    en ce que le bras d'appui (41) est formé par un disque (64) approximativement vertical.

    en ce que le bras d'appui (41) se trouve, dans une position en attente rentrée, sur ou à proximité du boîtier (2) ou de l'élément de support (51).

    en ce que la pièce de l'élément de support (51) maintenant l'axe de pivotement (42) est formée par un pivot (43).

    en ce que le pivot (43) présente un axe d'articulation (44) et l'élément de support (51) est logé de façon pivotante sur l'axe d'articulation (44) de préférence avec des branches horizontales supérieure et inférieure (68, 69).

    en ce que l'évidement (49) se trouve dans la paroi latérale (2b) et à l'intérieur et dans le fond (2a) du boîtier (2).

    en ce que le dispositif de réglage (45) est intégré dans le pivot (43).

    en ce que l'axe d'articulation (44) présente un filet extérieur et le bras d'appui (41) avec au moins un trou fileté est vissé sur l'axe d'articulation (44).

    en ce que le bras d'appui (41) peut être bloqué dans sa position en attente rentrée (S1) par un moyen de blocage(70) et débloqué par un moyen de déblocage (76).
  18. Plafonnier encastré selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le bras d'appui (41) est amené dans sa position d'appui (S) par la force d'un ressort (67).
  19. Plafonnier encastré selon la revendication 17 ou 18,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le moyen de blocage (70) est formé par un dispositif d'encliquetage (73).
  20. Plafonnier encastré selon la revendication 19,
    caractérisé
    en ce que le dispositif d'encliquetage (73) est formé par un nez d'encliquetage (74) et un évidement d'encliquetage (75) accueillant celui-ci, qui agissent entre le bras d'appui (41) et l'élément de support (51).
  21. Plafonnier encastré selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 20,
    caractérisé
    en ce que les moyens de blocage (70) peuvent être desserrés par un déplacement axial de l'axe d'articulation (44) de préférence du bas vers le haut.
