本发明总地涉及印刷机,更特别地涉及一种具有可分离橡皮布的轮转胶版印刷机。
例如,美国专利4,240,346描述了一种有两个彼此分离的胶印滚筒的印刷机,以允许橡皮布脱开。在这样的印刷机中,橡皮布从一垂直线互相偏移,以在橡皮布偏移时使卷筒纸通过橡皮布,有必要有导纸辊或风棒正确地引导卷筒纸通过橡皮布。这些引导能刻痕于印刷产品并且也会改变两个印刷单元之间的卷筒纸的对齐,使印刷质量降低。

在印刷单元中,胶印滚筒从压印到非压印具有很大的位移,在最佳提升臂的转动中心和驱动小齿轮的位置之间可发生干涉。从最佳提升臂的转动中心的偏离使用以容纳提升负荷的提升臂的设计更加困难。
通过提供一个独立地存在于旋转驱动小齿轮周围的橡皮布提升臂,提升臂枢轴和驱动小齿轮在彼此独立工作的同时可以占有相同的中心。
本发明提供的胶版印刷单元包括:
印版滚筒;
胶印滚筒,具有端部和与该胶印滚筒同轴的胶印齿轮;

图1示出了轮转胶版印刷机具有八个胶印单元10、12、14、16、18、20、22、24,每个都具有印版滚筒42、胶印滚筒44、印版滚筒48和胶印滚筒46。在印刷模式中,胶印滚筒44和46夹住卷筒纸30,如对于印刷单元10、12、14、16所示,例如它们可以分别印刷黑色,青色,黄色和品红色。卷筒纸可以经由轧辊32(例如可以是横进辊子)进入印刷单元,并且可以经由退出辊子34离开,退出辊子34可以例如位于干燥器的下游。
对于每个印刷单元,胶印滚筒44、46都可以脱开,如对于单元22和24所示,使得相互分离和与各自的印版滚筒42、48分离。在自动换版操作期间,印版滚筒42,48可以移回分别与胶印滚筒44、46接触,例如分别经由自动换版器40和50。自动装版器在美国专利6,053,105、6,460,457和6,397,751中均有描述,并在此以引用的方式加入。
用于移动胶印滚筒46和印版滚筒48的脱开机构60被示意性的示出。胶印滚筒44和印版滚筒42可以具有类似的脱开机构。优选地,每个印刷单元由两个马达70、72驱动,一个马达驱动印版滚筒46或胶印滚筒48中的一个,和另一个马达驱动印版滚筒42和胶印滚筒44中的一个。在卷筒纸30的每一侧,主动滚筒可以与从动滚筒啮合。每个印刷单元10、12…24都是相同的。
有利地,轧辊32、34之间的卷筒纸通道的长度不需要改变,即使当印刷单元中的一个具有脱开的胶印滚筒时。对齐不会受到脱开的影响。另外,不需要卷筒纸偏导装置或稳定装置,如导纸辊或风棒以确保卷筒纸不会接触到橡皮布44、46,这将导致刻痕。
脱开距离D优选地至少为0.5英寸并且最好至少为1英寸,也就是说,卷筒纸在其每一侧均具有半英寸的间隙。而且,胶印滚筒44、46的中心最好是在一个近似竖直的平面V中,其最好与完全竖直相差10度或更少。其具有优点:该脱开为水平移动的卷筒纸提供了最大的间隙。
印版滚筒的周长优选地小于630毫米,最好为578毫米。
大脱开距离D的产生用下面的示例进行解释:
图2示出了用于下胶印滚筒44的脱开机构60。胶印滚筒支架102支撑胶印滚筒44的齿轮侧轴144和印版滚筒支架104支撑印版滚筒42的齿轮侧轴142。胶印滚筒支架102可以绕轴116枢转,和印版滚筒支架可以绕轴114枢转。气压缸106可以通过臂108移动印版滚筒支架104。
当在印刷位置胶印滚筒44与胶印滚筒46接触时,支架102的第一支撑表面111与支架104的第二支撑表面112接触,而支架102的另一支撑表面109不与支架104的支撑表面110接触。间距F因此为零,同时表面109和110之间的距离G可以为0.0045英寸。轴144和142的轴中心之间的距离H可以为7.2463英寸。
在图3中,支架104向下移动,所以距离H可以为例如7.2416英寸,而距离F和G都为0。凸轮表面111、112和109、110因此在它们之间转移载荷。
如图4所示,当支架104进一步向下移动时,胶印滚筒44脱开胶印滚筒46,支架102的支撑表面或者凸轮109接触箱104的支撑表面110,以使胶印滚筒箱102在面109/110处靠在箱104上。箱102的支撑表面111和箱104的支撑表面112之间的距离可以为0.1561英寸。支撑表面109可以具有与胶印滚筒44相同的弯曲弧度,而支撑表面110可以具有与印版滚筒42相同的弯曲弧度,所以即使在图4中距离H还仍为7.2416英寸。在此处,延伸件122也刚变为与机架上的固定挡块120接触。
如图5所示,当支架104进一步向下移动时,橡皮布支架102靠在挡块120上,同时印版支架104更进一步向下移动。因此,支撑表面109和110之间的距离增大,例如可以为1毫米。距离F也增大。在此位置,可以接触印版滚筒42以移除或者更换印版。对于自动装版,如图4中所示,印版滚筒42可以再被靠着胶印滚筒44被移开,如果该自动装版机构这样要求。
上印版滚筒和胶印滚筒的脱开机构可以以与两支撑表面相类似的方式移动,但由于重力作用不同,可以在孔130、132之间设置连接件,以使印版滚筒48的升高也使胶印滚筒46上升。
如图2中所示,驱动齿轮280可以驱动胶印滚筒齿轮260。胶印滚筒齿轮260可以驱动类似的印版滚筒齿轮。这些齿轮280、260可以轴向地在支架102内,例如沿插入页面内的方向。由于这些齿轮的切向布置,支架102的转动不会引起齿轮260从齿轮280(其具有不能移动的轴线)脱离。在图2、3、4和5的位置中,齿轮280能驱动胶印滚筒齿轮260和相互作用的印版滚筒齿轮。因此可以使用马达72来自动装版。
图6、7和8示出了由马达72(图1)驱动的驱动小齿轮200,并被连接到与胶印齿轮260相互作用的齿轮280上。安装架210通过轴承220支承该小齿轮200。提升臂230被支撑以绕该小齿轮200旋转,并且可以通过与胶印滚筒44的端部相互作用的气压缸234被气动地致动以允许套筒形橡皮布的轴向移动。优选地,对于每个印刷单元的每个胶印滚筒都具有套筒形轴向可移动的橡皮布。
调整螺钉222将提升臂230连接到提升臂偏心部232上,其具有与驱动小齿轮200距离为C的圆形内表面和偏心外表面。通过调整螺钉222,可以在方向E上调整提升臂230支承胶印滚筒44的位置。
通过使提升臂230与驱动小齿轮200同轴,可容纳在脱开期间胶印滚筒44更大的移动。
因此,本发明提供了当保持为橡皮布套筒和自动装版性能的悬伸时,胶印和印版滚筒的大的位移。

Claims (6)

1.一种胶印单元,包括:
印版滚筒;
胶印滚筒,具有端部和与所述胶印滚筒同轴的胶印齿轮;
驱动轴或小齿轮,支撑驱动所述胶印齿轮的齿轮;和
橡皮布提升臂,用于选择性地支撑所述端部以悬伸所述胶印滚筒,所述橡皮布提升臂可绕所述驱动轴或小齿轮转动,
在所述橡皮布提升臂和所述端部之间用于悬伸的接触点是可调整的。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶印单元,其中,所述橡皮布提升臂包括围绕所述驱动轴或小齿轮的偏心部。
3.一种胶印单元,包括:
印版滚筒;
胶印滚筒,具有端部和与所述胶印滚筒同轴的胶印齿轮;
驱动轴或小齿轮,支撑驱动所述胶印齿轮的齿轮;和
橡皮布提升臂,用于选择性地支撑所述端部以悬伸所述胶印滚筒,所述橡皮布提升臂可绕所述驱动轴或小齿轮转动;和
调整螺钉,用于调整所述橡皮布提升臂的悬伸位置。
4.如权利要求3所述的胶印单元,其中,所述橡皮布提升臂包括围绕所述驱动轴或小齿轮的偏心部。
5.一种用于悬伸由轴或小齿轮驱动的胶印滚筒的方法,所述轴或小齿轮从所述胶印滚筒偏移并且具有与所述胶印滚筒的轴线平行的轴线,所述方法包括:
绕所述轴或小齿轮的轴线转动橡皮布提升臂以接触所述胶印滚筒的端部,以悬伸所述胶印滚筒用于在其上安装或移除套筒形轴向可移除的橡皮布;和
调整所述橡皮布提升臂的悬伸位置。
