Claims (4)
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung mit einem besaugten, nach vorne offenen Rotorgehäuse (2), einem innerhalb des Rotorgehäuses (2) mit hoher Drehzahl umlaufenden Spinnrotor (3) sowie einer Faserkanalplatte (4) zum Verschließen des Rotorgehäuses (2), wobei die Faserkanalplatte (4) einen den Mündungsbereich eines Faserleitkanales (12) und eine Fadenabzugsdüse (11) aufweisenden, auswechselbar angeordneten Kanalplattenadapter (10) besitzt, der lösbar in einer entsprechend ausgebildeten Aufnahme (7) der Faserkanalplatte (4) festlegbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Befestigung des lösbar an der Faserkanalplatte (4) festlegbaren Kanalplattenadapters (10) nur kraftschlüssig erfolgt und das kraftschlüssige Befestigungsmittel als Magnetkupplung (15) ausgebildet ist. - Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Magnetkupplung (15) aus mindestens einem an der Faserkanalplatte (4) oder dem Kanalplattenadapter (10) festgelegten oder eingelassenen Permanentmagneten (14) sowie einem damit zum Kraftschluß in axialer Richtung zusammenwirkenden ferromagnetischen Bauteil besteht, das am jeweils anderen Teil angeordnet und insbesonders als Scheibe (18) ausgebildet ist.
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Einbauzustand des Kanalplattenadapters (10) zwischen dem ferromagnetischen Bauteil und dem mindestens einen Permanentmagneten (14) ein Luftspalt (23) von wenigstens 0,1 mm vorhanden ist.
- Offenend-Spinnvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den Kraftschluß zwischen der Faserkanalplatte (4) und dem Kanalplattenadapter (10) bewirkende Kraft das mehrfache der maximal z.B. beim Öffnen und Schließen des Deckelelementes (5) auftretenden Beschleunigungs- bzw. Trägheitskräfte beträgt.
