Claims (23)
- Verfahren zum Trocknen einer Materialbahn, insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, bei dem die Materialbahn zumindest einer beheizten Fläche (11) zugeführt und ununterbrochen in Kontakt mit der beheizten Fläche (11) zumindest solange belassen wird, bis eine zum Abnehmen der Materialbahn von der beheizten Fläche (11) ausreichende Festigkeit der Materialbahn erreicht ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Materialbahn direkt und insbesondere ohne Zwischenlage eines oder mehrerer Siebbänder auf die beheizte Fläche (11) aufgesetzt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als beheizte Fläche (11) eine glatte Fläche, insbesondere eine glatte Metallfläche, vorgesehen wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als beheizte Fläche (11) eine endlose Fläche vorgesehen wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Länge, über welche die Materialbahn in Kontakt mit der beheizten Fläche (11) belassen wird, größer, insbesondere wesentlich größer, als der Umfang von in einer nachfolgenden Mehrzylinder-Trockengruppe (30) verwendeten Trockenzylindern (32) gewählt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als beheizte Fläche (11) die Mantelfläche eines Zylinders (14) vorgesehen wird, wobei bevorzugt der Durchmesser des Zylinders (14) mehrere Meter, vorzugsweise etwa 4 bis 10 m beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein zumindest im Bereich des Zylindermantels mehrschalig aufgebauter Zylinder (14) verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zylindermantel von einem insbesondere umlaufenden Endlosband gebildet wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mantelfläche des Zylinders (14) von innen, insbesondere mittels eines heißen Fluids, und/oder von außen, insbesondere induktiv und/oder mittels IR-Strahlung, beheizt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als beheizte Fläche (11) die Außenfläche eines um zumindest zwei Umlenkrollen (22) geführten Endlosbandes (24) vorgesehen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Innenfläche des Endlosbandes (24) zumindest bereichsweise durch wenigstens eine Heizeinheit (26) beheizt wird, die bevorzugt innerhalb einer von dem Endlosband (24) gebildeten Schleife angeordnet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abstand zwischen den beiden Umlenkrollen (22) ein Vielfaches des Durchmessers der Umlenkrollen (22) beträgt. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine der Umlenkrollen (22) in einem Zwischenraum zwischen einer Pressenanordnung (20) und einer Mehrzylinder-Trockengruppe (30) für die Materialbahn angeordnet wird und das Endlosband insbesondere schräg nach unten oder nach oben aus dem Zwischenraum herausragt. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mit einer Abnahmeeinrichtung für die Materialbahn, bevorzugt mit zumindest einem Transfersieb (42) der Abnahmeeinrichtung, die mit der beheizten Fläche (11) in Kontakt befindliche Materialbahn vor herabfallenden und insbesondere von einer Mehrzylinder-Trockengruppe (30) stammenden Gegenständen geschützt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Materialbahn mittels eines luftdurchlässigen Bandes, vorzugsweise eines Siebbandes (16) in Kontakt mit der beheizten Fläche (11) gehalten und insbesondere an die beheizte Fläche (11) angepreßt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Materialbahn insbesondere mittels einer Anpreßwalze (28) an die beheizte Fläche (11) angeklebt wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Materialbahn mittels einer Saugwalze (18) von der beheizten Fläche (11) abgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die in Kontakt mit der beheizten Fläche (11) befindliche Materialbahn zusätzlich mit einem heißen Fluid, insbesondere mit Heißluft und/oder Heißdampf, beaufschlagt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
die Materialbahn mit einem Trockengehalt von der beheizten Fläche abgenommen wird, der um mindestens 1%, vorzugsweise mindestens 2%, insbesondere um mindestens 4% höher als am Beginn der beheizten Fläche (11) ist. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Materialbahn mit einem Trockengehalt von etwa 45 bis 55% auf die beheizte Fläche (11) aufgesetzt und mit einem Trockengehalt von etwa auf 55 bis 65% von der beheizten Fläche (11) abgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die beheizte Fläche (11) unmittelbar nach einer Pressenanordnung (20) und/oder unmittelbar vor einer Mehrzylinder-Trockengruppe (30) einer Maschine zur Herstellung der Materialbahn und/oder unmittelbar vor einer weiteren Trockeneinheit, insbesondere einem Trockenzylinder, angeordnet wird. - Vorrichtung zum Trocknen einer Materialbahn, insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, bevorzugt zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach zumindest einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, mit einer beheizbaren Fläche (11), der die Materialbahn zuführbar und von der die Materialbahn an einem Abnahmebereich wieder abnehmbar ist, wobei die Länge der beheizten Fläche (11) derart bemessen ist, daß die Materialbahn am Abnahmebereich eine zum Abnehmen der Materialbahn ausreichende Festigkeit aufweist.
- Trockenpartie einer Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn, insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit zumindest einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22.
