Abstract
Claims (9)
- Installation de coulée continue, en particulier pour la coulée continue de l'acier, avec un dispositif de support de la lingotière (4) et une lingotière (1, 1') supportée en oscillation par rapport à celui-ci, dans laquelle la lingotière (1, 1') est supportée sur le dispositif de support de la lingotière (4) par des éléments de guidage (7, 10) s'étendant sensiblement transversalement à la direction d'oscillation (III) et reprenant des efforts dans le domaine élastique, dans laquelle les éléments de guidage (7, 10) sont disposés sensiblement parallèlement les uns aux autres et à une certaine distance (12) les uns au-dessus des autres dans la direction d'oscillation (III), et dans laquelle chaque élément de guidage (7, 10) est fixé d'une part au dispositif de support de la lingotière (4) et d'autre part à la lingotière (1, 1'), dans laquelle, avec une paire d'éléments de guidage (7, 10) disposés au voisinage l'un au-dessus de l'autre, la fixation d'un premier élément de guidage (7 ou 10) est chaque fois disposée sur la lingotière (1, 1') et la fixation d'un second élément de guidage (10 ou 7) est chaque fois disposée sur le dispositif de support de la lingotière (4), sensiblement l'une au-dessus de l'autre, dans laquelle au moins un premier élément de guidage (7) s'étend du dispositif de support de la lingotière (4) vers la lingotière (1, 1') dans une première direction (I) et au moins un second élément de guidage (10) s'étend du dispositif de support de la lingotière (4) vers la lingotière (1, 1') dans une direction (II) opposée à la première direction (I) caractérisée en ce que, pour le support de la lingotière (1), il est chaque fois prévu au moins deux premiers éléments de guidage (7) et deux seconds éléments de guidage (10), chacun des groupes formés chaque fois par un premier et un second élément de guidage (7, 10) étant disposé à une distance (13) de l'autre prévue dans la direction d'oscillation (III).
- Installation de coulée continue suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu sur la lingotière (1, 1') chaque fois au moins un bras de support (5, 6) s'étendant vers le dispositif de support de la lingotière (4) et sur le dispositif de support de la lingotière (4) chaque fois au moins un bras de support (5, 6) s'étendant vers la lingotière (1, 1'), qui sont disposés sensiblement parallèlement l'un à l'autre et se recouvrent sensiblement l'un l'autre en regardant dans la direction d'oscillation (III), et en ce qu'au moins un élément de guidage (7) s'étend de la région d'extrémité (5') d'un premier bras de support (5) jusqu'à la région d'extrémité (6') de l'autre bras de support (6) et y est chaque fois lui-même fixé.
- Installation de coulée continue suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un premier élément de guidage (7) et un second élément de guidage (10) disposé sensiblement parallèlement à celui-ci sous un certain angle par rapport à un autre premier élément de guidage (7) et au second élément de guidage (10) disposé sensiblement parallèlement à celui-ci (Fig. 3).
- Installation de coulée continue suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que, pour une lingotière courbe (1'), les axes longitudinaux des éléments de guidage (7, 10) sont orientés sensiblement selon des rayons (16) de l'arc défini par la lingotière courbe (1').
- Installation de coulée continue suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le premier et le second élément de guidage (7, 10) forment chaque fois un sous-groupe (19) avec un bras de support (5, 6) (Fig. 9 à 14).
- Installation de coulée continue suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de guidage (7, 10) sont formés par des ressorts à ruban, en particulier chaque fois par des paquets de ressorts à ruban.
- Installation de coulée continue suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de guidage sont formés par des câbles.
- Installation de coulée continue suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de guidage sont formés par des barres.
- Installation de coulée continue suivant une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de guidage sont réalisés en acier ou en matière synthétique, comme par exemple en fibres de carbone ou en fibres de verre.
