Definitions
- the invention relates to a garden house consisting of a variety stacked wooden planks and several, each at the transition areas adjacent side walls arranged vertical Posts with recesses in which the ends of the wooden planks are supported the wooden planks can be braced vertically against each other are to compensate for weather-related dimensional differences.
- Wooden houses are known in various constructions that can be used both as a house and as a garden house. As a residential building, there are mostly complex solutions offered enable comfortable and year-round use. The use garden houses, on the other hand, are largely limited to the warmer ones Seasons. In addition, such houses serve only one anyway short-term stay, for example an overnight stay in the garden on the weekend. That is why the purchase decision for garden houses not primarily determined by comfort requirements, but by Costs. So-called log houses are particularly popular a large number of stacked wooden planks. This Log houses ensure a good compromise between the criteria Cost and comfort. They also have an appealing look overall visual impression that can be found in almost all gardens inserts. Finally, log houses convey a pleasant and relaxing contrast to the other living environment of garden users who mainly live in apartment buildings in the urban area.
- the garden houses designed as a log house can be self-assembled be erected.
- connection of the individual logs essential for the stability of the whole Garden shed.
- For the corner connection between the planks predominantly a conventional corner formation in the cross network chosen, where the beams from two adjacent side walls each alternately placed on top of each other.
- Such constructions are e.g. known from DE 44 05 736 C 1 and DE 28 36 701 C 1.
- the disadvantage of these solutions is that the end faces of the planks are exposed and thus exposed to the weather. This lack can be avoided if the end faces have additional cover strips assigned, as is the case with DE 44 40 268 A1 and DE 295 16 175 U 1 is proposed. However, the cover strips cause one additional assembly and cost expenditure.
- the protection of the end faces from weathering influences can be effective and can be improved cost-effectively, provided that the transition areas adjacent side walls with vertical connecting posts Recesses are provided in which the ends of the wooden planks be supported.
- the vertical posts are on a pillar, Strip or slab foundation supported. Such a wooden house is described for example in DE 297 19 182 U 1.
- the necessary height compensation is predominantly arranged vertically Spindles realized through all the planks of a wall run and brace them against each other.
- the length of the spindle can be adjusted if necessary to prevent swelling or shrinking to balance the planks.
- Such constructions e.g. according to DE 42 35 544 C 1, are therefore basically to compensate for the weather-related Dimensional differences are suitable.
- the disadvantage is that the spindle runs through all the planks. Accordingly, in each screed has a recess for the passage of the spindle become.
- the large length of the spindle requires a relative one high use of materials and on the other hand makes it considerably more difficult the assembly.
- the object of the invention is a device for compensating weather-related To create tolerances on garden sheds at which for the bracing of the wooden planks only individual planks of a wall are in direct operative connection with a spindle. At the same time with the device to be created, the effort for the Manufacturing and assembly of the garden houses can be reduced.
- the proposed solution is an automatic compensation weather-related dimensional differences in garden houses.
- the Resistance to wind and weather damage is improved.
- a garden shed the opposite the previously known solutions is cheaper and increased Has lifespan.
- the garden house shown in the drawing is for example built on pillar foundations, on top of which a wooden frame is launched. Then on the wooden frame in the places where the transition areas of adjacent side walls are located vertical posts 1 are attached, e.g. as in Fig. 4 shown, using Viennese screws.
- the garden house consists of one Many stacked wooden planks 2, which after completing the Assemble one side wall each.
- the neighboring in the transition area Side walls arranged vertical post 1 have Recesses 11. In these recesses 11, the ends of the Supported wooden planks 2.
- the upper planks 21 protrude from each side wall in their vertical extent over the upper end of the associated vertical post 1.
- the top one Screed 21 of each side wall is covered with the top screed 21 adjacent side wall connected.
- a connecting element 3 which has a flat Section 31 has. Between this surface section 31, which in the The embodiment shown has a triangular shape and the top Transverse surface 12 of the post 1 remains after assembly a distance "h".
- This distance "h” is necessary to measure differences the planks 2 of the entire side wall due to weather conditions To be able to dry out or swell.
- 31 Independent of the area of the concrete size of this distance "h” is 31 in any case parallel to the upper transverse surface 12 of the post 1 arranged.
- a bore 32 is formed in the flat section 31, the within the contour of the upper transverse surface 12 of the Post 1 must lie.
- a threaded spindle 4 is guided in the bore 32.
- the threaded spindle 4 is below the flat section 31 with the post 1 screwed.
- Above the flat section 31 is on the threaded spindle 4 a spring-loaded nut 41 is provided.
- the feather 42 is based on the one hand on the mother 41 and on the other hand on the flat Section 31 onwards.
- the wooden planks 2 are vertical Braced towards each other. If weather-related dimensional differences occur, these become automatic by the spring force 42 balanced. Here the vertical distance "h" changes.
- the connecting element 3 is preferably designed as an angle.
- the two legs of the angle are all over the Inside of the upper planks 21 to be connected. Between The flat section 31 is located with legs of the angle the bore 32 for guiding the threaded spindle 4.
- the legs of the Angle 3 can be easily assigned to the associated with wood screws Planks 21 are attached. It is also possible to do this to use metric screws. This variant is for larger ones Houses or for larger forces is appropriate and is in the drawing shown.
- plate-shaped or angular Elements 5 are arranged to prevent the penetration of the screws to prevent in the wood. These plates 5 are screwed, which is supported in a through hole of the screed 21 is connected to one leg of the angle 3.
- the threaded spindle 4 points in the area in which it is in the post 1 should be locked, Vienna thread on.
- the attainable Screw connection between threaded spindle 4 and post 1 can still be improved if this area of the threaded spindle 4 with Epoxy resin is glued into post 1.
- the threaded spindle 4 can in this area in addition to mother 41, another mother assigned as a counter nut be, which is not shown in the drawing.
- the force of the spring 42 pushes all the logs 2 down at the corners and keeps them stable. If the planks 2 swell up, there is sufficient freedom of movement upwards.
- the functional interaction of the components described effectively prevents the side walls from sliding apart and the wooden planks 2 from lifting off from the wall assembly in the event of a strong storm. It is guaranteed that the entire log house ", that is, there is no structural damage even in extreme weather conditions with sudden drying or swelling of the wood.
- the proposed solution enables compensation in particular Weather-related tolerances on garden sheds in the vertical direction.
- a sealing tape 13 is arranged, the end faces of the planks 2 assigned.
