Claims (12)
- Kämmmaschine mit Kämmköpfen (1) mit einem allen Kämmköpfen(1) zugeordneten Streckwerk (3), mit einer Faserbandablegevorrichtung (5), die ein drehbares Schlauchrad (54) oberhalb einer drehbaren Kanne (55) für das Speichern von Faserband (93) hat,
wobei die Einzelkopfbänder (9) der Kämmköpfe (1) eng nebeneinander als Faserbandschar (91) von der Tischebene dem Streckwerk (3) zugeführt und dort zu einem Vliesband (92) verstreckt werden und
wobei das Vliesband (92) mittels Vliestrichter (41) nahe dem Klemmspalt der Ausgangswalzen (33) des Streckwerks (3) zu einem Faserband (93) zusammengefasst und über Führungsmittel dem Trichter (51) der Faserbandablegevorrichtung (5) zugeführt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Fördern der Faserbandsschar (91) unmittelbar nach dem letzten Kämmkopf (1) ein angetriebener Steigförderer (2) mit Kalanderwalze (24) nahe einer unteren Führungswalze (22) angeordnet ist,
dass sich die obere Führungswalze (23) des Steigförderers (2) nahe und in der Ebene der Einzugswalzen (31) des Streckwerkes (3) befindet und
dass die Ausgangswalzen (33) des Streckwerkes (3) nahe und seitlich oberhalb des Trichters (51) der Faserbandablegevorrichtung (5) angeordnet sind. - Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Streckwerk (3),die Faserbandablegevorrichtung (5), bestehend aus Trichter (51), Kalanderwalzenpaar (52) und Schlauchrad (54), sowiedie obere Führungswalze (23) des Steigförderers (2) zu einer Baueinheit zusammengefasst und an einem gemeinsamen Tragrahmen (6) montiert sind.
- Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der den Ausgangswalzen (33) des Streckwerks (3) zugeordnete Vliestrichter (41) einer Bandbildungseinheit (4) in an sich bekannter Weise mit einem Führungsrohr (42) für das Faserband (93) verbunden ist und
dass in das Führungsrohr (42) über eine Dralldüse (43) eine Druckleitung (431) mit steuerbarem Ventil mündet. - Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vliestrichter (41) am freien Ende eines am Tragrahmen (6) zwischen einer Arbeitsposition (4) und einer Bedienposition (4') schwenkbaren Hebels (44) befestigt ist,
dass in der Arbeitsposition (4) der Vliestrichter (41) vor dem Klemmspalt der Ausgangswalzen (33) des Streckwerkes (3) und die Ausgangsöffnung des Führungsrohres (42) auf dem Trichter (51) der Faserbandablegevorrichtung (5) liegt und
dass in der Bedienposition (4') der Vliestrichter (41) um einen Bedienraum von den Ausgangswalzen (33) nach oben und außen weggeschwenkt ist. - Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der oberen Führungswalze (23) des Steigförderers (2) und den Eingangswalzen (31) des Streckwerkes (3) Führungselemente (30) angeordnet sind, die die Breite der Faserbandschar (91) begrenzen.
- Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den an den gemeinsamen Tragrahmen (6) angeordneten Baugruppen ein zentraler Antrieb (71, 72) zugeordnet ist und
dass die Getriebestufen als Zahn- oder Flachriementriebe ausgebildet sind. - Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von dem zentralen Antrieb (71, 72) im Bereich des Tragrahmens (6) auch der Antrieb des Drehtellers (56) für die Bewegung der Kanne (55) abgeleitet ist.
- Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Kalanderwalzen (52) der Faserbandablegevorrichtung (5) ein Messgeber (53) für die Dicke des Faserbandes (93) zugeordnet ist und
dass den Ausgangswalzen (33) des Streckwerks (3) und den mit diesen synchron
anzutreibenden Elementen ein separater Antriebsmotor (71) mit Regeleinheit zugeordnet ist. - Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streckwerksoberwalzen (313, 323, 332) mittels Membrankolben (341) belastet sind.
- Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Streckwerk (3) zur Ausgangsseite hin nach unten und in Richtung des Trichters (51) der Faserbandablegevorrichtung (5) geneigt ist.
- Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberwalzen (313, 323) des Streckwerkes (3) in Durchlaufrichtung der Faserbandschar (91) mit einem Spiel zwischen 0,5 bis 3 mm geführt sind.
- Kämmmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über jeder Oberwalze (313, 323, 332) des Streckwerkes (3) mindestens ein abgegrenzter Saugkanal (351, 352, 353) vorgesehen ist,
dass alle Saugkanäle (351, 352, 353) der Oberwalzen (313, 323, 332) in einen gemeinsamen Saugraum (36) münden und
dass über jedem Saugkanal (351, 352, 353) zur Saugleitung (362) gerichtete Luftleitbleche (361) angeordnet sind.
