Claims (10)
- Heizvorrichtung für eine bewegte Materialbahn, insbesondere Vorheizer für eine Wellpappenanlage,a) mit einer rotierenden Heizwalze (3), welche von der zu beheizenden Materialbahn (13) mit einem vorbestimmten Umschlingungswinkel α umschlingbar ist, undb) mit wenigstens zwei Führungen (7, 11) für die Materialbahn, welche gemeinsam unter Beibehaltung ihrer relativen Positionen zueinander um den Umfang der Heizwalze (13) zwischen einer den minimalen Umschlingungswinkel definierenden Position und einer den maximalen Umschlingungswinkel αmax definierenden Position verschwenkbar sind,c) wobei der Umschlingungswinkel α durch die Position einer ersten (7) der wenigstens zwei Führungen (7, 11) bestimmt ist undd) wobei eine zweite (11) der wenigstens zwei Führungen (7, 11) relativ zur ersten Führung (7) so angeordnet ist, dass in der den maximalen Umschlingungswinkel αmax definierenden Position der Führungen (7, 11) die nicht die Heizwalze (3) unmittelbar umschlingende Materialbahn (13) durch die zweite Führung (11) in einem Abstand zur Heizwalze (3) gehalten ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,e) dass eine dritte Führung (9) vorgesehen ist, welche die Bahn (13) in der den minimalen Umschlingungswinkel definierenden Position vollkommen vom Umfang der Heizwalze (3) abhebt, - Heizvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine, mehrere oder alle Führungen als Führungsrollen (7, 9, 11) ausgebildet sind.
- Heizvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Führungen (7, 9, 11) mit einem um die Achse (A) der Heizwalze (3) verschwenkbaren Trägerteil (19) verbunden sind.
- Heizvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenazeichnet, dass alle Führungen (7, 9, 11) denselben Abstand vom Umfang der Heizwalze (3) aufweisen.
- Heizvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Führung (9), in Umfangsrichtung der Heizwalze (3) gesehen, einen minimal zulässigen Abstand von der ersten Führung (7) aufweist.
- Heizvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, bezogen auf die Bewegungsrichtung der Materialbahn (13), eine stationäre zulaufseitige Führung (15) und eine stationäre ablaufseitige Führung (17) vorgesehen ist und dass die stationären Führungen (15, 17) so angeordnet sind, dass die Führungen und die Achse (A) der Heizwalze (3) im Wesentlichen auf einer Geraden liegen.
- Heizvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, 5 und 6, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass die dritte Führung (9), bezogen auf die Heizwalze (3), gegenüber der ersten Führung (7) in radialer Richtung nach außen versetzt ist, wobei die erste (7) und dritte (9) Führung in der Position des minimalen Umschlingungswinkels S-förmig von der Materialbahn (13) umschlungen werden.
- Heizvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Führung (9) innerhalb des durch die Achsen der ersten (7) und zweiten (11) Führung und die Achse (A) der Heizwalze (3) definierten Mittelpunktswinkels angeordnet ist.
- Heizvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Führung (9) zur Erleichterung des Einfädelns der Materialbahn (13) aus ihrer Arbeitsstellung in eine Position, in Umfangsrichtung der Heizwalze (3) gesehen, vor die erste Führung (7) (Einfädelstellung) überführbar, vorzugsweise verschwenkbar, ist.
- Heizvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dritte Führung (9) in der Einfädelstellung und/oder der Arbeitstellung arretierbar ist.
