- die Flaschen und die Kapsel werden aufeinander zu verfahren, wobei die Flasche in die Kapsel einfährt und diese übernimmt,
- die Flaschen mit Kapsel und das Kapselaufnahmerad werden getrennt.

Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Ausstatten von Flaschen mit Kapseln, wobei die jeweilige Kapsel eine Aussparung und/oder einen Einschnitt aufweist, um die Plazierung eines Öffnungs- und/oder Dekorationsanteils eines Flaschenverschlusses außerhalb des Kapselmantels zu ermöglichen, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:die vereinzelten Kapseln werden einem intermittierend bewegten Kapselaufnahmerad zugeführt,im Kapselaufnahmerad wird die jeweilige Kapsel kalibriert und mit der Aussparung und/oder dem Einschnitt versehen,die jeweilige mit der Kapsel auszustattende Flasche wird zur Kapsel ausgerichtet, derart, daß der Öffnungs- und/oder Dekorationsanteil des Flaschenverschlusses mit der Aussparung und/oder dem Einschnitt der Kapsel fluchtet,die Flasche und die Kapsel werden aufeinander zu verfahren, wobei die Flasche in die Kapsel einfährt und diese übernimmt,die Flasche mit Kapsel und das Kapselaufnahmerad werden getrennt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übernahme der Kapsel durch eine Bewegung der ausgerichteten Flasche erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Übernahme der Kapsel bei einem gleichzeitigen Druckhub eines Schnittstempels, der zuvor den Einschnitt und/oder die Aussparung erzeugt hat, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtung der Flasche mittels Drehen in deren Rotationsachse erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Kapseln auszustattende Flaschen in einer Reihe angefördert und zur Ausstattung mit den Kapseln vereinzelt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (12,13) zum Transportieren und Vereinzeln der mit den Kapseln (8) auszustattenden Flaschen (1), eine Einrichtung (18) zum Vereinzeln der Kapseln, ein Kapselaufnahmerad (20) zum Aufnehmen einer oder mehrerer Kapseln in eine oder mehrere Aufnahmen (21), eine Einrichtung zum Zuführen der Kapsel in die jeweilige Aufnahme des Kapselaufnahmerades, eine Einrichtung (26) zum Kalibrieren der Kapsel, eine Schneideinrichtung (22) um die Kapsel mit einer Aussparung und/oder einem Einschnitt zu versehen, sowie eine heb- und senkbare Ausrichteinrichtung (28) für die jeweilige mit der Kapsel auszustattende Flasche.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Transportieren und Vereinzeln der mit den Kapseln auszustattenden Flaschen ein Transportband (12) und ein Sternrad (13) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Kalibrieren einen Kalibrierdorn (26) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneideinrichtung einen Schnittstempel (22) und einen Messerdorn aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unter dem Kapselaufnahmerad die Ausrichteinrichtung (28) für die Flaschen angeordnet ist, die als Drehteller ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit der Kapsel ausgestattete Flasche nach dem Trennen von Flasche mit Kapsel und Kapselaufnahmerad mittels eines Sternrades wieder dem Flaschentransportband zugeführt wird.
