Claims (10)
- Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung für eine Bogen verarbeitende Maschine, mit einem oberhalb eines Bogens oder Bogenstromes in einem Abstand schwenkbar angeordneten Tastelement und einem ortsfest angeordneten Schaltelement, das entsprechend der Schwenklage des Tastelementes beaufschlagbar ist, wobei über die Formatbreite der zu fördernden Bogen (7) bzw. des zu fördernden Bogenstroms mehrere, mindestens jedoch zwei Tastelemente (24) angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Tastelemente (24) gemeinsam auf einer Traverse (28) angeordnet sind und mittels eines gemeinsamen Justiermittels (46) auf eine zu verarbeitende Bogenstärke einstellbar sind. - Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Betätigungselement (37) für das Schaltelement (41) drehfest bezüglich der schwenkbaren Traverse (28) gelagert ist. - Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 oder 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Tastelemente (24) mit nur einem Schalter (41) zusammenwirken. - Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung (21) im Bereich des Anfanges eines Zuführtisches (9) angeordnet ist. - Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tastelement (24) eine Rolle ist. - Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abstand zwischen Tastrolle (24) und Gegenrolle (22) mittels einer Justierschraube (46) indirekt über eine schwenkbare Halterung (39) einstellbar ist. - Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schaltelement (41) zusammen mit der Halterung (37) mittels der Justierschraube (46) verstellbar gelagert ist. - Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen Tastrolle (24) und Gegenrolle (22) um ein geringes Maß größer ist, als der zu kontrollierende Bogen (7) bzw. geschuppte Bogenstrom. - Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des zu fördernden Bogens (7) oder Bogenstromes eine drehbar gelagerte Walze (22) angeordnet ist. - Mehrfachbogenkontrollvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze (22) dem Tastelement (24) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist.
