- a convex rounded conjugate of the rounded portion of the basin so as to be able to apply with reduced clearance against said rounded portion, said convex rounded being followed by a section, called decompression, arranged to come opposite the flared portion of the basin so as to form a decompression chamber therewith,
- the said basin is pressed in by compressing the thin layer of polymerizable glue so that the upper edge of the basin comes flush with the upper surface of the receiving plane, the compression having the effect of thinning and standardizing the thickness of polymerizable glue compressed between the mating surfaces, and accompanied by a flow of glue to the decompression chamber delimited by the flared portion of the basin and the decompression section of the receiving plane.

Part of the flow escapes into the decompression chamber 18, which facilitates the operation and strengthens the strength of the connection between the receiving plane and the basin.
- a finishing operation is then carried out to level the joint between the mouth of the basin and the upper surface of the receiving plane. This operation can be carried out by a leveling knife, manually or possibly on a digital machine.
