Claims (5)
- Glättvorrichtung für eine Papierbahn in einer papierverarbeitenden Maschine, mit einer sich quer zur Papierlaufrichtung erstreckenden, nichtdrehbaren Umlenkstange (1), mit einer hierzu parallelen, in Papierlaufrichtung dieser nach- oder vorgeschalteten Umlenkrolle (4) und mit zwei jeweils die Enden der Umlenkstange (1) und der Umlenkrolle (4) gemeinsam tragenden Tragplatten (3), die an einer stationären Halterung um eine zwischen den Achsen (A1, A2) von Umlenkstange (1) und Umlenkrolle (4) achsparallel zu diesen angeordneten Schwenkachse (A3) verstellbar sind, wobei die Papierbahn zum Glätten zwischen der Umlenkstange (1) und der Umlenkrolle (4) S-förmig geführt ist und dabei reibschlüssig über die Umlenkstange (1) gezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der Tragplatten (3) ein Stellmotor (7) zugeordnet ist, mit dem die Tragplatte (3) motorisch so weit verschwenkbar ist, daß zumindest die Umlenkstange (1) außer Kontakt mit der Papierbahn (2) bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (A3) auf der Verbindungslinie zwischen beiden Achsen (A1, A2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Tragplatten (3) gegenüber einer von dem Stellmotor (7) antreibbaren Zwischenplatte (5) um die Schwenkachse (A3) begrenzt verstellbar und an der Zwischenplatte (5) festklemmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Festklemmen der Tragplatte (3) an der Zwischenplatte (5) Klemmschrauben (8) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei gleichartige Glättvorrichtungen (G1, G2) in Papierlaufrichtung (A) hintereinander angeordnet sind, deren Tragplatten (3) um ihre Schwenkachsen mittels je eines Stellmotors so verschwenkbar sind, daß ihre Umlenkstangen (1) in inaktivem Zustand (Fig. 5) der Glättvorrichtungen (G1, G2) an entgegengesetzten Seiten der Papierbahn (2) mit Abstand von dieser angeordnet sind.
