Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines fixierbaren Einlagestoffs (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Einlagestoff (1) mit einem reaktiven Haftmittel (2) unterbrochen flächig bedruckt und auf das noch reaktiven Haftmittel (2) einen pulverförmigen Schmelzkleber (3) aufbringt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem reaktiven Haftmittel (2) verbundenen Partikel (3.1) des pulverförmigen Schmelzklebers (3) in das noch nicht ausreagierte und/oder erstarrte Haftmittel (2) eingedrückt werden und daß vorzugsweise die überschüssigen Partikel (3.2) des Schmelzklebers (3) entfernt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haftmittel (2) feuchtvernetzend ist, insbesondere feuchtevernetzendes Polyurethan.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schmelzkleber (3) aus Co-PES, Co-PA, EVA, TPU oder PE ausgewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haftmittel (2) nach einem an sich bekannten Verfahren aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlagestoff (1) ein Vliesstoff, Gewirke oder Gewebe ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlagestoff (1) aus PES, PA6 oder PA66, Viskose, Baumwolle, Acryl und deren Abmischungen besteht.
- Fixierbarer Einlagestoff, erhalten nach einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Verwendung eines fixierbaren Einlagestoffs nach Anspruch 8 zur Herstellung von Oberbekleidung.
