Claims (5)
- A gully, including at least one frame (1) and one metal grating (2) mounted on the frame (1) at a first edge (21) to pivot between a closed position (Z2) in which it covers at least a first portion (P1) of the frame (1) and an open position (A2), said grid (2) having at least one relief (31) on a second edge (22) opposite the first edge (21), each relief being carried by a corresponding elastic bar (3) and being selectively engaged in a retaining housing (11) of the frame (1) to immobilise the grating (2) in the closed position, which gully is characterised in that it includes a cover (4) mounted on the frame (1) at a first edge (41) to pivot between a closed position (Z4) in which it covers at least a second portion (P2) of the frame (1) and an open position (A4), said cover (4) having a second edge (42) opposite the first edge (41) and adjoining the second edge (22) of the grating (2) in the closed position (Z2, Z4) of the grating and the cover, in that the relief (31) is carried by a free end (30) of the elastic bar (3), which also has a notch (32), and in that the cover (4) has on its second edge (42) a lug (43) selectively engaged in the notch (32) to immobilise the cover (4) in the closed position (Z4) on the frame (1) by means of the grating (2).
- A gully according to claim 1, characterised in that the relief (31) has a bevelled surface (311) facing a rim (12) of the retaining housing (11) in an almost closed position of the grating and in that, starting from the almost closed position of the grating (2), the relief (31) is engaged in the retaining housing (11) by applying to the free end (30) of the elastic bar (3) a force oriented in a first direction (D1) essentially perpendicular to the bar (3) and a component of which, resulting from contact of the bevelled surface (311) with the rim (12) of the retaining housing (11), deflects the elastic bar (3) in a second direction (D2) essentially perpendicular to the first direction (D1) and to the elastic bar (3).
- A gully according to claim 2, characterised in that the lug (43) and the notch (32) have respective approach ramps (431, 321) that face each other in an almost closed position of the cover (4) and in that, starting from the almost closed position of the cover (4), the lug (43) is engaged in the notch (32) by applying to the lug (43) a force oriented in a third direction (D3) essentially perpendicular to the first and second directions (Dl, D2) and a component of which, resulting from mutual contact of the approach ramps (431, 321) of the lug (43) and the notch (32), deflects the elastic bar (3) in a fourth direction (D4) essentially perpendicular to the second direction (D2).
- A gully according to claim 3, characterised in that the lug (43) and the notch (32) have respective retaining ramps (432, 322) that face each other in the closed position (Z4) of the cover (4) and in that, when the cover (4) is away from its closed position (Z4), the lug (43) is disengaged from the notch (32) by applying to the lug (43) a force oriented in a fifth direction (D5) essentially opposite the third direction (D3) and a component of which, resulting from mutual contact of the retaining ramps (432, 322) of the lug (43) and the notch (32), deflects the elastic bar (3) in the fourth direction (D4).
- A gully according to any one of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that an interstice (5) between the free end (30) of the bar (3) and the frame (1) in the closed position (Z2) of the grating (2) enables a lever inserted therein to apply to the free end (30) of the bar (3) a force oriented in the second direction (D2) and causing deflection of the elastic bar (3) in the second direction (D2) and disengagement of the relief (31) from the retaining housing (11).
