Definitions
- the invention relates to a back railing consisting of a tube and two Hooks that are attached to the end of the tube.
- Back rails are important components in scaffolding to ensure the safety of the Raise people working on the scaffolding.
- this back railing on modular scaffolds e.g. from a pipe on which a casting head with a wedge was attached to each end. That wedge was each anchored in the perforated disc of the vertical scaffold tube by using has been hit with a hammer.
- This back railing has the disadvantage that the casting head can only be produced with great effort and the weight of the Back railing increased You also need for assembly / disassembly this back railing is a tool.
- the task therefore is to provide a back railing that does not have the disadvantages of the prior art and simpler assembly enables.
- the object is achieved by providing a back railing solved, consisting of a tube and two hooks, each in the end of the Pipe are attached.
- the tube can be any tube with any cross section and one any diameter.
- the tube is preferably round and has one Diameter between 35 mm and 45 mm.
- the hooks are arranged on this tube.
- the hooks are each in the End portion of the tube attached in any way. You can e.g. screwed, pressed or welded on.
- the hooks are preferably made of any rod-shaped material Cross-section made.
- the hooks from one are particularly preferred cylindrical material with a diameter of preferably 10-14 mm.
- the hooks are preferably produced by bending.
- the hooks can out Plastic or metal can be produced, with metal being preferred.
- the hooks are attached to the tube so that the Center axis of the hook at an angle of 45 ° -135 °, preferably 75-115 ° and most preferably from 85 ° -95 ° to the vertical central axis of the tube is arranged.
- the hooks have a straight line and at least one angled section, the straight section preferably a length of 30-80 mm and the angled section preferably has a length of 20-60 mm.
- the angled section is covered on the straight section of the hook at an angle of 15 ° -165 °, preferably 45 ° -135 ° and very particularly preferably 85 ° -95 °.
- the chop has so many angled short ones Sections on that the shape of the chop is a curved chop approximates or that the heel is rounded.
- the rock railing according to the invention also preferably has additional On which the hooks are attached.
- These hanging plates are preferably attached to the ends of the tube and are preferred executed as an angle.
- the ends of the tube are flattened and the hooks in attached to these flattened sections of the tube.
- the back railing according to the invention is on any scaffold that corresponding holding devices, preferably punched disks with openings attached by placing the bottom tip of the heel over each of the Openings each positioned a cradle and then through the hook Rotating the entire back railing according to the invention about its longitudinal axis into the holes, so that the back railing in the Perforated disks are locked captively. This is why this is also claimed Method according to the invention for attaching the invention Back railing on a scaffold, preferably on a modular scaffold
- the back railing can be used in this way by anyone skilled in the art
- Known perforated disc can be locked, such as e.g. in: US 5 605 204, in particular Figure 2; DE-PS-24 49 124, in particular Figures 1a and 1b; DE-OS-196 02 737, in particular Figure 1; EP-PS-0 289 825; in particular Figure 3 and in the applicant's parallel application with the internal sign PH 8061, in particular Figures 1 and 2 is disclosed.
- These fonts are hereby referred to as References have been introduced and are therefore part of the disclosure.
- the back railing according to the invention has the advantage that it is easier is to be produced as a rock railing according to the state of the art.
- the Back railing according to the invention can be done with a handle and without tools to be assembled.
- the back railing according to the invention can be on any Scaffold that has perforated disks can be attached.
- the invention Back railing is lighter than back railing with a cast head.
- FIG 1 one end of the back railing according to the invention is shown.
- the other end of the back railing is identical.
- the tube 2 of the Back railing has a diameter of 38 mm and a wall thickness of 1.8 mm and is flattened at the end.
- the hook 3 is pressed into this end 9.
- the hook 3 has a straight section 12 and an angled section 4 on.
- the hook 3 is attached to the tube 2 so that the central axis 13 of the Hook 3 at an angle of 90 ° to the vertical central axis 5 of the tube 2 is arranged.
- the back railing according to the invention is captive in the small openings 6 the perforated disc 7 of the vertical scaffold tube 10 suspended. It is for that Expert of course that the back railing according to the invention in the Openings of any perforated disc can be hung. Also recognizes the specialist that the back protection according to the invention also in the large Openings 11 of the perforated disc can be hooked in when the tube 2 is executed accordingly longer.
- FIG. 2 one end of the back railing according to the invention is shown.
- the other end of the back railing is identical.
- the tube 2 of the back railing has a diameter of 38 mm and a wall thickness of 1.8 mm.
- a suspension plate 8 is welded on.
- the hanging plate serves as a support surface for the back railing according to the invention.
- the hook 3 is pressed into the mounting plate 8.
- the hook 3 has a straight section 12 and an angled section 4.
- the hook 3 is attached to the mounting plate 8 in such a way that the central axis 13 of the hook 3 is arranged at an angle of 90 ° to the vertical central axis 5 of the tube 2.
- FIG. 3a shows an example of a hook in the sense of the invention.
- the hook 3 has a straight section 12 and an angled section 4, the angle between these two sections being 90 °.
- the hook is bent from a cylindrical solid material with a diameter of 12 mm.
- the straight section has a length a of 60 mm and the angled section has a length b of 30 mm.
- the hook can also be made from a tubular material and that the two sections can also be welded together.
- FIG. 3b shows another example of a hook in the sense of the invention.
- the hook 3 has a straight section 12 and an angled section 4, the angle between these two sections being 90 °.
- a further angled section 14 adjoins the angled section 4.
- the length a of the straight section is 51 mm
- the length of the angled section b is 45 mm
- the length c of the further angled section is 5 mm.
- the hook is bent from a cylindrical solid material with a diameter of 12 mm.
- the hook can also be made from a tubular material and that the two sections can also be welded together.
- Figure 4 shows the back railing 1 according to the invention in the installed state.
- the length of the tube 2 is dimensioned such that the back railing can be hung between two vertical scaffold tubes 10 of a modular scaffold.
- On the pipe 2 each of the ends of the mounting plates 8 are welded and the hooks 3 are attached to these mounting plates 8.
- the back railing (1) is between two vertical scaffold tubes 10 in the Openings 6 of the perforated discs 7 are secured against loss.
