Claims (9)
- Zusatzeinrichtung für einen Fertiger zum Einbauen und Verdichten von Straßenbelagschichten, wobei der Fertiger ein Fahrwerk mit einem Antriebsaggregat, einen Materialvorratsbehälter (1), ein Fahrerhaus (9), einen Verteiler (5), eine Transporteinrichtung (3) sowie eine Verdichtungsbohle (7) enthält, und die die Zusatzeinrichtung Mittel enthält, die in Verbindung mit dem Fertiger das gleichzeitige heiß-auf-heiß-Verlegen von zwei Schichten ermöglicht, wobei die Mittel aus einem zusätzlichen Materialvorratsbehälter (2), einer zusätzlichen Transporteinrichtung (4), einer zusätzlichen Verteilungseinrichtung (6) und einer zusätzlichen Verdichtungsbohle (8) bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzeinrichtung an einem lösbar mit dem Fertiger zu verbindenden Gestell angeordnet ist, welches seitlich auf das Fahrwerk des Fertigers aufschiebbar ist und Befestigungspunkte für die lösbare Verbindung mit der Zusatzeinrichtung und dem Fahrerhaus enthält und dass das Gestell schwenkbare Träger aufweist, die mit Hilfe von Hydraulikzylindern bewegt werden können.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich sowohl der Materialvorratsbehälter (1) für die Tragschicht als auch der zusätzliche Materialvorratsbehälter (2) für die Deckschicht an der Vorderseite des Fertigers befinden.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach Anspruch oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, am Gestell Schwenkarme mit Stützrädern angebracht sind, die das seitliche Heranfahren der Zusatzeinrichtung beim Anbau an das Grundgerät erleichtern.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der zusätzlichen Verdichtungsbohle (8) eine Steuereinrichtung zur Einstellung der Schichtstärke der zweiten Schicht angeordnet ist, mit der die Schichtstärke durch eine Verstellung der Bohlenneigung einstellbar ist, wobei die Steuereinrichtung entweder mit der Steuerung für die erste Verdichtungsbohle (7) gekoppelt oder als unabhängig arbeitende Steuerung ausgebildet ist.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Transporteinrichtungen (3,4) und/oder den Materialvorratsbehältern (1,2) Heizvorrichtungen angebracht sind.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Fertiger ein zusätzliches verschiebbares Band zur Beschickung des zusätzlichen Materialvorratsbehälters (2) angebracht ist.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusatzeinrichtung mit einer Übergabeeinrichtung zur wechselseitigen Beschickung der Materialvorratsbehälter (1,2) verbunden ist, die am hinteren Teil des Fertigers angebracht ist.
- Zusatzeinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergabeeinrichtung einen Zwischenlagerungsbehälter (11) zur zeitweiligen Aufbewahrung des heißen Mischgutes mit zweiteiliger Kammer enthält. - Zusatzeinrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Zusatzeinrichtung eine automatische Abstandsregeleinrichtung angebracht ist, mit der der Abstand zwischen dem Fertiger und einem nach dem Fertiger fahrenden Übergabegerät geregelt wird.
