Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen, an zumindest einem Ende offenen Sackkörpern, mit mindestens einem Schieber, der zwischen Sackkörperwände in ein offenes Ende eines Sackkörpers einführbar ist, um zumindest einen Endbereich einer Sackkörperwand zumindest teilweise umzufalten, wobei der mindestens eine Schieber durch eine Einrichtung zur Hin- und Herbewegung eines jeweiligen Schiebers in das zu öffnende Sackkörperende hinein und aus ihm heraus bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung (8-13) zur Hin- und Herbewegung eines jeweiligen Schiebers (3) zumindest eine angetriebene, entlang einer vorgegebenen Bahn (8) bewegliche Nocke (9) umfaßt, die am Schieber (3) angreift, um ihn hin- und herzubewegen.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens eine Nocke (9) an einer angetriebenen Kette (8) bzw. einem Riemen montiert ist, die bzw. der um Räder (10,11,12,13) bzw. Riemenscheiben umläuft, wobei durch die Räder ein erster, sich dem Sackkörper annähernder Umlaufabschnitt (8a), ein zweiter, vom Sackkörper wegführender Umlaufabschnitt (8b) und ein dritter Umlaufabschnitt (8c), der einen Nocken-Rücklaufabschnitt bildet, definiert sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem ersten (8a) und zweiten (8b) Umlaufabschnitt weiters ein vierter Umlaufabschnitt (8d) vorgesehen ist, der einen im wesentlichen konstanten Abstand vom zu öffnenden Sackkörperende aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positionen zumindest eines der Räder (10,11,12,13) bzw. Riemenscheiben der Einrichtung zur Hin- und Herbewegung eines jeweiligen Schiebers verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schieber eine Führungsbahn (38) zum Gleiteingriff mit den Nocken (9) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsbahn jedes Schiebers zum Gleiteingriff mit den Nocken (9) ein am Schieber fixiertes U-Profil (38) mit offenen Enden ist, dessen Längsachse im rechten Winkel zur Richtung der Hin- und Herbewegung des Schiebers angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weiters eine Fördervorrichtung (1) zum Transport der Sackkörper und eine Antriebsvorrichtung (5,6,7) zur Bewegung der Schieber (3) entlang einer Umlaufbahn (4) vorgesehen sind, wobei der Antrieb der Fördervorrichtung (1) und die Antriebsvorrichtung (5,6,7) zur Bewegung des Schiebers entlang der Umlaufbahn miteinander synchronisiert sind, so daß im Betrieb die Transportgeschwindigkeit (Pfeil A) der Sackkörper auf der Fördervorrichtung im wesentlichen gleich der Geschwindigkeit (Pfeil C) des Schiebers (3) entlang der Umlaufbahn ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geschwindigkeit an der Kette (8) bzw. dem Riemen mit den Nocken (9) so eingestellt ist, daß sie höher ist als jene der Schieber um die Umlaufbahn (4).
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsvorrichtung zur Bewegung des Schiebers entlang der Umlaufbahn eine um Zahnräder (5,6) umlaufende Kette (7) oder einen um Riemenscheiben umlaufenden Riemen umfaßt, wobei die Kette bzw. der Riemen mit dem Schieber verbunden und mindestens eines der Zahnräder bzw. eine der Riemenscheiben von einem Motor angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der Fördervorrichtung (1) und die Antriebsvorrichtung (5,6,7) zur Bewegung des Schiebers entlang der Umlaufbahn kontinuierlich laufende Antriebe sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vielzahl von Schiebern (3) vorgesehen ist, die entlang der Umlaufbahn (4) in gleichmäßigen Abständen verteilt sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlaufbahn durch eine Schiene (4) definiert ist, an der jeweilige Schieber (3) gleitbar montiert sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vorrichtung zur gleitbaren Montage des Schiebers an der Schiene (4) eine Buchse (35) und einen darin gleitbaren Schaft (34) umfaßt, wobei eines aus Buchse und Schaft mittels Rollen (31) oder Gleitflächen in die Schiene (4) eingreift und das andere mit dem Schieber verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schieber (3) einen Querbalken (39) und mindestens zwei daran befestigte, vorzugsweise im Abstand zueinander und in der Länge verstellbare, Schieberfinger (36,37) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen von schlauchförmigen Sackkörpern nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sackkörper in Querfaltung auf der Sackkörperfördervorrichtung angeordnet sein können, wobei der sich von der Querfaltungslinie in Richtung zum Schieber hin erstreckende Sackkörperabschnitt im wesentlichen in der Ebene der Hin- und Herbewegung des Schiebers liegen kann, und der sich von der Querfaltungslinie weg vom Schieber erstreckende Sackkörperabschnitt in einer Ebene liegen kann, die einen Winkel, vorzugsweise einen etwa rechten Winkel, mit der Ebene der Hin- und Herbewegung des Schiebers einschließt.
