本发明公开一种起吊装置，包括底座；吊具；第一游轮架；第二游轮架；第一动力装置、第二动力装置，均固定底座；吊臂，一端转动连接底座，另一端固定第一游轮架；斜支撑，一端固定底座，另一端固定第二游轮架；立柱，一端固定底座，另一端支撑斜支撑；第一牵引绳，衔接第一动力装置与吊具，受第一游轮架导引，使吊具受第一动力装置牵引上/下行；第二牵引绳，衔接吊臂与第二动力装置，受第一游轮架、第二游轮架导引，使吊臂受第二动力装置之力而相对于底座转动。结构稳定，在起吊零号块的过程中，可以更有效地控制入绳角，从而更好地保护设备免受损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种起吊装置。
背景技术
现有技术中存在各种起吊装置，对于起吊装置来说，能否控制入绳角尽量小，是衡量起吊装置是否省力，是否对机械造成的最小损伤的重要因素之一，特别是在吊装零号块(离桥墩最近一块预制梁)时，对入绳角的控制，要求更高，现有技术公开的起吊装置并不能很好的满足实际需要，亟待改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提出一种起吊装置，结构稳定，在起吊零号块的过程中，可以更有效地控制入绳角，从而更好地保护设备免受损坏。
为达此目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种起吊装置，包括底座；吊具；第一游轮架；第二游轮架；第一动力装置、第二动力装置，均固定底座；吊臂，一端转动连接底座，另一端固定第一游轮架；斜支撑，一端固定底座，另一端固定第二游轮架；立柱，一端固定底座，另一端支撑斜支撑；第一牵引绳，衔接第一动力装置与吊具，受第一游轮架导引，使吊具受第一动力装置牵引上/下行；第二牵引绳，衔接吊臂与第二动力装置，受第一游轮架、第二游轮架导引，使吊臂受第二动力装置之力而相对于底座转动。吊臂可拆卸式连接底座。斜支撑可拆卸式连接底座。立柱可拆卸式连接底座。不仅结构稳定，可以起吊大吨位的预制梁，通过在吊臂前部装设第一游轮架，使得在起吊零号块的过程中，可以更有效地控制入绳角。
基于以上技术方案的公开，本发明具备如下有益效果：

提出一种起吊装置，包括底座4；吊具7；第一游轮架8；第二游轮架9；第一动力装置5、第二动力装置6，均固定底座4；吊臂1，一端转动连接底座4，另一端固定第一游轮架8；斜支撑2，一端固定底座4，另一端固定第二游轮架9；立柱3，一端固定底座4，另一端支撑斜支撑2；第一牵引绳10，衔接第一动力装置5与吊具7，受第一游轮架8导引，使吊具7受第一动力装置5牵引上/下行；第二牵引绳11，衔接吊臂1与第二动力装置6，受第一游轮架8、第二游轮架9导引，使吊臂1受第二动力装置6之力而相对于底座4转动。吊臂1可拆卸式连接底座4。斜支撑2可拆卸式连接底座4。立柱3可拆卸式连接底座4。不仅结构稳定，可以起吊大吨位的预制梁，通过在吊臂1前部装设第一游轮架8，使得在起吊零号块的过程中，可以更有效地控制入绳角。

1.一种起吊装置，其特征在于，包括底座(4)；吊具(7)；第一游轮架(8)；第二游轮架(9)；
第一动力装置(5)、第二动力装置(6)，均固定在所述底座(4)上；
吊臂(1)，一端转动连接所述底座(4)，另一端固定所述第一游轮架(8)；
斜支撑(2)，一端固定所述底座(4)，另一端固定所述第二游轮架(9)；
立柱(3)，一端固定所述底座(4)，另一端支撑所述斜支撑(2)；
第一牵引绳(10)，衔接所述第一动力装置(5)与所述吊具(7)，仅受所述第一游轮架(8)导引，使所述吊具(7)受所述第一动力装置(5)牵引上/下行；
第二牵引绳(11)，衔接所述吊臂(1)与所述第二动力装置(6)，依次受所述第二游轮架(9)、所述第一游轮架(8)导引，使所述吊臂(1)受所述第二动力装置(6)之力而相对于所述底座(4)转动；
该起吊装置用于起吊大吨位的预制梁，通过在吊臂前部装设第一游轮架(8)，使得在起吊离桥墩最近一块预制梁的过程中，能够更有效地控制入绳角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的起吊装置，其特征在于，所述吊臂(1)可拆卸式连接所述底座(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的起吊装置，其特征在于，所述斜支撑(2)可拆卸式连接所述底座(4)。
