Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Einschieben von Produkten (4) in ein Verpackungsbehältnis (2) in einer Verpackungsmaschine, mit einem über eine gewisse Strecke parallel zu den Produkten (4) geführten Einschubstößel (13) und einer Abdeckzunge (6), die mittels einer 1. Bewegungssteuerung (9a,11,19) oberhalb der Produkte (4) vorpositionierbar und mittels einer 2. Bewegungssteuerung (8,9,17,23,24,24a) auf die Produkte (4)absenkbar ist, wobei der Einschubstößel (13) und die Abdeckzunge (6) zusammen eine die Produkte (4) in das Behältnis (2) einführende Einschubbewegung ausführen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die 2. Bewegungssteuerung (8,9,17,23,24,24a) eine im wesentlichen vertikale Steuerfläche (24a) und ein die Steuerfläche (24a) abgreifendes und dabei horizontal verstellbares Element (17) aufweist, wobei die horizontale Verstellbwegung des Elementes (17) über eine Umsetzvorrichtung (16,23) in die vertikale Absenkbeweegung der Abdeckzunge (6) umsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerfläche (24a) zur Formatänderung im wesentlichen horizontal verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerfläche (24a) an einer Verstellplatte (24) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Steuerfläche (24a) abgreifende Element eine Kurvenrolle (17) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kurvenrolle (17) mittels einer Feder (27) gegen die Steuerfläche (24a) vorgespannt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umsetzvorrichtung eine schräge Linearführung (23) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linearführung von einem gegenüber der Horizontalen sowie der Vertikalen geneigten Führungsstab (23) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die 2. Bewegungssteuerung ein Steuerteil (16) aufweist, das zusammen mit der Abdeckzunge (6) als Einheit vertikal verstellbar und relativ zu dieser horizontal verschiebbar ist, und daß an dem Steuerteil (16) das die Steuerfläche (24) abgreifende Element (17) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Steuerteil (16) an der schrägen Linearführung (23) zwangsgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die 1. Bewegungssteuerung einen in Richtung der Produkte (4) verschieblichen Voreinschubwagen (11) aufweist, der über eine Steuerkurve bewegbar ist und eine vertikale Führungsstange (9) trägt, an der die Abdeckzunge (6) vertikal verstellbar gelagert sind.
