Claims (19)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten einer auf einem vorzugsweise kreiszylindermantelförmigen Träger aufgezogenen Faserverarbeitungsgarnitur, insbesondere Sägezahn-Ganzstahlgarnitur, mit einer längs einer durch ein Führungselement vorgegebenen Bahn bewegbaren Bearbeitungsanordnung, bei der mindestens ein Element der Bearbeitungsanordnung in einer quer, insbesondere senkrecht zu der vorgegebenen Bahn verlaufenden Richtung zustellbar ist, gekennzeichnet durch eine fernsteuerbare Zustelleinrichtung zum Zustellen des mindestens einen Elementes der Bearbeitungsanordnung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Element mit der antriebseinrichtung in einer der Zustellrichtung entgegengesetzten Richtung verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsanordnung einen längs des Führungselementes bewegbaren Schlitten mit einem zum Tragen eines an die Garnitur anlegbaren Bearbeitungselementes ausgelegten Trägerelement aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zustelleinrichtung zum ferngesteuerten Zustellen des Bearbeitungselementes zusammen mit dem Trägerelement, dem Schlitten und/oder dem Führungselement betreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zustelleinrichtung mindestens zwei in Richtung der vorgegebenen Bahn voneinander beabstandete Zustellanordnungen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Zustellanordnung der Zustelleinrichtung einerseits an einem bezüglich der zu bearbeitenden Garnitur feststehend angeordneten Halteelement festlegbar und andererseits an das Führungselement koppelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Zustellanordnung einen mit einem fernsteuerbaren Zustellelement bezüglich dem Halteelement in der Zustellrichtung zustellbaren ersten Zustellschlitten aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Zustellanordnung einen von dem ersten Zustellschlitten gehaltenen und an das Führungselement gekoppelten zweiten Zustellschlitten aufweist, wobei der zweite Zustellschlitten bezüglich dem ersten Zustellschlitten in der Zustellrichtung verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch ein zum Verschieben des zweiten Zustellschlittens bezüglich dem ersten Zustellschlitten betreibbares Betätigungselement, wie etwa eine Stellschraube.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zustellanordnung einen vorzugsweise doppelt wirkenden pneumatischen Hubzylinder aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch ein lösbar an dem Trägerelement festlegbares Bearbeitungselement, wie etwa einen Polierschwamm, einen Schleifstein, eine Bürste oder einer Reinigungsklinge.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vorspanneinrichtung, mit der ein Bearbeitungselement der Bearbeitungsanordnung in Richtung auf die zu bearbeitende Garnitur gedrängt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine vorzugsweise fernsteuerbare Antriebseinrichtung zum Bewegen der Bearbeitungsanordnung längs der vorgegebenen Bahn.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kupplungsanordnung zum lösbaren Ankuppeln der Bearbeitungsanordnung an die Antriebseinrichtung.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Steuereinrichtung zum Ansteuern der Zustelleinrichtung und/oder der Antriebseinrichtung.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuereinrichtung mindestens ein an der Bearbeitungsanordnung und/oder dem Führungselement angeordnetes Schaltelement zugeordnet ist, durch dessen Betätigung eine Änderung der Bewegung der Bearbeitungsanordnung längs der vorgegebenen Bahn, eine Zustellbewegung und/oder eine Bewegung in einer der Zustellrichtung entgegengesetzten Richtung auslösbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Bearbeiten einer Faserverarbeitungsgarnitur mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsanordnung längs der vorgegebenen Bahn bis zu einem Startpunkt der Bearbeitung bewegt und dann ferngesteuert in Richtung auf die Garnitur zugestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsanordnung bei Erreichen eines Endpunktes der vorgegebenen Bahn in einer der Zustellrichtung entgegengesetzten Richtung von der Garnitur abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungsanordnung bei Erreichen des Startpunktes von der Antriebseinrichtung gelöst und/oder bei Erreichen des Endpunktes an die Antriebseinrichtung gekuppelt wird.
