Claims (10)
- Schließeinrichtung für Türen oder dgl., insbesondere von Fahrzeugen, mit einem Türinnenöffner und Türaußengriff (12), mit Hilfe derer wenigstens ein Schloß zum Verriegeln der Tür betätigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur der Türinnenöffner mechanisch auf das Schloß wirkt und der Türaußengriff (12) von dem Schloß mechanisch entkoppelt ist, das über einen Stellantrieb (18) betätigbar ist, der über eine elektrische Steuerung mit dem Türaußengriff (12) gekoppelt ist, wobei die Steuerung wenigstens den Öffnungsbefehl für das Schloß beim Verstellen des Türaußengriffes (12) in seine Öffnungsstellung nur unter wenigstens einer bestimmten Zulässigkeitsvoraussetzung veranlaßt.
- Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung als Zulässigkeitsvoraussetzung den geöffneten Zustand einer Zentralverriegelung erfaßt.
- Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung als Zulässigkeitsvoraussetzung die aufgeschlossene Stellung eines mechanischen Schließzylinders erfaßt.
- Schließeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung als Zulässigkeitsvoraussetzung das korrespondierende Funksignal einer Fernbedienung oder eines von ihr aktivierten Transponders hinzuzieht.
- Schließeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Mikroschalter (16) die Offenstellung des Türaußengriffes (12) erfaßt und an die Steuerung weitergibt.
- Schließeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schloß mit Hilfe eines von außen betätigbaren, vom Türaußengriff (12) unabhängigen Schließzylinder mechanisch entriegelbar ist.
- Schließeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der Tür um eine Heckdrehtür eines Fahrzeuges handelt, die ein oberes und ein unteres Schloß aufweist, die über Stellglieder (36) mit einer Umlenkeinrichtung (26) gekoppelt sind, an welcher der Türinnenöffner, der Stellantrieb (18, 20) und, falls vorhanden, der Schließzylinder mechanisch angreifen.
- Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkeinrichtung als Umlenkhebel (26) ausgebildet ist, an dessen Hebelarmen (24, 30, 32) die Stellglieder (36), der Stellantrieb (18, 20) und ggf. der Schließzylinder angreifen.
- Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umlenkhebel (26) jeweils einen Hebelarm (30, 32) für die beiden als Schubstangen (36) ausgebildeten Stellglieder und einen Hebelarm (24) für den Stellantrieb (18, 20) aufweist, wobei die Verbindung an den Enden der Hebelarme (24, 30, 32) aus jeweils einem Gelenk (22, 34) besteht.
- Schließeinrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schließzylinder mit einem Exzenterelement (40) verbunden ist, das auf einen Hebelarm (32) des Umlenkhebels (26) wirkt.
