Description
Es hat sich herausgestellt, daß sich beispielsweise das Auswechseln einzelner Transportbänder in Transportbänderzügen, die unterhalb eines Falztisches oder ähnlich schwer zugänglich angeordnet sind, sehr langwierig und zeitraubend gestaltet. Das jeweils auszuwechselnde Transportband kann an Ort und Stelle beispielsweise um die Falzwalze geführt und dann vor Ort wieder zusammengefügt werden. Andererseits muß bei den bisherigen Falzwalzenkonstruktionen bei Aufziehen eines endlosen, fertigen Transportbandes, was keine zusammenfügbaren Enden mehr aufweist, entweder die gesamte Falzwalze oder eine Lagerungsstelle derselben komplett ausgebaut werden, da sich das endlose Band nur so axial auf die Falzwalze aufziehen läßt. Die beiden skizzierten Auswechselvorgänge sind äußerst zeitraubend, schwierig auszuführen und schränken die Verfügbarkeit eines Falzapparates für die Exemplarproduktion nicht unerheblich ein.

Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Transport von Exemplaren in einem Falzapparat, mit einer zweiten Längsfalzeinrichtung, in welchem von einer Materialbahn abgetrennte Exemplare über Transportbänderzüge befördert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer mittels eines Gegenlagers (14) abstützbaren Falzwalze (1), um welche Transportbänder (3) umlaufen, ein axial verfahrbarer Lagerungszapfen (17) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Falzwalze (1) an einer ihrer Stirnseiten (12) eine Ausnehmung (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Ausnehmung (22) der Falzwalze (1) ein Lager (16) eingelassen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der axial verfahrbare Lagerungszapfen (17) mittels eines Antriebes (18) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (18) ein pneumatisch beaufschlagter Antrieb ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (18) ein hydraulisch beaufschlagter Antrieb ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb (18) ein elektrischer Antrieb ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportbänder (3) in Ausnehmungen (13) des Falzwalzenmantels (2) der Falzwalze (1) aufgenommen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Falzwalze (1) abstützende Gegenlager (14) auf der Antriebsseite (6) der Falzwalze (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenlager (14) den Wellenzapfen (10) der Falzwalze (1) nicht berührt,wenn der Lagerungszapfen (17) sich in der in die Ausnehmung (22) der Falzwalze (1) eingefahrenen Position (20) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenlager (14) auf den Wellenzapfen (10) der Falzwalze (1) im Kontaktbereich (15) aufsitzt, wenn der Lagerungszapfen (17) sich in der Freigabeposition (21) befindet.
- Falzapparat mit einer Vorrichtung zum Transport von Exemplaren, wobei im Falzapparat von einer Materialbahn abgetrennte Exemplare über Transportbänderzüge befördert werden und der Falzapparat eine zweite Längsfalzeinrichtung umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer mittels eines Gegenlagers (14) abstützbaren Falzwalze (1), um welche Transportbänder (3) umlaufen, ein axial verfahrbarer Lagerungszapfen (17) zugeordnet ist.
