Claims (22)
- Sportgerät für Trainingszwecke mit einer, vorzugsweise scheibenförmigen, Grundplatte (1) und einer Standplatte (10, 100) mit einer Standfläche zur Aufnahme eines Benutzers, welche Standplatte (10, 100) gegenüber der Grundplatte (1) um eine im wesentlichen normal zur Grundplatte (1) verlaufende Drehachse (70) rotierbar ist, wobei auf der Grundplatte (1) Wippkufen (4) zur Ausführung einer der Rotationsbewegung überlagerten Wippbewegung vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflageflächen der Wippkufen (4) zur Ausführung der Wippbewegung gekrümmt sind, daß an der den Wippkufen (4) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Grundplatte (1) eine zentrale Lagerschale (2) angeordnet ist, die gegenüber der Grundplatte (1) um die Drehachse (70) rotierbar gelagert ist, daß auf der der Standfläche gegenüberliegenden Seite der Standplatte (10, 100) ein Kupplungsstück (11) angeordnet ist, daß wahlweise in die Lagerschale (2) das Kupplungsstück (11) einsetzbar ist und dadurch die Standplatte (10, 100) gegenüber der Grundplatte (1) rotierbar ist oder ein kugelförmiges, elastisches Abrollelement (9) in die Lagerschale (2) einsetzbar ist, mit dem nach Wenden der Grundplatte (1) eine kombinierte Abroll- und Rotationsbewegung mit dieser ausführbar ist.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerschale (2) in einem Kugellager (8) gelagert ist.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerschale (2) in Form eines Hohlzylinders ausgebildet ist, dessen Symmetrieachse die Drehachse (70) bildet, und daß die von der Grundplatte (1) abgewandte Stirnfläche (128) des Hohlzylinders eine Kontaktfläche mit der Standplatte (100) bildet.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Standplatte (100) rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet ist, und daß an deren Unterseite im Symmetriezentrum als Kupplungsstück ein Zentrierzapfen (11) zum Eingriff in die Lagerschale (2) ausgebildet ist, und daß eine vorzugsweise kreisförmige Kontaktplatte (27) vorgesehen ist, die vom Zentrierzapfen (11) durchdrungen ist und welche auf der Stirnfläche (128) der Lagerschale (2) aufliegt.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im radial äußeren Bereich der Unterseite der Standplatte (100) Laufrollen (21) angeordnet sind, die bei Auflage der Standplatte (100) auf die Lagerschale (2) in Kontakt mit der Grundplatte (1) treten und auf dieser bei Rotation der Standplatte (100) abrollen (Fig.5).
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Standplatte (100) aus einem Mittelteil (37) mit dem Zentrierzapfen (11) und an diesen Mittelteil (37) beidseitig in Querrichtung anschließenden Seitenteilen (38), die vorzugsweise ungefähr die Form eines Fußgrundrisses aufweisen, gebildet ist.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je eine Laufrolle (21) an den einander gegenüberliegenden Endbereichen der beiden Seitenteile (38) angebracht sind.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der seitlichen Berandung der Seitenteile (38) der Standplatte (100) Begrenzungsleisten (28) vorgesehen sind.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Standplatte im Grundriß rechteckig ausgebildet ist.
- Sportgerät für Trainingszwecke mit einer Grundplatte (1) und einer gegenüber dieser rotierbaren Standplatte (100), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Unterseite der Grundplatte (1) ein zentral angeordnetes, kugelförmiges, elastisches Abrollelement (9) vorgesehen ist, das in einem Drehlagerteil (2) gegenüber der Grundplatte (1) um eine im wesentlichen normal zur Grundplatte (1) verlaufende Drehachse (70) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehlagerteil durch eine auf der Grundplatte (1) angeordnete, zentrale Lagerschale (2) gebildet ist, die gegenüber der Grundplatte (1) drehbar gelagert ist, und daß die Lagerschale (2) eine um die Drehachse rotationssymmetrische Öffnung aufweist, in die das kugelförmige, elastische Abrollelement (9) einsetzbar ist.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kugelförmige, elastische Abrollelement (9) in die Öffnung der Lagerschale (2) einpreßbar ist.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 10, 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kugelförmige, elastische Abrollelement durch einen Tennisball (9) gebildet ist.
- Sportgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Wippkufen (4) lösbar an der Grundplatte (1) angebracht sind.
- Sportgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Oberseite der Grundplatte (1) eine weitere zentrale Lagerschale (2') angeordnet ist, die gegenüber der Grundplatte (1) um die im wesentlichen normal zur Grundplatte (1) verlaufende Drehachse (70) drehbar gelagert ist, daß die Lagerschale (2') in Wirkverbindung mit der Standplatte (100) bringbar ist, sodaß mit der Standplatte (100) eine der Abrollbewegung überlagerte Rotationsbewegung ausführbar ist (Fig.7).
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lagerschale (2') in Form eines Hohlzylinders ausgebildet ist, dessen Symmetrieachse die Drehachse (70) bildet, und daß die von der Grundplatte (1) abgewandte Stirnfläche (128') des Hohlzylinders die Kontaktfläche bildet.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Standplatte (100) rotationssymmetrisch ausgebildet ist, und daß an deren Unterseite im Symmetriezentrum ein Zentrierzapfen (11) zum Eingriff in die Lagerschale (2') ausgebildet ist, und daß eine vorzugsweise kreisförmige Kontaktplatte (27) vorgesehen ist, die vom Zentrierzapfen (11) durchdrungen ist und welche auf der Stirnfläche (128') der Lagerschale (2') aufliegt.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im radial äußeren Bereich an der Unterseite der Standplatte (100) Laufrollen (21) angeordnet sind, die bei Auflage der Standplatte (100) auf die Lagerschale (2') in Kontakt mit der Grundplatte (1) treten und auf dieser bei Rotation der Standplatte (100) abrollen.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Standplatte (100) aus einem Mittelteil (37) mit dem Zentrierzapfen (11) und an diesen Mittelteil (37) beidseitig in Querrichtung anschließenden Seitenteilen (38), die vorzugsweise ungefähr die Form eines Fußgrundrisses aufweisen, gebildet ist.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je eine Laufrolle (21) an den gegenüberliegenden Endbereichen der beiden Seitenteile (38) angebracht sind.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der seitlichen Berandung der Seitenteile (38) der Standplatte (100) Begrenzungsleisten (28) vorgesehen sind.
- Sportgerät nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Standplatte im Grundriß rechteckig ausgebildet ist.
