Es sind bereits verschiedene Fahrwerke bekannt, die mit Radlasten über 22,5 t betrieben werden.
Ein Teil der bekannten gattungsmäßigen Fahrwerke werden unter speziellen Bedingungen betrieben. Die wesentliche Einschränkung für diese Fahrwerke ist die Begrenzung der Geschwindigkeit. Damit ist ein Einsatz der Fahrzeuge nur in genau bekannten Relationen, z.B. Ganzzugverkehre, möglich.
Die Fahrwerke des Typs Y 25 DRRS und ANF 25 sind zwar fiir eine Geschwindigkeit größer als 90 km/h und für eine Radlast von 25 t ausgelegt, durch die deutlich erhöhte Masse gegenüber einem Standarddrehgestell Y 25 ist aber die Erhöhung der möglichen Zuladung durch die größere Radlast nur unterproportional.
Andere Fahrwerke, wie z.B. das Drehgestell Y 25 TTV, haben durch örtliche Verstärkungen des Standarddrehgestelles Y 25 die erforderlichen statischen Festigkeiten erreicht. Es kommt durch die relativ starre Achsführung dieser Drehgestelle, wie sie vom Drehgestell Y 25 her bekannt ist, bei größeren Radlasten zu einem Anwachsen der Kräfte und damit zur Vergrößerung des Verschleißes zwischen Rad und Schiene.

Claims (3)
- Fahrwerk für Schienenfahrzeuge, insbesondere für Güterwagen, mit einem am Wagenkasten drehbar gelagerten Fahrwerksrahmen, bei dem die Radsätze durch Feder- und Führungselemente mit einem Drehgestellrahmen (1) verbunden sind, wobei der Drehgestellrahmen mit einem Querträger (2) und damit verbundenen Längsträgem (1) ausgebildet ist und bei dem Achslagerführungen (14) direkt in einem Untergurt (12) des Längsträgers (3) integriert sind und an den Achslagerführungen (14) jeweils zwei mit einem Spiel (X) verschiebbare Druckstücke (7) und über Schaken (6) verbundene Federkappen (5), die sich über Federsätze (4) auf Achslager (8) abstützen, angeordnet sind und wobei die Druckstücke (7) von den Federkappen (5) von beiden Seiten gegen die Achslager (8) gedrückt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehgestellrahmen (1) durch die Kombination eines torsionssteifen Querträgers (2) und biegeweichen Längsträgern (3) verwindungsweich ausgebildet ist, wodurch das Fahrwerk so ausgebildet ist, daß bei Radlasten über 22,5t Geschwindigkeiten von 90 km/h gefahren werden können.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 1, wobei anstelle eines Federsatzes (4) eine einzelne Stahldruckfeder mit progressiver Federkennlinie angeordnet ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Druckstücke (7) mit einem hocbelastbaren Kunststoff beschichtet sind.
