Claims (13)
- Druckwerk in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit einem ortsfest gelagerten unteren Gummituchzylinder (18), einem an den unteren Gummituchzylinder (18) unter Bildung eines Druckspalts anstellbaren oberen Gummituchzylinder (16), einem an den unteren Gummituchzylinder (18) anstellbaren unteren Plattenzylinder (14) sowie einem an den oberen Gummituchzylinder (16) anstellbaren oberen Plattenzylinder (12), wobei der obere Plattenzylinder (12), der obere Gummituchzylinder (16) und der untere Plattenzylinder (14) in verschwenkbaren Lagergehäusen (40, 44) bezüglich des unteren Gummituchzylinders (18) bewegbar aufgenommen sind,
gekennzeichnet
durch eine auf die Lagergehäuse (40, 44) des oberen und unteren Plattenzylinders (12, 14) über federelastische Mittel (56) wirkende Betätigungseinrichtung (48), welche im zusammengefahrenen Zustand eine die Zylinder (12, 14) in Richtung des ortsfesten unteren Gummituchzylinders (18) drängende Anstellkraft erzeugt, und welche im auseinandergefahrenen Zustand in der Weise auf die Lagergehäuse (40, 44) der Zylinder (12, 14, 16) wirkt, daß diese voneinander abgestellt sind. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (48) in feststehenden mit dem Rahmen (4) des Druckwerks verbundenen Anschlägen (34, 36) gehalten wird. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (48) mit Anschlägen (38, 47, 54) versehen ist, die zum Bewegen der Zylinder (12, 14, 16) mit an den Lagergehäusen (40, 44) gebildeten Hebeln (42, 46) zusammenwirken. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vorspannung der federelastischen Mittel (56) zum Einstellen der Anstellkraft über Vorspannelemente (60, 62) einstellbar ist. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die federelastischen Mittel (56) Druckfedern sind. - Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die federelastischen Mittel(56) Tellerfedern sind. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Betätigungseinrichtung (48) einen hydraulischen oder pneumatischen Zylinder umfaßt. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Lagergehäuse (44) des oberen Gummituchzylinders (16) ein in seiner Vorspannung veränderbarer Federmechanismus (66) zugeordnet ist, welcher den oberen Gummituchzylinder (16) vom unteren Gummituchzylinder (18) wegdrängt. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lagergehäuse (40) des oberen und/oder des unteren Plattenzylinders (12, 14) zur Schrägstellung des jeweiligen Plattenzylinders (12, 14) bezüglich des zugeordneten Gummituchzylinders (16, 18) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (4) des Druckwerks verschiebbar (26, 28) sind. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schrägstellung des oberen und/oder unteren Plattenzylinders (12, 14) über Drehbolzen (26, 28) erfolgt, die verschiebbar in einer der Seitenwände des Druckwerks aufgenommen sind. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem oberen Gummituchzylinder (16) eine separate Betätigungseinrichtung (72) zugeordnet ist, über die der obere Gummituchzylinder (16) bei angestelltem oberen Plattenzylinder (12) vom unteren Gummituchzylinder (18) abstellbar ist. - Druckwerk nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die separate Betätigungseinrichtung (72) einen separaten Anschlag (74) umfaßt, auf welchem sich das Lagergehäuse (44) des oberen Gummituchzylinders (16) bei abgestelltem oberen Gummituchzylinder (16) über einen am Lagergehäuse (44) gebildeten Hebel (46) abstützt. - Druckwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß den Zylindern (12, 14, 16, 18) des Druckwerks Schmitzringe (20) zugeordnet sind, über welche sich die Zylinder in der zusammengefahrenen Stellung der Betätigungseinrichtung (48) gegeneinander abstützen.
