- Each work station A 1 , A 2 , A 3 etc. and possibly B 1 , B 2 , B 3 etc. has its own, individual control device 30 (FIG. 1), the individual control devices 30 of a section S using a bus system 3 are connected in terms of control to the section control device 1 shown.
- Each individual control device 30 is assigned its own display device 31 or 33, which is arranged in the area of the corresponding work station A 1 , A 2 , A 3 etc. and optionally B 1 , B 2 , B 3 etc.
- Figure 1 has two different, alternatively used training in their display areas above and below the bus system 3.
- the display device 31 is arranged outside the individual control device 30 at a suitable place in the work place A 1 , A 2 , A 3 ... or B 1 , B 2 , B 3 ... and with the individual control device 30 connected by means of a line 32, while in the lower display area of FIG. 1 the display device 33 is arranged on the individual control device 30 itself and is an integral part of the control device 30.
- the display device 31 or 33 shows the respective operating state of the corresponding work station A 1 , A 2 , A 3 etc. and possibly B 1 , B 2 , B 3 etc. during the entire operating time of the machine.
- An operator who monitors the textile machine during its work is therefore not dependent on looking at the working elements and units - insofar as they are optically directly accessible during work and not through the top 23 or another element of the open-end spinning device are withdrawn - to be checked, but can read the exact data at each workstation A 1 , A 2 , A 3 etc. and possibly B 1 , B 2 , B 3 etc. and draw the necessary conclusions from this data and, if necessary, the necessary corrections make it yourself or at least arrange for it.
- the program for the individual control device 30 is to be changed. Any changes to the program that may become necessary will be discussed later.
- the display device only shows basic states, which are done by means of different colored lamps or diodes.
- the color "green” can indicate that the job is running properly.
- Another color, e.g. B. "yellow” it can be indicated that the job A 1 , A 2 , A 3 etc. and possibly B 1 , B 2 , B 3 etc. is in the piecing phase.
- a fault can be indicated by "red”, which the maintenance device 2 is trying to remedy.
- the colors of the lamps or diodes can change accordingly the respective requirements or conditions of the above embodiment deviate, or other colors can be used.
- the section control device 1 which cyclically polls the control devices 30 assigned to it in a cycle specified by a clock generator, now determines the next time it is queried whether a control device 30 has been added, ie has not yet been registered, and if necessary registers this control device 30 and assign it a job-specific address by which the initialization address is replaced. This can be indicated, for example, by flashing green three times.
- job-specific address should be understood to mean such an address which is assigned only once in section S for each job A 1 , A 2 , A 3 etc. or, if appropriate, B 1 , B 2 , B 3 etc. becomes. In this way, the job-specific address uniquely determines which individual control device 30 within section S is concerned.
- the section control device 1 has the job-specific address determined, it determines on the basis of the registrations whether all job-specific Addresses were assigned. If this is not the case, then it queries the individual control devices 30 assigned to it again and assigns the corresponding one when a new initialization address is found individual control device 30 the corresponding job-specific Address too. The latter two steps are repeated until all job-specific addresses were assigned, whereupon this polling cycle is ended.
- Displays on the display devices 31 and 33 can by the operator can determine what is happening within the section S happens.
- the display device 31 or 33 has a display because detailed ads are possible in this way.
- the display shows the Display device 31 or 33 the progress of addressing in text or Symbol shape and indicates whether the individual control device 30 still the default address or already the initialization address and the final job-specific address has already been assigned.
- FIG. 2 shows a specific embodiment of the invention Contraption.
- part of a feed device 4 is one Open-end spinning device shown.
- the feed device 4 shown has a corrugated feed roller 40, with which usually a feed trough works together to remove the fiber sliver 5 from individual fibers to supply a disintegration device, from which the individual fibers then get to the spinning device.
- the feed roller 40 is driven by a motor, the drive housing 41 by means of a holder 42 in a suitable manner from the machine frame will be carried.
- Another housing 11 is located on the drive housing 41 attached, which receives the individual control device 30 (see Figure 1).
- This individual control device 30 is by means of a data line 34 ( Figures 1 and 2) connected to the bus system 3 for control purposes.
- the individual control device 30 can instead of on the drive housing 41 of the feed device 4 on another component the open-end spinning device can be arranged.
- Open-end spinning device has a spinning rotor as a spinning element can be driven by means of a single drive
- the component which the individual control device 30 is spatially assigned for example also be formed by this single drive.
- the individual control device 30 is not only assigned to a single component of an open-end spinning device, but to the control of several or even all components of such an open-end spinning device and thus a work station A 1 , A 2 , A 3 . .. and possibly B 1 , B 2 , B 3 ... serves.
- a button 6 is provided on the housing 11 of each work station A 1 , A 2 , A 3 etc. or B 1 , B 2 , B 3 etc.
- This button 6 can perform various tasks. For example, instead of connecting the individual control device 30 to the bus system 3, this button 6 can be used to trigger the cycle described above for specifying a workstation-specific address. This is also shown again with the aid of the display device 31 or 33, in particular if it has a display, or else by lighting up various lamps or diodes. Further possible uses are described below.
- any type of (manually) actuable switching element e.g. Understood toggle switch.
- the button can not only be tilted or pushed in but also rotated.
- the operator can make appropriate changes immediately or arrange. Even if the individual control device 30 is such is designed to make such adjustments independently, it is nevertheless often helpful for the operator by the individual Control device 30 understand the setting changes made to be able to.
- the control device 30 in the housing 11 has a card or board 35, with which the button 6 is connected for control purposes.
- this - like the display device 31 - can be fixed with the Board 35 may be connected.
- a data cable see, for example, line 32 in FIG. 1
- a plug connection can also be provided.
- Another connector can be assigned to the display device 33.
- connection between the control device 30 on the one hand and the button 6 and / or the display device 33 can be carried out in a particularly space-saving manner.
- the display device 33 according to the in Figure 2 embodiment shown integrated part of the button 6, so that only a single connector between the button 6 with the integrated display device 31 on the one hand and the circuit board 35 on the other is needed.
- the display device 31 or 33 precise data for a correction of the time and / or movement sequences delivers that during, for example, a piecing process are important.
- the display device 31 or 33 has a display, this can be kept relatively small and still have a detailed display or Deliver diagnostics when the display shows scrolling texts.
- the Possibility that in principle the text runs through and the display all delivers interesting ads in a row.
- button 6 and display device 31 or 33 with a display offers the additional possibility - with appropriate design of the individual control device 30 - to have menus shown on the display and to make the desired selection by means of the button 6. For example, the desired menu item is jumped to and marked by pressing the button 6 one or more times, while the menu item marked in each case is selected by pressing the button 6 for a longer time.
- the display device 31 or 33 depending on the type of actuation of the button 6, makes different displays. Depending on the number and type of consecutive single or multiple button presses, a different status of a multitude of queryable working states can be displayed (see the example of assigning a job-specific address described above).
- buttons 6 can, if desired, also depend on the type of actuation of the button 6, whether a function and possibly which function is triggered. This includes, for example, triggering an alarm message, stopping an open-end spinning device in the event of a fault, etc. Furthermore, a text can be brought to a standstill by pressing the button.
- the type of advertisements that can be queried in this way depends on the training of the job A 1 , A 2 , A 3 etc. and possibly B 1 , B 2 , B 3 etc.
- the query and function trigger options mentioned above can be used not only as an alternative, but also in combination.
- Such a display is also in combination possible with text displays, this especially for the display of alarm states, e.g. B.
- a disorder is appropriate.
- a flashing red light indicates an alarm message while a display is showing provides the appropriate diagnosis.
- the diagnosis can be either can be read immediately at the time when the alarm message done, or made available only by pressing the button 6 become.
- a separate one it is also possible for a separate one to be omitted red light - the diagnostic text flashes, indicating the fault.
- the display device 31 or 33 which is arranged at workplaces A 1 , A 2 , A 3 ... or B 1 , B 2 , B 3 ..., can also emit an acoustic signal Signal are triggered, the acoustic alarm device in principle at any, for. B. central, location of the textile machine can be arranged.
- a suitable input device can thus be provided on the housing 11 be provided to make program changes or make new ones at any time or to be able to enter additional data into the control device 30.
- a mobile data carrier e.g. B. a floppy disk or a CD-ROM - Provided, next to which there is an eject button 13 for the data carrier located.
- a mobile data carrier e.g. B. a floppy disk or a CD-ROM -
- Such training can be done at any time Control program for the individual control device 30 for a change elsewhere remove the housing 11 or against a new one Exchange control program.
- the operator can the mobile disk using a portable computer accordingly of the data displayed by the display device 31 or 33 correct and then reinsert into the insertion slot 12 Execution of the work based on the changed data.
- such a modified program can also be duplicated and made available for other workplaces A 1 ... or B 1 ... of the same or another textile machine of the same type.
- B. in a lot change (different template material, ie different sliver material, different character or different thickness (yarn number) of the thread to be produced 50 etc.) is appropriate.
- the piecing process differs from the normal spinning process from. It is therefore particularly interesting for the operator too learn how the piecer failed after such a game change is.
- piecing is carried out with the help of the already mentioned movable maintenance device 2, which is used to carry out the piecing process - or other maintenance work, e.g. B. a bobbin change, cleaning of the spinning element etc. - stops in front of the relevant job A 1 ... or B 1 ...
- the maintenance device 2 which will be described in more detail below, at least partially covers this work station A 3 and further work stations A 2 , A 4 and A 5 during maintenance, for example work station A 3 , while work stations A 1 and A 6 ... are not withdrawn from access and inspection by the maintenance device 2.
- the maintenance device 2 which is designed in a conventional manner, has a housing 21, which various working elements and aggregates records. To take a look at the while the maintenance device is working 2 working elements and units of the maintenance device 2 and the main of the controllable working components To enable the machine, the maintenance device 2 has a correspondingly large window 22. This now shows such Dimensions that the operator thereby on the display device 31 or 33 can look.
- the display device 31 or 33 z. B. arranged on the individual control device 30 its housing 11 is, for example, not attached to the drive housing 41 for this purpose, but to the convertible top 23 covering the open-end spinning device.
- the optical accessibility can be avoided of the display device 31 or 33 may alternatively be made possible by a system of mirrors or the like. It does not matter in principle whether the display device 31 or 33 can be seen through the window 22 of the maintenance device 2 or through an opening in another area of the housing 21 of the maintenance device 2. For example, such a display can also take place in the area of the control device 20 of the maintenance device (see display field 24 in FIG. 3).
