said assembly comprising:- a spacer device (20; 200) which may be joined to the opening element (3) or body fixed element (23), and comprising means (25, 26, 29) for attachment to a wall (22, 30) of the fixed element (23) or of the opening element (3) on the one hand, and at least one abutment element (24, 27) designed so as to be used as a support for the opening element (3) or for the fixed element (23) on the other hand, in order to maintain a distance between both of these elements (3, 23), as well as at least one mating abutment means (31; 201); and- a locking device (1; 100) intended to be attached on a wall (3a) of the other opening (3) or fixed (23) element different from the one onto which may be joined the spacer device (20; 200), and comprising at least one abutment means (5, 105) designed for elastically cooperating with at least said mating abutment means (31; 201) of the spacer device (20; 200) in order to retain the opening element (3) in a pseudo-closing position close to the closing position. - The provisional locking assembly according to claim 1, wherein the abutment element (24) of the spacer device (20; 200) is designed so as to be able to be housed between the fixed element (23) and the opening element (3).
- The provisional locking assembly according to one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the abutment means of the spacer device (20) appears as a protruding retaining finger (31).
- The provisional locking assembly according to one of claims 1 or 2, wherein the abutment means of the spacer device (200) appears as a clamp (201).
- The provisional locking assembly according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the abutment means (5) of the locking device (1) is able to undergo elastic deformation.
- The provisional locking assembly according to one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the abutment means (105) of the locking device (100) is rigid and is able to elastically deform the mating abutment means (201) of the spacer device (200).
- The provisional locking assembly according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the abutment means (5) of the locking device (1) is made in the form of at least one protruding retaining tab (5).
- The provisional locking assembly according to one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the abutment means (105) of the locking device (100) is designed to co-operate with a mating abutment means (201) via a ball joint link.
- The provisional locking assembly according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the device (1; 100) for locking the opening element (3) on a fixed element (23) of a body of a motor vehicle comprises means (6, 10) for attachment to a wall (3a) of the opening element (3) or of the fixed element (23).
- The provisional locking assembly according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the locking device (1; 100) is designed so as to be attached at a door lining.
