Claims (7)
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Streckwerk für Spinnereimaschinen mit Verdichtungsvorrichtungen am Ausgangswalzenpaar, wobei die Verdichtungsvorrichtungen jeweils ein endloses, flexibles Verdichtungs-Riemchen umfassen, das auf seinem Umfang mit einer Perforation versehen ist und eine der beiden Ausgangswalzen und einen Saugkopf umschlingt, mittels dessen in einem Arbeitsbereich des Verdichtungs-Riemchens ein einen Faserverband an die Perforation ansaugender Unterdruck anlegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Verdichtungs-Riemchen (8) eine Abstreifvorrichtung (14) zugestellt ist, deren Abstreifkante (16) durchgängig ist und einen Spalt zum Verdichtungs-Riemchen (8) aufweist und im Wirkungsbereich einer Absaugeinrichtung (18) angeordnet ist.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifvorrichtung (14) eine spitzwinklige Abstreifkante (16, 16') aufweist.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifkante (16') im Bereich der Perforation (11) des Verdichtungs-Riemchens (8) eine Ausnehmung (17) aufweist und seitlich der Ausnehmung am Verdichtungs-Riemchen anliegt.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifkante (16, 16') im Bereich der engen Umlenkung des Verdichtungs-Riemchens (8) um eine Umlenkschiene angeordnet ist.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand zwischen Abstreifkante (16) und Verdichtungs-Riemchen (8) einstellbar ist.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstreifkante (16, 16') schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Streckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wirkungsbereich einer Fadenbruchabsaugeinrichtung (17) sich auf die Abstreifkante (16, 16') erstreckt.
