Description
Claims (12)
- Elektrische Antriebsvorrichtung mit einer in einem Gehäuse(10) angeordneten motorisch angetriebenen Aufwickelhaspel, die eine Aufwickelnabe enthält, wobei das Gehäuse eine Passieröffnung (17) besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsfläche der Aufwickelnabe (19) mit einem Haftbelag (26) oder Gegenbelag (28) versehen ist,
und dass die Antriebsvorrichtung mit einem Gegenbelag (28) bzw. Haftbelag (26) versehen ist, der mit dem Endbereich eines Gurtbandes (11) verbindbar ist,
so dass bei Kontakt des Haftbelags (26) mit dem Gegenbelag (28) eine Haftung zwischen der Aufwickelnabe (19) und einem beim Aufwickelvorgang in Anlage mit der Aufwickelnabe (19) gelangenden Endbereich des Gurtbandes (11) entstehen kann. - Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haftbelag (26) als Klett- oder Hakenflächenbelag ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umfangsfläche der Aufwickelnabe (19) versehen ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenbelag (28) als Flauschbelag ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenbelag (28) direkt an einer Flachseite des Endbereichs des Gurtbands (11) anbringbar ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenbelag (28) an einem selbstklebenden Haftband angeordnet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Montage des selbstklebenden Haftbandes am Gurtband (11) dessen selbstklebende Seite mit einem je nach Bedarf abziehbaren Schutzband versehen ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Gehäuse (10) eine das durch die Passieröffnung (17) einzuschiebende Gurtband (11) im wesentlichen tangential zur Aufwickelnabe (19) hin lenkende Führungseinrichtung (18, 20-24) vorgesehen ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtung ein mit einem Führungskanal oder -schlitz (23) versehenes Schwenkteil (21) aufweist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkteil (21) ohne Einwirkung einer Auslenkungskraft durch das gespannte Gurtband (11) schwerkraftbedingt oder federbelastet an einem Anschlag (25) anliegt, wobei in dieser Position der Führungskanal oder -schlitz (23) zur Aufwickelnabe (19) hin gerichtet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schwenkteil (21) mit einem sich in der Einführstellung im wesentlichen bis zur Aufwickelnabe (19) erstreckenden Anlageelement (24) versehen ist, durch das das zugeführte Gurtband (11) tangential an der Aufwickelnabe (19) gehalten ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine das Gurtband (11) zur Aufwickelnabe (19) hin umlenkende Umlenkrolle (18) vorgesehen ist, die zusammen mit einem dazu beabstandeten Umlenkstreifen (20) einen Umlenkkanal bildet.
