Claims (4)
- Dispositif de coupe à bague de couteau pour la coupe de rognures hachées avec une bague de couteau (1), comprenant une couronne de paquets de couteaux et deux bagues supportant ces paquets, qui sont disposées respectivement sur les extrémités des paquets de couteaux ;
chaque paquet de couteaux présente un couteau (1.1) qui est incliné vers le sens radial et dont la lame est dirigée vers l'intérieur ;
avec un rotor (2), qui est disposé de façon coaxiale par rapport à la bague de couteau (1) et est entouré par celle-ci ;
le rotor présente un grand nombre de pales de rotor (2.1), qui portent sur leurs extrémités extérieures des couteaux à fendre (2.2) en forme de baguette, qui sont agencés parallèlement à l'axe et s'étendent sur la largeur du rotor ;
chaque couteau à fendre (2.2) est fixé au moyen de vis (2.4) sur la pale de rotor (2.1) correspondante ;
chaque assemblage vissé présente un élément de clavette (2.5) qui se rétrécit en forme de clavette vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial, vu dans une coupe perpendiculaire à l'axe. - Dispositif de coupe à bague de couteau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs assemblages vissés sont prévus par couteau à fendre (2.2) et en ce qu'il est prévu comme élément de clavette une baguette (2.5) unique qui se rétrécit en forme de clavette vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial, vu dans une coupe perpendiculaire à l'axe.
- Dispositif de coupe à bague de couteau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque couteau à fendre (2.2) présente respectivement des trous oblongs (2.3) pour le passage des vis (2.4) et en ce que les axes longitudinaux des trous oblongs sont agencés dans le sens radial.
- Dispositif de coupe à bague de couteau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone extérieure au plan radial des pales est protégée contre l'usure par une tôle d'usure (2.6).
