Fitting according to claim 3, characterised in that the bore (22) passing through the body (11) emerges on the bearing face (12) by a collar (18) comprising at least one projecting sector (23) so as to form an abutment member set apart by a predetermined angular amplitude relative to the retracted position of the flange (17).
  6. Fitting according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that it comprises at least two diametrically opposite flanges (17) relative to the centre of the bearing face (12) and disposed along the major axis thereof.
  7. Fitting according to claim 6, characterised in that the lugs (19) of the flanges (17) are placed facing each other and aligned on the major axis of the bearing face (12) in the retracted position of the flanges and are deployed on both sides of this axis in the clamping position.
