Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- Elektrische Antriebsvorrichtung für Gurtbänder oder andere Zugmittel, insbesondere einer Verdunkelungsvorrichtung, wie eines Rolladens, eines Rollos oder eines Lamellenvorhangs, mit einer in einem Gehäuse angeordneten, motorisch angetriebenen Aufwickelhaspel für das Gurtband, die eine Aufwickelnabe enthält, wobei das Gehäuse eine Passieröffnung für das Gurtband besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsfläche der Aufwickelnabe (19) und/oder der beim Aufwickelvorgang in Anlage mit der Aufwickelnabe (19) gelangende Endbereich (28) des Gurtbands (11) mit einem bei Kontakt eine Haftung zwischen Aufwickelnabe (19) und Endbereich (28) erzeugenden Haftbelag (26) versehen ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftbelag (26, Haftbelag am Endbereich 28) als Klett- oder Hakenflächenbelag ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsfläche der Aufwickelnabe (19) oder eine Flachseite des Endbereichs (28) des Gurtbands (11) mit einem Haftbelag (26, Haftbelag am Endbereich 28) versehen ist und die jeweilige Gegenfläche mit einem eine Haftung mit dem Haftbelag erzeugenden Gegenbelag versehen ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenbelag als Flauschbelag ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftbelag direkt an einer Flachseite des Endbereichs des einstückigen Gurtbands (11) angebracht ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftbelag an einem selbstklebenden Haftband angeordnet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haftbelag an einem Haftband angeordnet ist, das mit dem Gurtband (11) oder anderen Zugmittel verbunden ist und dessen Endbereich (28) bildet.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Montage des selbstklebenden Haftbandes (Endbereich 28) am Gurtband (11) dessen selbstklebende Seite mit einem je nach Bedarf abziehbaren Schutzband versehen ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (10) eine das durch die Passieröffnung (17) einzuschiebende Gurtband (11) oder Endbereich (28) insbesondere tangential zur Aufwickelnabe (19) hin lenkende Führungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung ein mit einem Führungskanal oder -schlitz (23) versehenes Schwenkteil (21) aufweist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenkteil (21) ohne Einwirkung einer Auslenkungskraft durch das gespannte Gurtband (11) schwerkraftbedingt oder federbelastet an einem Anschlag (25) anliegt, wobei in dieser Position der Führungskanal oder -schlitz (23) zur Aufwickelnabe (19) hin gerichtet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenkteil (21) mit einem sich in der Einführstellung im wesentlichen bis zur Aufwickelnabe (19) erstreckenden Anlageelement (24) versehen ist, durch das das zugeführte Gurtband (11) tangential an der Aufwickelnabe (19) gehalten ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine das Gurtband (11) zur Aufwickelnabe (19) hin umlenkende Umlenkrolle (18) vorgesehen ist, die zusammen mit einem dazu beabstandeten Umlenkstreifen (20) einen Umlenkkanal bildet.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umlenkkanal einen Teil der Führungseinrichtung bildet.
