In der Aufwickelnabe 19 ist im Bereich der Aufwickelfläche im Bereich des Umfangs ein Permanentmagnet 26 angeordnet. Weiterhin ragt aus der umfangsseitigen Wickelfläche der Aufwickelnabe 19 ein Mitnehmer 27 heraus, der als zugespitzter Bolzen oder Stift ausgebildet ist. Claims (15)
- Elektrische Antriebsvorrichtung für Gurtbänder, insbesondere einer Verdunkelungsvorrichtung, wie eines Rolladens, eines Rollos oder eines Lamellenvorhangs, mit einer in einem Gehäuse (10) angeordneten, motorisch angetriebenen Aufwickelhaspel (12) für das Gurtband (11), die eine Aufwickelnabe (19) enthält, wobei das Gehäuse eine Passieröffnung (17) für das Gurtband (11) besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufwickelnabe (19) wenigstens einen Permanentmagneten (26) enthält, daß ein am Endbereich des Gurtbands (11) befestigbares ferromagnetisches Element (28; 30) vorgesehen ist und daß an der Wickelfläche der Aufwickelnabe (19) wenigstens ein beim Aufwickeln des Gurtbands (11) in dieses eindringender Mitnehmer (27; 32) angeordnet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (27; 32) als Bolzen oder Haken ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (27; 32) an seiner in das Gurtband eindringenden Seite eine Spitze oder Schneide aufweist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mitnehmer (27; 32) an der Wickelfläche der Aufwickelnabe (19) in der Aufwickelrichtung gesehen beabstandet hinter dem Permanentmagneten (26) angeordnet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ferromagnetische Element (28) als U-förmiges, um das Gurtbandende herumlegbares Blechteil ausgebildet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ferrogmagnetische Element (30) als einseitig oder an gegenüberliegenden Seiten offenes Flachgehäuse ausgebildet ist und einen im wesentlichen dem des Gurtbands (11) entsprechenden Querschnitt aufweist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im montierten Zustand am Gurtband (11) anliegenden Flächen des ferromagnetischen Elements (28; 30) wenigstens teilweise mit in das Gurtband (11) eindringenden Vorsprüngen (29) versehen sind.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (29) als Spitzen oder Widerhaken ausgebildet sind.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (10) eine das durch die Passieröffnung (17) einzuschiebende Gurtband (11) insbesondere tangential zur Aufwickelnabe (19) hin lenkende Führungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung ein mit einem Führungskanal oder -schlitz (23) versehenes Schwenkteil (21) aufweist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenkteil (21) ohne Einwirkung einer Auslenkungskraft durch das gespannte Gurtband (11) schwerkraftbedingt oder federbelastet an einem Anschlag (25) anliegt, wobei in dieser Position der Führungskanal oder -schlitz (23) zur Aufwickelnabe (19) hin gerichtet ist.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schwenkteil (21) mit einem sich in der Einführstellung im wesentlichen bis zur Aufwickelnabe (19) erstreckendes Anlegeelement (24) versehen ist, durch das das zugeführte Gurtband (11) tangential an der Aufwickelnabe (19) gehalten wird.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine das Gurtband (11) zur Aufwikkelnabe (19) hin umlenkende Umlenkrolle (18) vorgesehen ist, die zusammen mit einem dazu beabstandeten Umlenkstreifen (20) einen Umlenkkanal bildet.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umlenkkanal einen Teil der Führungseinrichtung bildet.
- Antriebsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (10) zumindest teilweise in eine Wandausnehmung (15) einsetzbar ausgebildet ist.
