Definitions
- the invention relates to a portable wall according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- the portable wall has several individually movable wall elements that hang above a running rail arranged on the ceiling are movable, each Wall element over suspensions with at least two in each Running track guided carriage is connected.
- Such a movable wall is known from EP 0 354 505 B1.
- the individual wall elements are on the ceiling in a track and additionally guided on the bottom in a so-called floor guide rail.
- the floor guide rail makes the wall element oscillate avoided when building a wall.
- After complete construction of the wall prevents the wall elements from being vertical can be pushed away to the direction of travel. This creates a effective burglary protection.
- a movable wall is known that only is guided on the ceiling side, so that its wall elements when building the Wall can commute and their suspensions correspondingly high subject to mechanical loads.
- Burglary protection is about vertically extendable floor latches created in or out are mobile on the ground.
- a disadvantage of the prior art is that due to the formation of a Guide rail or a socket in the floor always a corresponding one dimensioned recess is required. Forming one Recess represents a considerable effort, which in particular subsequent installation of a movable wall additionally increased becomes. In addition, the visual appearance of a floor area interrupted and by recesses potential sources of accidents created. Furthermore, such floor bushings or floor guide rails malfunctions due to contamination or damage cause when building a movable wall.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a portable To create wall according to the preamble of claim 1, the individual Wall elements are stable and without recesses on the bottom can be moved while protecting against burglary must be guaranteed.
- claim 1 has the advantage that it is now it is possible to subdivide rooms or walls or to the outside close, there are no danger spots on the bottom and at the same time a protection against manipulation is integrated.
- a protection against manipulation is integrated.
- This requirement is very high, especially in representative buildings significant.
- By avoiding recesses on the bottom becomes a potential source of danger and a functional part prone to failure eliminated.
- an unhindered cleaning of the floor surface enables.
- the existing burglar protection enables use the wall as the external closure of rooms or buildings.
- Each wall element is suspended using at least two carriages connected, which can be moved in a ceiling-mounted track are. Furthermore, an arm is arranged on each wall element, when building the wall outside the projection plane of the wall element Can be moved in a support rail that is also attached to the ceiling is. Each wall element is thus movably supported at three points, so that a stable position of the wall elements is possible. A swing or swivel perpendicular to the direction of travel of the wall elements is prevented. A pressure perpendicular to the direction of travel of the wall elements is either intercepted by the ceiling or by the Form and frictional connection between carriage and support rail. From creative and burglary protection reasons, the side of the wall or the wall elements on which the arms are located are always arranged on the inside of the building or room. A visually appealing Solution in which the essential functional parts of the wall elements are hidden are due to the arrangement of a false ceiling below the swiveling arms. Only those for moving the wall elements necessary driving channels in the false ceiling are then visible.
- the mobile wall elements from the Wall axis extended and at a fixed point, in one So-called train station, preferably parallel to each other to save space be parked.
- the wall elements usually have to be curved Traversing trajectories and varying distances between Support rail and running rail can compensate so that the swivel connection of the arm to the carriage as well pivoting attachment of the arm to the wall element is advantageous.
- the rail guide can easily the local Conditions to be adjusted.
- the guidance of the running rail and the support rail can be different realize, with switches to reduce the rail requirement are used in the appropriate places for the branches provide at least one support rail from the running rail.
- the arm swings out of the corresponding wall element.
- the two rails run directly after the station side by side and diverge later.
- the dimensioning of the two different rail areas depends on the local conditions from.
- the positional stability of the spaced-apart walls increases Rails. In particular, they are also curved or angular rail runs easier to move off.
- Switch-bound rail guides require a slight modification the connections for the carriages that can be moved in the support rail. To the carriage of the wall element and the arms in one and To be able to run the same track, the connection must be angled or be cranked.
- the soft-bound rail guides distinguish two variants.
- a first version only one Turnout used, i.e. a support rail branches off behind the station the track from, so that the arms swing out there and the Wall elements can be moved along the wall axis at this point.
- the wall elements are along the the entire route is stable.
- pro Wall element a switch present immediately before the final Position of the respective wall element one support rail from each The rail branches off.
- the wall elements are over the single strand Move the track, but only when the respective switch is reached the arm swings out into the respective support rail.
- Turnouts are switchable and are operated from a central location, e.g. one Control unit, switched at the given time.
- the wall offers a direction perpendicular to the direction of travel Force a high resistance.
- the arms swung out together with the carriage form a three-point support, the one It effectively prevents the wall elements from being pushed away and thus prevents Protection against manipulation offers.
- Additional locks can be made avoiding recesses formed in the floor on a floor profile of each wall element become.
- Pin-like interlocks are preferably used here, in the horizontal direction between the adjacent wall elements Act.
- the lock is in the horizontal movement Introduced the interior of the adjacent frame profile and thus represents the Active connection.
- a centering or an additional positioning aid is not necessary between the adjacent wall elements, since a positionally stable guidance is ensured by the arrangement on the ceiling is.
- the changeable wall is designed so that all known materials and shapes on wall elements can still be realized.
- the individual wall elements of the wall can be made of suitable transparent and / or opaque materials, for example made of metal, glass, plaster, wood or plastic.
- the wall consists of independent movable wall elements that are frameless or with a torsionally rigid frames are formed.
- the wall elements can also as a swing leaf, swing leaf or moving automatic door be trained.
- the system is particularly suitable for use in transparent Walls. There are no visual impairments to the appearance. Unless the frame has the pane only on the top and bottom surrounding horizontal edges, the vertically unframed edges the disc, if necessary seals, e.g. made of rubber or magnetic Materials on. Especially with regard to the thermal properties double glazing of the elements is an advantage of the frame.
- FIG. 1 to 3 is a movable wall in different Views and positions shown.
- the portable wall is out several panel-shaped, independently movable wall elements 11 composed and for space division or as an external closure suitable.
- All wall elements 11 can be parked from a space-saving position, a so-called train station, moved into the wall axis and there horizontally be tense.
- the individual wall elements 11 are on one Ceiling 1 hanging and movable, being used for moving and locking the wall elements 11 in the bottom 14 no recesses necessary are.
- the wall element 11 shown consists in the embodiment of a Disc made of a transparent material, for example Plastic or glass.
- the wall element 11 has a floor profile on the base side 12 and on the ceiling side a ceiling profile 9, each of which torsion-resistant metal, in particular steel and / or aluminum.
- On the ceiling profile 9 are 5 hinged on suspensions mounted carriage 4 arranged by means of which the wall element 11 in a running ticket 2 attached to the ceiling 1 is movable.
- the ceiling profile 9 has an arm 7, which in a receptacle 10 fastened to the ceiling profile 9 via a pin 8 is pivotally mounted. The arm 7 can be pivoted in the horizontal direction.
- the arm 7 has a perpendicular to the ceiling 1 pointing connection 15, which is articulated with a carriage 6 connected is.
- the carriage 6 is fixed in a ceiling Support rail 3 movable.
- the complementary shape and the used Material allow a positive and non-positive connection between the Carriage 4 and the support rail 3.
- On the floor profile 12 are one-sided Interlocks 13 in the form of horizontally projecting pins, that when moving the wall elements 11 into the floor profile Immerse 12 of the adjacent wall element 11.
- the functioning of a mobile wall is described below.
- the individual wall elements 11 are in the unactuated state
- the wall saves space in a so-called train station, which has a Rail arrangement is connected to the actual wall axis.
- a train station which has a Rail arrangement is connected to the actual wall axis.
- the two rails 2, 3 run directly after the station side by side and diverge later.
- a drive system can be present at a central point Activation moves the wall elements 11 individually. Basically is however also a completely manual positioning of the wall elements 11 conceivable.
- a first wall element 11 is initially used over the running rail 2 and the support rail 3 leading against one stationary wall connection brought to concern. After that, a second wall element 11 attached to the first wall element 11.
- a pin-like lock 13 is in the horizontal movement Inserted the interior of the adjacent floor profile 12 and thus represents the Active connection.
- a centering or an additional positioning aid is not between the adjacent wall elements 11 Required, because the position on the ceiling is stable is guaranteed. Repeatedly when adding further wall elements 11 the process described above.
- the wall offers a direction perpendicular to the direction of travel Force a high resistance.
- the swung arms 7 together with the carriages 4, 6 form a three-point support, the one Pushing away the wall elements 11 effectively prevents and thus Protection against manipulation offers.
- the additional locks 13 act in horizontal direction between adjacent wall elements 11.
- Switch-bound not shown here, require rail guides a slight modification of the connections 15 for those in the support rail 3 movable carriages 6.
- the connection 15 must be angled or bent his.
