Description
Das vorgeschlagene Verfahren und die Anlage können allgemein bei der Herstellung von Metallen Einsatz finden. Insbesondere ist die Bearbeitung von Stählen und Aluminium vorgesehen.
Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Umformen von Metallband (5) in einer Warmbandwalzanlage, wobei das Metallband (5) nach Durchlaufen einer Fertigstraße (1) und einer Kühlstrecke (2) über einen Treiber (3), der aus einer oberen und unteren Treiberrolle besteht, einer Haspelanlage (4) zugeführt wird, wobei das Metallband (5) in dem Bereich zwischen Ende der Kühlstrecke (2) und Haspelanlage (4) einer Dickenreduzierung unterzogen wird.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Dickenreduzierung die Rollen bzw. Walzen (3') des Treibers (3) eingesetzt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Metallband (5) zwischen dem Ende der Kühlstrecke (2) und der Haspelanlage (4) zusätzlich durch eine Streckrichterzone läuft. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels eines Regelkreises die Anstellung der dickenreduzierenden Treiberrollen Treiberwalzen (3') oder deren Stellglieder in Abhängigkeit von den Bandeigenschaften geregelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels eines Regelkreises die Einstellung der Streckrichterrollen zueinander und zum Metallband (5) in Abhängigkeit von den Bandeigenschaften geregelt wird. - Verfahren nach Ansprüch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Bandeigenschaften die Temperaturverteilung, die Bandkontur oder die Bandzugspannungen eingehen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 13 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als zusätzliches Stellglied zur Einstellung der Bandeigenschaften in der Kühlstrecke (2) die Bandtemperaturverteilung über der Breite vor einer Umformung in der Streckrichterzone verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dickenreduzierung über der Bandlänge unterschiedlich ist. - Anlage zum Umformen von Metallband (5), bestehend aus einer Fertigstraße (1) mit nachfolgender Kühlstrecke (2), Treiber (3) und Haspelanlage (4), wobei im Bereich zwischen dem Ende der Kühlstrecke (2) und der Haspelanlage (4) mindestens zwei Rollen bzw. Walzen (3') so übereinander angeordnet sind, dass sie einen Walzspalt bilden, der kleiner ist als die Banddicke vor den Rollen bzw. Walzen (3'), in Bandlaufrichtung gesehen.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei diesen Rollen bzw. Walzen um die Treiberrollen (3') handelt, die sowohl als Treiber (3) dienen als auch eine Dickenreduzierung durchführen. - Anlage nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchmesser der Treiberrollen / Treiberwalzen (3') gleich oder unterschiedlich sind. - Anlage nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächen der Treiberrollen / Treiberwalzen (3') glatt sind oder zwecks Einstellung einer gewünschten Bandrauhigkeit aufgerauht sind. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Treiber (3) eine Einrichtung zur Walzspaltschmierung (6a, 6b) vorgesehen ist, wobei diese vorzugsweise über der Bandbreite zonenweise aktivierbar ist. - Anlage nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Treiber (3), in Bandlaufrichtung gesehen, eine Einrichtung (7a, 7b) zur Entfernung des Schmiermittels vorgesehen ist. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach dem Treiber (3), in Bandlaufrichtung gesehen, eine Bandkühlstrecke (10) angeordnet ist. - Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Dickenmeßgerät (11) hinter dem Treiber (3), in Bandlaufrichtung, vorgesehen ist.
