Abstract

L'invention concerne un broyeur de scories comportant un arbre (2) passant à travers le carter sous pression (1), comportant des tôles d'entrée (12, 15) disposées en forme de trémie, des lames de coupe fixes (7) et des lames de coupe rotatives (4) tournant sur l'arbre (2). L'axe central vertical (22) de l'arbre (2) est excentré ou décalé par rapport à l'axe central vertical (20) du carter sous pression (1) d'une distance "a", de sorte que la zone de broyage est concentrée dans la partie centrale du broyeur de scories. Les épaulements de broyage destinés aux lames de coupe rotatives (4) forment, lors de la fragmentation du matériau à broyer, les lames de coupe fixes (7) passant par les tôles d'entrée (12, 12a), ces dernières lames étant pourvues, dans la zone de broyage, d'une partie formée par chargement par soudure (11) résistant à l'usure. Les lames de coupe rotatives (4) sont disposées, d'une façon connue, sur la périphérie de l'arbre (2) avec un certain décalage angulaire, ce qui permet d'obtenir que, lors du processus de broyage, une lame rotative (4) s'engage respectivement entre deux lames fixes (7) et que les autres lames (4) ou paires de lames (7) n'entrent en action qu'ultérieurement.
