Definitions
- the present invention relates to a step an essentially horizontal tread when installed and in the installed state approximately vertical, in the longitudinal direction of the step trending front and rear exterior surfaces.
- stair elements to form a staircase next to each other and in a corresponding supporting structure, for example made of concrete or mortar. It is there known, the individual steps approximately rectangular train, which, however, has the disadvantage of a high weight Has. Furthermore, it is known to have L-shaped stair elements to train. In this embodiment there is only one outer surface facing forward and a step surface available. In the rear area is the L-shaped step only anchored in a concrete or mortar bed.
- the invention has for its object a step of the type mentioned above, which is characterized by a easy handling, low weight and great versatility distinguished and with the particularly simple Way a staircase can be created.
- This object is achieved according to the invention in a step the specified type solved in that they are in the side view about the shape of an inverted U, where the two U-legs in the installed state of the step extend over the full step height, and that both outer surfaces the U-leg designed as different Visible surfaces are formed, at least a visible surface has a projection.
- Both outer surfaces of the U-legs are different from each other designed visible surfaces.
- This training has the advantage that the step element in two positions can be installed, when installed once the one and then the other outside surface points in front and thus appears as a visible surface.
- a first or a second configuration can be made the front visible surface can be selected, whereby just rotate the step by 180 ° when laying must become.
- At least one visible surface has a projection on, this visible surface projection for example a can have rounded or a flat end face. It can, for example, have a head start on every visible surface be provided, in which case according to the invention both visible surfaces must be designed differently, so that in In this case, the two projections are preferably different are trained, for example with a rounder and level Face as described above. However, it can For example, a visible surface is completely flat be while the other face is a head start with a round or flat face, for example owns.
- the Invention no limits. As mentioned, however, preferably takes place a flat one or one with a projection Design of the visible surface application as this Embodiments by a simple manufacture and distinguish pleasant appearance.
- the one optionally provided on at least one visible surface Projection preferably extends from the tread to the top of the U-leg of the step.
- the the lower end of the projection thus closes approximately with the upper Limitation of the cavity between the two U-legs and thus corresponds to the thickness of the tread having section of the stair step.
- the step designed according to the invention can be due to their relatively low weight and that between the U-legs provided cavity particularly easy to handle. By arranging the protrusions on the visible sides the step can be gripped particularly well. The The step is therefore easy to lay. By simple The design can be rotated by 180 ° the front visible surface vary. Because the step formed entirely by a single element staircase is easy and convenient create, the front U-leg when laying on supported by the tread of the step below can be while the rear U-leg in one suitable supporting structure, for example made of concrete or mortar. The cavity of the step can remain free when installed.
- the staircase according to the invention characterized in that the inside of the U-leg when installed Run up and down the steps.
- the cavity is thus in this embodiment in side view trapezoidal.
- the step has in the rear area of the tread when installed at least one parallel to the longitudinal direction of the step running groove.
- a groove can, for example serve as a moving aid to the contact surface of the front U-leg of the next higher step.
- This groove can also be used as a shadow gap and / or for receiving sealing elements, thrust protection elements etc. in the form of strips, rails etc. serve.
- the step has a groove Connection to the next step can be used Rail on.
- Rail on This expediently made of metal or rubber existing rail covers the joint between two stacked stairs.
- the front U-leg of the step preferably has rails a corresponding one in its lower front section Recess on. This recess is expedient in a symmetrical arrangement also in the rear U-leg provided to the two mentioned To ensure laying options.
- Another preferred feature of the step is in that they are at the bottom of at least one U-leg has a notch in the concrete or mortar can be pressed in during laying to get a better one To achieve anchoring effect of the step.
- the edges of the step are preferably chamfered to To avoid flaking.
- step on one side surface to put together another step has an adhesive pocket.
- the glue pouch is here preferably by an inclined section or a Step section formed on the side surface. In the area these sections can then be put together when two A suitable adhesive can be arranged in step elements. Of course there are corresponding extensions in the area of these sections for receiving the adhesive possible.
- the step shown in Figure 1 or that shown there Stair element 1 has a side view about the shape of an inverted U, with the two U legs 7,8 when installed or laid over the extend full step height h. Between the two U-legs 7,8 there is a cavity 13, which is shown in FIG. 1 narrowed at the top and inside, i.e. the inner surfaces of both legs 7,8 are inclined upwards and inwards.
- U-legs are used in the text, refer to them this term refers to the representation in the side view or in cross section. It goes without saying that these legs in total over the entire length of the stair element extend and therefore in reality are approximately strip-shaped.
- the stair tread element 1 points in the laid or in the figure 1 shown an upper tread surface 2 and a front and rear outer surface 3.4. These two outside areas 3.4, which extends from tread 2 to the bottom End of the U-legs 7,8 extend as from each other differently designed visible surfaces.
- the stair tread element thus has on these two surfaces a different appearance, whereby in the figure 1 shown embodiment, the front outer surface 3rd has a projection 5 with a round end face (projecting ledge) extending from the top of the U-leg 7 extends to the step surface 2.
- the in Figure 1 rear outer surface 4 also has a different from the upper End of the U-leg 8 extending to the tread 2 Tab 6 (protruding ledge), which, however, is flat End face. The edges of this projection are chamfered here.
- this stair element can be used.
- the front grooves 9 can, for example, for recording a rubber strip that acts as a slip protection (not shown) serve.
- One of the rear grooves 10 takes this Embodiment a metal rail 11, which acts as a connecting element to the next stair step element arranged above serves. This metal rail 11 engages in one Recess 12 at the front end of the front U-leg of the next step element.
- a suitable concrete support structure is indicated at 15, in which the stair elements are laid.
- the material of the staircase elements themselves, so these are preferably with precast concrete suitable reinforcement.
- the stair elements 1 have a certain width (seen in the front view). If a this width If more than one stair width is required, several must be used Stair elements are placed side by side.
- the corresponding joint is in section A-A according to FIG. 2 shown. It can be seen that the side surfaces 20 one lower vertical section, an inclined section 21 and have an upper vertical section. In the upper end area of the inclined section 21 there is a pocket 22 to hold an adhesive 23. When putting together an adhesive connection is thus made between two stair tread elements, the upper gap area being wider is than the lower gap area.
- the two shown in Figure 3 in a spatial view Stair elements 1 differ from one another in that that the left element shown in the figure the front outer surface 3 a projection 5 with a round End face has, while that shown in the figure right element a projection 30 with a flat end face having. Furthermore, the projection 6 is on the rear outer surface 4 in the left embodiment with a plane End face provided while in the right embodiment has a rounded end face. Finally has the right stair element shown in the figure a drip edge 31 between the projection 6 and the rear U-leg 8. A corresponding drip edge is between the projection 30 and the front U-leg 7 educated.
- the section shown in Figure 4 in a spatial view a staircase is made of stair elements 1 of the figure 3 left embodiment composed. Three each Stair step elements 1 form a step next to each other.
- the front groove 9 is the The tread 2 serves as a slip protection, in cross section mushroom-shaped rubber strip 32 arranged.
- the rear bar serves as a thrust protection and as a seal.
- FIG. 5 shows the stair tread element shown on the right in FIG. 3 in cross section.
- This stair step element is installed by means of a concrete foundation 32 so that it receives a vertical position. It can be in this position be used as embankment stone, boundary stone, etc.
