Description
Eine bevorzugte Variante ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für beide Haspeldorne nur eine einzige Anwickelposition und eine einzige, mit dieser identischen Bundabnahmeposition vorgesehen ist.
Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Endloswickeln von Bandmaterial (18) in mehreren Bunden (11), vorzugsweise von warmgewalztem Blech im heißen Zustand, auf jeweils einen Haspeldorn (7, 7') zweier im konstanten Abstand an einer Trageinrichtung (1) angeordneter und jeweils mit einer eigenen Antriebseinrichtung (8, 8') drehbarer Haspeldorne (7, 7'), die synchron, jedoch alternierend von einer Anwickelposition (A) zu einer Bundabnahmeposition (C) bewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haspeldorne (7, 7') jeweils von der Anwickelposition (A) in unterschiedlichen Richtungen zu jeweils einer für einen Haspeldorn (7, 7') eigenen Fertigwickelposition (B, B') bewegbar sind, welche Fertigwickelpositionen (B, B') sowohl von der Anwickelposition (A) als auch von der Bundabnahmeposition (C) im Abstand liegen und derart angeordnet sind, daß, wenn sich ein Bund (11) in Fertigwickelposition (B, B') befindet, sich der jeweils andere Bund in der Anwickelposition (A) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anwickelpositionen (A) für die beiden Haspeldorne (7, 7') identisch sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bundabnahmepositionen (C) für die beiden Haspeldorne (7, 7') identisch sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anwickelpositionen (A) mit den Bundabnahmepositionen (C) identisch sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für beide Haspeldorne (7, 7') nur eine einzige Anwickelposition (A) und eine einzige, mit dieser identischen Bundabnahmeposition (C) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl die Fertigwickelpositionen (B, B') als auch die Anwickelpositionen (A) und die Bundabnahmepositionen (C) in einer Ebene liegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ebene zur Horizontalen geneigt angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ebene mit der Horizontalen einen Winkel (α) zwischen 30 und 60°, vorzugsweise einen Winkel (α) zwischen 40 und 45°, einschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anwickelposition (A) für jeden der Haspeldorne (7, 7') mittig zwischen den Fertigwickelpositionen (B, B') liegt und identisch ist mit der Bundabnahmeposition (C), wobei eine Bundabnahmeeinrichtung (13) vertikal unterhalb der Anwickelposition (A) bzw. Bundabnahmeposition (C) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haspeldorne (7, 7') im axialen Abstand voneinander an einem Trägerrahmen (1) angeordnet sind, der mittels einer Bewegungseinrichtung (5) unter Verbringung der Haspeldorne (7, 7') von einer Anwickelposition (A) zu einer Fertigwickelposition (B) bzw. zu einer Bundabnahmeposition (C) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Trägerrahmen (1) für jeden Haspeldorn (7, 7') eine eigene Antriebseinrichtung (8, 8') und eigene Andrückrollen (10) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haspeldorne (7, 7') als Spreizdorne ausgebildet sind und daß eine Anwickelhilfsvorrichtung (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anwickelhilfsvorrichtung (14), die beispielsweise als Korbrollenwickler oder als Riemen- oder Kettenwickler ausgebildet ist, mittels einer Stellvorrichtung in eine einen Haspeldorn (7, 7') umgreifende Hilfsposition (H) und in eine von dieser Position entfernte, vorzugsweise unter bzw. hinter der vom Trägerrahrnen (1) gebildeten Ebene liegende, Warteposition (W) sowie umgekehrt bringbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Endloswickeln von Bandmaterial (18) in mehreren Bunden (11), vorzugsweise von warmgewalztem Blech im heißen Zustand, auf zwei jeweils mit einem eigenen Antrieb (8, 8') antreibbare Haspeldorne (7, 7'), wobei die Haspeldorne (7, 7') synchron, jedoch alternierend, von einer Anwickelposition (A) zu einer Bundabnahmeposition (C) bewegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erster Haspeldorn (7, 7') von der Anwickelposition (A) in eine ihm zugeordnete eigene Fertigwickelposition (B, B') bewegt wird, sobald das Anwickeln an dem ersten Haspeldorn (7, 7') erfolgt ist, worauf ein Bund (11) fertiggewickelt wird, das Bandmaterial (18) geschnitten und ein so gebildeter neuer Bandanfang zu dem in der Zwischenzeit in Anwickelposition (A) gebrachten zweiten Haspeldorn (7, 7') geleitet wird und dort ein Anwickeln des Bandmaterials (18) erfolgt, worauf der zweite Haspeldorn (7, 7') mit dem zuletzt angewickelten Bund (11) in eine eigene von der dem ersten Haspeldorn (7, 7') zugeordneten Fertigwickelposition (B, B') unterschiedliche Fertigwickelposition (B, B') gebracht wird und der Bund (11) dort fertiggewickelt wird, währenddessen der am ersten Haspeldorn (7, 7') zuvor fertiggewickelte Bund (11) zur Bundabnahmeposition (C) gebracht wird, dieser dort abgenommen wird und der nunmehr leere Haspeldorn (7, 7') in eine Anwickelposition (A) gebracht wird, und daß der Zyklus daraufhin wiederholt wird.
