heads the adjusting screws depending on a through opening of the wing hinge are adjacent, that the horizontal adjusting screw with her screw head in the wing band / the first slide plate immovably engages as well as on a screw shaft a form-fitting engaging in the first carriage plate Has adjusting nut, and that the vertical adjusting screw with her screw head in the first slide plate / the Wing band invisible engaging as well as on one Screw shaft one in the second carriage plate form-fitting having engaging adjusting nut.
- a special training of the rotary belt is characterized in that the cross slide wing side or wing toge mindfult a guide wall of the wing band and the clamping plate on the side of the guide wall facing away from the cross slide are arranged.
- the Guide wall in every position of the cross table of the vertical Location of all the adjustment or the clamping serving plates.
- the plates can be perpendicular to the guide wall and thus not to adjust the wing level. at the same time results from the arrangement of the guide wall between Plates a good structural stability.
- the clamping plate can be made large enough to the required Transfer clamping forces on the guide wall can.
- the second alternative described above is based the wing band over the clamping plate on the wing, this is so comparatively close. It turns out advantageous solid constructive bond between the wing band, the clamping plate and the wing, by comparatively small wall thicknesses can be excellent.
- Another training of the rotary belt with respect to his Clamp is characterized in that the clamping plate in a wing - turned / wing - turned recess of the Wing band is arranged and flush with the outer surface lies or slightly protrudes. Accordingly, the Clamp placed inside the wing band and it results in a functional and handsome design of the Rotating band.
- the above-described second alternative supports a contact structure in the area between the wing band and the wing. The slight protrusion of the clamping plate does not cause the wing band in the attachment in competition with the clamping plate occurs, so a predetermined Fixing can be ensured.
- the rotary belt can be further formed so that the clamping plate and the second carriage plate are aligned, Fastening screws have leading through holes, the first slide plate allows its vertical adjustments Vertical slots has, and that the guide wall of Wing band with vertical and horizontal band movements with respect to the fixing screws permitting recesses is provided.
- the wing band with the Clamping plate can be clamped reliably on the wing, although the Clamping blade wing substitutegeved is arranged on the wing band.
- the clamping plate for guiding the mounting screws used, in conjunction with the second slide plate This contributes to a stabilization the attachment of the wing band with wings at.
- the construction with the clamping plate be formed so that adjustments of the wing band are possible without fastening means of the clamping plate to have to solve.
- the rotating band is formed that the clamping plate with guide pins through recesses the wing band and vertical slots of the first carriage plate engages in the second carriage plate and, if necessary is firmly connected with it.
- the Clamping plate in the second carriage plate and also at one solid composite of both parts is the relative mobility of first slide plate and the guide wall or the Axial bore carrying area of the sash guaranteed.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment of the rotating belt is achieved when a carriage plate in a vertical or horizontal recess of the wing band or its guide wall is vertically or horizontally limited adjustable.
- the relevant guide the slide plate can be used as the main guide be formed of the carriage on the wing band.
- a special education draws in the aforementioned sense characterized in that the second carriage plate with a Guide bar in the vertical recess and / or with guide cam engages in vertical guide grooves of the guide wall, and that the guide bar, if necessary, over horizontal Driving grooves and ribs with the wing-side clamping plate is in vertical driving engagement.
- the intervention of second slide plate in the vertical recess causes that the wing band perpendicular to the wing comparatively compact can be trained.
- there is the possibility namely with correspondingly far reaching penetration the guide rail in the area of the clamping plate, between both form a stable entrainment intervention that is not only the required adjustment of the clamping plate is ensured but also unproblematic leadership in the form allowed to apply grooves and ribs.
- Guide cams in vertical guide grooves of the guide wall will be an even further stabilization of the band structure reached.
- the rotary belt it is preferable to form the rotary belt so that the first carriage plate recesses of the guide wall having sweeping support projections on the clamping plate are supported and, if necessary, mounting screws have leading through holes.
- the bracing of the first Sliding plate on the clamping plate causes last be pressed with the support projections against the wings can.
- Another intervening part, such as the second slide plate, which defines the entire wing band should be clamped with, is in the area fastening screws unavailable. It results in a Space-saving design, when the supporting projections through-holes have, through which the fastening screws for Attachment can be inserted through the wing.
- the hinge can be given a handsome appearance, if the wing hinge on the visible side of a non-adjustable, the Clamp the cap covering the first carriage plate having.
- the cap can also be used for this purpose will disguise the wing band altogether, so that so Access openings of the wing band for the adjusting screws, for fixing screws of the clamping plate and others Parts that are not accessible to the function of the rotary belt could affect.
- the dismantling of the rotating belt can be advantageous to form this so that a Achsingbohrung the wing band laterally accessible, but from the Cover cap is covered.
- the accessibility of the axle receiving bore allows the hinge axis or any existing additional axle after a removal of the cap drive out, thereby the articulated connection between the wing band and the rotary belt to solve.
- the invention further relates to a Turntable for doors or windows, with one on a wing an infrastructureden wing band, which with a hinge axis on a hinged to a frame to be fastened frame band is.
- the joint axis is usually as long as the entire revolving belt is high. Especially extends the hinge axis practically over the entire height of the wing band.
- This has two-piece swivel belts the consequence that the wing of the height of the wing band must be raised accordingly, so that the wing band of the joint axis can be taken. Often, however, there is one such height is not available because the upper hinge is arranged tightly under a building ceiling.
- the hinge axis has an engagement length in the wing band, the shorter than its Achsingbohrung is in the upper free end of a hole releasably attached to the frame band Axis pin is inserted.
- the axle pin is first released. Then the door needs only according to the engagement length of the Joint axis to be lifted to the wing band from the frame band to be able to remove laterally.
- the Guaranteed stability of the rotating belt namely as a result of Bipartite of the whole, from the joint axis and the Achsstruct formed axis of rotation of the rotating belt.
- the wing can in particular be hung and unhooked as usual. It is not necessary when installing and removing the door leaf to pay attention to a special construction of the rotating belt. Subsequent installation of the axle pin affects this Do not hang the door leaf.
- the rotary belt in such a way that the Wing strap one between the hinge axis and the axle pin Has in the Achsingbohrung engaging axle stop.
- the axle stop prevents puncturing both the hinge axis, as well as the axle pin. This will be the Burglary resistance of the rotating belt improved.
- the rotary belt can be formed be that the axle of a two-piece rotary belt with a Cross-bar is held against horizontal loads, which is, if necessary, releasably secured to the frame band.
- the Cross-strap transmits loads acting on the axle pin.
- the cross-strap can be releasably attached to the frame band.
- a two-part Achs can be at a Advantageously use a rotating belt so that the axle pin of a three-piece rotating belt and the hinge axis formed the same and with mutually facing annular grooves in the Achsfactbohrung the wing band are arranged.
- This Design of the rotating belt is due to the number of parts reduced the equal training of the axle pin and the hinge axis.
- the structure of the rotating belt in the rest can on it be matched.
- the swivel belts shown in the figures each exist from a wing band 10 which is connected to a frame band 12 is hingedly connected via a hinge axis 11.
- the wing band 10 is in a conventional and therefore not shown manner attached to a wing, e.g. on the frame of a door leaf.
- the frame band 12 is also conventional and therefore not shown attached to a frame, e.g. on a window frame of a door.
- These fortifications serve the mounting holes shown in Figures 2.8 40 and not shown fastening screws.
- the Mounting holes 40 are located in a mounting leg 12 ', to which the two-piece rotary belt of 2 below a bearing eye 12 '' connects, while the in Fig.
- each bearing eye 12' ' has, which is integral with the mounting leg 12 '.
- support pins 41 are used, the serve the relief of fixing screws and the off the wing resulting load forces safely on the frame allow to transfer.
- each axle receiving bushes 34 for receiving the hinge axis 11 or one axle pin 36.
- the axle receiving bushes 34 are made of friction-reducing plastic and are non-rotatably inserted into the bearing eyes 12 " the bearing lugs 12 '' carried by caps 42, to prevent contamination of the storage and a handsome Exterior of the hinge in this area to achieve.
- the wing band 10 is substantially plate-shaped and provided with an Achsingbohrung 10 ', which extends over the entire height of the wing band 10 extends. Laterally the Achsingbohrung 10 'is a combined side / height adjustment 13,14 available.
- the side / height adjustment devices 13 and 14 are housed in recesses 18,27, the form a guide wall 26 between them. In the guide wall 26 are formed according to Figure 5 recesses 30 for the passage of components of the adjustment 13.14.
- the recesses 18, 27 are substantially rectangular, however, with rounded corners and edges, in particular arranged perpendicular to the guide wall 26 surfaces conical are designed to be opening and functioning the components of the adjusting devices 13,14 in the Recesses 18,27 to facilitate and in particular a terminals to prevent.
- the cross slide 15 has a first carriage plate 16 and a second carriage plate 17.
- the second carriage plate 17 is transverse to the hinge axis 11 in the recess 18 of the wing hinge 10th movable and lies against the guide wall 26 tight. there the first carriage plate 16 can only horizontal movements run, but not vertical, parallel to the hinge axis 11th directed movements.
- the second carriage plate 17 is with the first slide plate 16 via vertical grooves 19 and ribs 20 in positive Intervention.
- the positive connection is such that the second carriage plate 17 on the first carriage plate 16th can only move vertically, but not horizontally. Because the first Slide plate 16 does not own vertical movement is possible, the second carriage plate 17 is the only one Means for vertical movements of the cross slide and thus the wing band 10.
- Both slide plates 16,17 are dimensioned so thick that they are to be accommodated together in the recess 18 and the second carriage plate 17 with the wing side Outer wall 21 of the wing strap 10 is aligned.
- the second slide plate 17 has, however, projecting support pins 24, the at corners and edges of the carriage plate 17 are arranged. These support pins 24 engage appropriately sized Holes of the sash, so that the second carriage plate 17 is firmly fixed in the plane of the wing.
- the support pins 24 are as far away from each other as possible away. For example, a single support pin 24 in the Center disposed on a vertical edge of the second carriage plate 17, while the other vertical edge at the corners has two support pins 24.
- adjusting means For actuating the adjusting device 13,14 adjusting means needed.
- Serve adjusting screws 22,23, on the screw shafts adjusting nuts are.
- the screw head 22 ' is in a recess 43 of the guide wall 26 axially non-displaceable, but rotatable arranged.
- the screw head 22 ' hinders a horizontal adjustment of the first carriage plate 16th Not.
- Such an adjustment is achieved by the Adjusting screw 22 with a through a through opening 24 inserted and in a réelleellokantaus Principleung 22 '' '' engaging, not shown tool is rotated.
- the second carriage plate 17 adjusted relative to the first slide plate 16 can be. Between the two is not shown in detail Adjusting screw 23 present, the screw head 23 'in a recess of the first carriage plate 16th axially invisible engages, without adjustments of the carriage plate 16 because of a spacious in this provided Hamper recess. On the other hand, one on the Screw shaft 23 "of the adjusting screw 23 existing nut axially immovable in the carriage plate 17 and the Slide plate 16 has a spacious recess, so that an adjustment of the adjusting nut and thus an adjustment the carriage plate 17 parallel to the hinge axis eleventh not hindered.
- a clamping plate 25 is present, which fits into the recess 27. It then lies with the outer surface 28 of the wing strap 10 flush.
- the clamping plate 25 is with two vertically stacked guide pins 31st provided, which the recesses 30 of the guide wall 26th pass through, as well as vertical slots 32 of the first carriage plate 16.
- the guide pins 31 can consequently in not shown holes of the second carriage plate 17 intervene, so that the clamping plate 25 always all movements this slide plate 17 performs. Stabilize the guide pins 31 the composite of the three plates 25,16,17 on the guide wall 26 and can be firmly connected to the carriage plate 17. In this way it is possible, the cross slide 15 pre-assembled to deliver with the wing band 10.
- the clamping plate 25 must on the guide wall 26 and with this press on the slide plates 16,17. This will achieved by fastening screws 45, which through through holes 29 of the clamping plate 25, through vertical slots 16 'of the carriage plate 16 and through through holes 29 of the carriage plate 17 in the material of the wing be screwed.
- the recesses 30 and the Vertical slots 16 are sized so that the required movements the clamping plate 25 are not hindered.
- the guide wall 26 can be adjusted vertically and horizontally It will not even be necessary, the mounting screws 45 to solve.
- the adjusting devices 13,14 by means of their adjusting screws 22,23 can therefore any side and Height adjustments can be achieved, limited only by the adjustment paths to be achieved with the slide plates 16, 17.
- the axle bushings 47 shown in FIG. They are made of plastic and cause a reduction the bearing friction.
- the storage of the wing band 10 on the frame band 12 serve a hinge axis 11 and an axle 36th Die Joint axis 11 is shown in FIG. 2 with an engagement length 48 in FIG the Achsingbohrung 10 'used, the much lower is, as its entire length, the height of the wing band 10 corresponds. Accordingly short is the wing hinge bush 47, on the collar 47 ', the wing band 10th on a collar 34 '' of the axle receiving bush 34 is supported.
- This support also takes place on a ring collar 11 'of the hinge axis 11, which is present to a prevent axial penetration of the hinge axis 11.
- Such axial penetration upwards is also prevented by an axle stop 37, which in the axle receiving bore 10 'engages.
- the axle stop 37 supports the hinge axis 11 as well as a Achsw 36, the top in the Achsingbohrung 10 'sits.
- the axle 36 is radially with a transverse tab 39 held.

Above, however, is another Bearing eye 12 '' available, in which an axle 36 to the radial Holder of the rotating belt is present. The axle pin 36 is formed as well as the hinge axis 11, only this arranged opposite. The three-piece hinge is accordingly formed symmetrically.
- the axle receiving socket 34 a bearing eye 12 '' with an eccentric receiving bore 34 'be provided. 9 shows such an axle receiving socket 34, in which the axle receiving bore 34 'from a contact surface 12 '' 'of the frame band 12 stored on the wing away is arranged. The extent of the shift results the distance between the two in Fig.9 parallel center lines, from where the lower the centerline of the axle receiving bore 34 ' while the top is the centerline of the socket receiving bore 57 is.
- axle receiving socket 34 is 90 degrees adjusted, both centerlines coincide, so that the Wing band 10 and thus the wing shifted towards the frame is.
- the contact pressure is increased accordingly.
- the maximal Andruckver ein results from a rotation of the Axle bushing 34 180 degrees.
- the each rotationally adjusted Position of the axle receiving socket 34 may in conventional Be secured, for example by the cover 42 with projections not shown both in axially parallel slots 55 of the axle receiving bush 34 engage, as well as in slots 56 of the bearing eye 12 ''.
- Figs. 10a, b, 11 are details of another Embodiment of a rotating belt according to the invention shown.
- the illustrated parts of this rotating band the same or have comparable functions as in the previously described Embodiments, they are with appropriate Provided with reference numerals to which a small a was supplied.
- the training and the function as far as they have been described above.
- the frame band 12a shown in Fig.10a, b in comparison to the frame band 12 of Figure 9.
- shims 66 which represents the bridging of distances serve between the frame and the Ramenband 12a and with the illustrated holes for insertion e.g. of fixing screws are provided.
- the wing band 10a corresponds in its basic training the wing band 10, thus has accordingly a clamping plate 25a, a height adjustment device 14a, a soverstell noticed 13a, each combined with a cross slide 15a.
- a horizontal adjustment screw 22a available such as a vertical adjustment screw 23a.
- These are with the Cross slide 15a combined in the manner described above.
- a decisive deviation of the sash 10a is in that the cross slide 15a is deflected into a recess 18 a of the wing band 10 a is arranged while the Clamping plate 25a in a wing-turned recess 27a of the sash 10a is located.
- the wing band 10a is particularly designed in particular in the region of the second carriage plate 17a in that the latter has a vertical guide strip 61 which fits into a vertical recess 60 'of the guide wall 26a.
- Parallel next to the guide rail 61 are two superimposed guide cam 61 '.
- the cams 61 ' are longer than they are wide and extend toward each other from the horizontal edges of the second carriage plate 17a. They engage in the vertical guide channels 60 '' which can be seen from the illustration of the wing strip 10a or the guide wall 26a, which are longer in accordance with the vertical adjustability of the second carriage plate 17a.
- the guide cams 61 ' and the co-operating guide grooves 60 '' do not obstruct the vertical adjustability of the second carriage plate 17a, but prevent horizontal displacement or tilting adjustments, thus stabilizing the belt assembly accordingly.
- the second carriage plate 17a can not be adjusted horizontally, but vertically, to which the vertically arranged adjusting nut 23a serves.
- the guide bar 61 is further particularly so trained to have horizontal driving ribs that engage in horizontal driving grooves 62 of the clamping plate 25a, when arranged in its wing-side recess 27a is. This results in a vertical entrainment, so that the clamping plate 25a together with the second carriage plate 17a vertically upwards or downwards relative to the wing band 10a can be adjusted.
- the clamping plate 25a provided with recesses 25a 'which the movement engagement serve of portions of the adjusting nut 23a.
- the second carriage plate 17a designed with horizontal grooves 19a, and the illustrated Recess 68 to the horizontal adjusting nut 22 a to be able to install.
- the first carriage plate 16a is on the second Carriage plate 17a tuned, so has above all horizontal ribs 20a, which engage in the grooves 19a, so that ensures a horizontal guide to a limited extent is a vertical adjustment between the first slide plate 16a and the second carriage plate 17a excluded, however becomes.
- the Arrangement of the cross slide 15a wing turned away from the Guide wall 26a causes the passage openings 24a, 58a further away from the wing and thus better to use.
- this arrangement causes the first carriage plate 16a through recesses 60 in the guide wall 26a directly can be supported on the clamping plate 25a.
- the first carriage plate 16 a support projections 64, the transverse form fit into correspondingly profiled recesses 25a "of the clamping plate 25a engage in.
- the supporting projections 64 and the clamping plate 25a are of through-holes 65th interspersed, through the fastening screws in the wing can be screwed into it.
- Such a screwing causes that the first carriage plate 16a, with their Support projections 64 supported on the wing via the clamping plate 25a is, presses on the second carriage plate 17a, as at the same time on the guide wall 26a of the sash 10a.
- any adjustment of the Cross slide 15a excluded and the wing band 10a on the wing locked.
- the determination is in all directions the wing plane very well, because the clamping plate 25a with support pins 59a engages in a manner not shown in the wing. So there is a positive determination of the Wing band 10a on the wing.
