Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten einer auf einem Garniturträger aufgezogenen Garnitur, insbesondere Sägezahn-Ganzstahlgarnitur, mit mindestens einem Bearbeitungswerkzeug (10) und einer zur Führung des Bearbeitungswerkzeuges längs einer vorgegebenen Bahn dienenden Führungseinrichtung (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (20) mindestens zwei zwischen einer Arbeitsstellung und einer Transportstellung verstellbare Führungselemente (22, 24) aufweist, wobei sich die Führungselemente in der Arbeitsstellung längs eines längeren Abschnitts der vorgegebenen Bahn erstecken, als in der Transportstellung.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente (22, 24) über mindestens ein eine senkrecht zur vorgegebenen Bahn verlaufende Gelenkachse (46) aufweisendes, vorzugsweise in Form eines Klappscharniers gebildetes Gelenk (40) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, gekennzeichnet durch ein vorzugsweise lösbar an mindestens einem der Führungselemente (22, 24) festlegbares Stabilisierungselement (50) zum Stabilisieren der Führungselemente (22, 24) in der Arbeitsstellung.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stabilisierungselement (50) in einer senkrecht zur vorgegebenen Bahn verlaufenden Schnittebene einen etwa T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Stabilisierungselement (50) mindestens ein Abstandhalter (56) zugeordnet ist, mit dem es unter Bildung eines zur Aufnahme zumindest eines Teils des Gelenks (40) dienenden Zwischenraums an mindestens einem der Führungselemente (22, 24) festlegbar ist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stabilisierungselement (50) und/oder das Gelenk (40) mindestens einen zur Herstellung einer formschlüssigen Verbindung mit einem komplementär dazu gebildeten Kopplungsbereich (34) des Führungselementes dienenden und sich vorzugsweise längs der vorgegebenen Bahn erstreckenden KopplungsbereiCh aufweist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenk (40) und/oder das Stabilsierungselement (50) an einer in der Arbeitsstellung der zu bearbeitenden Garnitur entgegengesetzten Seite der Führungseinrichtung (20) angeordnet ist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bearbeitungswerkzeug (10) über ein vorzugsweise in Form eines eine Antriebsrolle und eine Umlenkrolle umlaufenden Zahnriemens gebildetes Zugorgan (18) an eine zum Verfahren des Bearbeitungswerkzeugs (10) längs der vorgegebenen Bahn dienende Antriebseinrichtung gekoppelt ist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugorgan lösbar an dem Bearbeitungswerkzeug (10) befestigt ist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugorgan (18) an einem lösbar mit einem Bearbeitungselement (12) des Bearbeitungswerkzeugs (10) verbundenen Befestigungselement (16) des Bearbeitungswerkzeugs (10) festgelegt ist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch ein bezüglich der Führungseinrichtung (20) festlegbares und vorzugsweise längs der vorgegebenen Bahn verschiebbares Begrenzungselement (38) zur Begrenzung der Bewegung des von dem Bearbeitungselement (12) gelösten Befestigunsgelementes (16) des Bearbeitungswerkzeugs (10) längs der vorgegebenen Bahn.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Führungselemente (22, 24) eine sich längs der vorgegeben Bahn ersteckende und zur Aufnahme eines Führungsbereiches (14a) des Bearbeitungswerkzeugs (10) dienende Führungsnut (26) aufweist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (16) nach Lösen von dem Bearbeitungselement (12) einen zum Verhindern des vollständigen Eindringens des Befestigungselementes (16) in die Führungsnut (26) dienenden Anschlagbereich aufweist.
- Bearbeitungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsnut (26) in einen das Führungselement (22, 24) in Richtung der vorgegebenen Bahn durchsetzenden und zur Aufnahme des Zugorgans (18) dienenden Hohlraum mündet.
