Claims (10)
- Eintragsystem für eine Webmaschine mit wenigstens zwei Düsen, die in einem gemeinsamen Halter angeordnet sind und die jeweils einen Eingang für einen Schußfaden aufweisen und denen jeweils ein Zuführanschluß für ein Druckmedium zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zuführanschlüsse (20, 21, 52) für das Druckmedium auf der gleichen Seite des Halters (8, 63) in Längsrichtung der Düsen (10, 11, 50) in Abstand zueinander angeordnet sind, und daß in dem Halter (8, 63) Kanäle vorgesehen sind, die jeweils von einem Zuführanschluß (20, 21, 52) zu einer Düse (10, 11, 50) führen. - Eintragsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführanschlüsse (20, 21, 52) in einer Ebene (38, 53) angeordnet sind, in der die Längsachsen (30, 31, 54) der zugehörigen Düsen (10, 11, 50) liegen.
- Eintragsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kanäle von den Zuführanschlüssen (20, 21, 52) zu einer die Düsen (10, 11, 50) jeweils umgebenden Ringkammer führen.
- Eintragsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (8, 63) mit in Schußrichtung (A) verlaufenden Aussparungen (42, 43, 65) versehen ist, in die die Düsen (10, 11, 50) eingesetzt sind, die zwischen einem Einführungselement (28) für einen Schußfaden und einem Führungsrohr (24) einen einen Injektor enthaltenden Abschnitt aufweisen, der zu dem Einführungselement (28) und zu dem Führungsrohr (24) oder zu einem nachfolgenden Führungselement (29) in Längsrichtung der Aussparung (42, 43, 65) abgedichtet ist und der an einen Zuführanschluß (20, 21, 52) mittels eines Kanals angeschlossen ist.
- Eintragsystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von einem Zuführanschluß (21, 52) zu einer weiter entfernt angeordneten Düse (11, 52) führende Kanal die näher angeordnete Düse (10) oder Düsen (10, 11) in einem Abschnitt (41) umgibt, der in Längsrichtung der Düsen (10, 11) abgedichtet ist.
- Eintragsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Halter (63) mit mehreren Sätzen von Düsen (10, 11) versehen ist, die übereinander oder nebeneinander in zueinander im wesentlichen parallelen Ebenen (38) angeordnet sind.
- Eintragsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Halter (8) mit zwei oder mehr übereinander oder nebeneinander in einer gemeinsamen Ebene (38, 53) angeordneten Düsen (10, 11,) versehen ist.
- Eintragsystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Halter (8) mit jeweils wenigstens zwei Düsen (10, 11, 50) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, und daß die Zuführanschlüsse (20, 21, 52) auf der Oberseite (15) der Halter (8) angeordnet sind.
- Eintragsystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halter (8) - in der Draufsicht gesehen - sich in Schußrichtung (A) verjüngen und mit ihren Seitenflächen (58, 59) aneinander liegen.
- Eintragsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (8, 63) als ein Gußteil mit eingeformten Kanälen hergestellt ist.
