Claims (6)
- Hafenkran, insbesondere Hafenmobilkran für Normal- und Schwerlastbetrieb, mit einem Unterwagen und einem auf dem Unterwagen angebrachten vorzugsweise drehbaren Oberwagen, einem auf dem Oberwagen befestigten Turm, an dem ein um eine horizontale Achse verschwenkbarer Ausleger angeordnet ist, wobei der Ausleger im Normalbetrieb mittels eines am Ausleger und am Turm angelenkten Wippzylinders schwenkbar am Oberwagen gehalten ist und die Last mittels eines zum Auslegerkopf geführten Hubseiles mit daran angehängter Hakenflasche aufnehmbar ist,
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden für den Schwerlastbetrieb vorgesehene Merkmale:am Oberwagen des Hafenkranes (1) ist vorzugsweise unterhalb des Auslegers (1.5) eine Schwerlast-Hubwinde (10) zusätzliche fest angeordnet, von der ein über eine am Ausleger (1.5) befestigte Umlenkrolle (11) führbares Schwerlast-Hubseil zu dem Rollensatz (12) einer am Auslegerkopf (1.3) lösbar angeordneten Schwerlast-Hakenflasche (13) geführt ist,das Normallast-Hubwerk (1.1) des Hafenkranes (1) wird im Schwerlastbetrieb als Wippwerk für den Ausleger (1.5) eingesetzt, wozu die Normallast-Hubseile (1.2) von der Normallast-Hakenflasche (1.8) gelöst und am Auslegerkopf (1.3) angeschlagen werden,der freigeschaltete Wippzylinder (1.4) dient als Rückfallstütze für den Ausleger (1.5),das Standmoment des Hafenmobilkranes (1) wird gegenüber dem Normallast-Betrieb erhöht. - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Erhöhung des Standmoments des Hafenmobilkranes (1) im Schwerlastbetrieb ein an der dem Ausleger (1.5) entgegengesetzten Seite am Turm (1.7) angelenkter Gegenausleger (3) in der vertikalen Auslegerschwenkebene vom Turm (1.7) durch einen auch als Rückfallstütze wirkenden Schwenkzylinder (3.1) abspreizbarer ist, wobei der Gegenausleger (3) über eine einerseits am Auslegerkopf (1.3) und andererseits im Fußbereich des Turmes (1.7) längenveränderbar angeschlagenes Abspannmittel (8,9) neigungsveränderbar ist und an seinem Kopfende die Tragvorrichtung für das in Bodennähe anhängbare zusätzliche Schwerlast-Gegengewicht (6) aufnimmt, dessen Ausladung durch Veränderung der Neigung des Gegenauslegers (3) einstellbar ist, - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das längenveränderbar angeschlagenes Abspannmittel für den Gegenausleger aus am Auslegerkopf angeschlagenen Abspannstangen (8) bestehen, an deren freiem Enden je ein Rollensatz (9.1) für je ein Seil (9) anlenkbar sind, das im Schwerlastbetrieb am Gegenauslegerkopf befestigt ist und über eine dort angeordnete Umlenkrolle zu einem am Turm (1.7) angeordneten Einstellwerk (7) geführt ist. - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Normalbetrieb des Hafenkranes (1) die am Auslegerkopf (1.3) angeschlagenen Abspannstangen (8) auf dem Ausleger (1.5) abgelegt und dort fixiert werden und jeder von deren freiem Enden gelöste Rollensatz (9.1) jeweils mit eingeschertem Seil (9) am Kopf des Turmes (1.7) befestigt wird, wobei jedes Seil (9) so eingestellt wird, wie es der Gegenausleger (3) in seiner aufrechten, durch den Schwenkzylinder arretierten Ruheposition vorgibt und die Tragvorrichtung (4) für das abgehängte Gegengewicht (6) am Oberwagen fixiert ist. - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schwerlast-Hakenflasche (13) beim Normalbetrieb des Hafenkranes (1) bei eingeschertem Schwerlast-Hubseil in der Nähe des Schwerlast-Hubwerkes(10) am Oberwagen des Hafenkranes (1) zwischengelagert wird. - Hafenmobilkran nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das zusätzliche Schwertast-Gegengewicht (6) fahrbar (5) ist.
