Claims (13)
- Messer (10) mit einem Schutzteil (16), welches mindestens einen starren Schutzstift (17) bildet, welcher sich entlang der Schneide (13) einer Messerklinge (12) erstreckt und welcher parallel zu seiner Längsmittelachse (L) in einem Gleitführungsraum (19) eines Griffkörpers (11) translatorisch gleitverschieblich gehalten und von seiner die Schneide Überlagernder Schutzstellung entgegen einer Federrückstellkraft (F) in eine die Schneide (13) freilegende Freigabestellung in den Griffkörper (11) einschiebbar ist, wobei dem Schutzteil (16) eine Betätigungsarretiervorrichtung (H) zugeordnet ist, welche mittels einer Bedienungstaste (27) in der Schutzstellung des Schutzteils (16) sowohl verriegelbar als auch entriegelbar ist, wobei das Schutzteil (16) in seiner Schutzstellung bei nicht betätigter Bedienungstaste (27) verriegelt ist, wobei der Schutzstift (17) durch die Federrückstellkraft (F) von seiner Freigabestellung in seine Schutzstellung selbsttätig zurückgestellt wird, und wobei die Betätigungsarretiervorrichtung (H) eine mit dem Griffkörper (11) feste, sich etwa quer zur Längsmittelachse (L) des Stiftbereichs (17) erstreckende Riegelanschlagfläche (43) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb des Griffkörpers (11) am Schutzstift (17) ein Riegel gehalten ist, welcher die Riegelanschlagfläche (43) mit einer Riegelfläche (42) hintergreift und dabei den Schutzstift (17) in seiner Schutzstellung blockiert, und daß die Riegelfläche (42) mittels der Bedienungstaste (27) in ihre Entriegelungsstellung versetzbar ist wobei der Riegel eine am Schutzstift (17) schwenkbar gelagerte Klinke (k) ist, deren Steverfläche die Riegelfläche (42) bildet.
- Messer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Translationsrichtung (x, y) des Stiftbereichs (17) in der Schwenkebene der Klinke (K) liegt oder zu dieser parallel ist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 1 oder nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinke (K) eine Zugklinke ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Bedienungstaste (27) ein Steuerkörper (C) bewegungsgekuppelt ist, welcher eine Steuerfläche (40) aufweist, mit der die Klinke (K) im Entriegelungssinne druckbeaufschlagbar ist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerfläche (40) Teil einer Steueraussparung (39) ist, in welche die Klinke (K) mit ihrem Kopf (33) zur Messerspitze (15) hin in Eintauchrichtung eintaucht, während sich der Stiftbereich (17) in seiner Schutzstellung befindet, wobei die Eintauchtiefe (ET) des Klinkenkopfs (33) und die der Eintauchtiefe (ET) gleichgerichtete Tiefe (AT) der Steueraussparung (39) aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klinke (K) in Verriegelungsrichtung (v) belastet, insbesondere federbelastet ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerkörper (C) bei Entriegelung der Klinke (K) rückstellfederbelastet ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bedienungstaste (27) und der Steuerkörper (C) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Steueraussparung (39) bildende Bereich (46) des Steuerkörpers (C) entgegen der Rückstellkraft einer Steuerfeder (45) in Eintauchrichtung des Klinkenkopfs (33) relativ zum Steuerkörper (C) begrenzt nachgiebig gelagert ist, und daß der nachgiebig gelagerte Bereich (46) benachbart der Steueraussparung (39) einen Steuervorsprung bildet, gegen den der Kopf (33) der Klinke (K) auf ihrem Weg von der Freigabestellung zur Schutzstellung des Stiftbereichs (17) anläuft, wenn der Stiftbereich (17) von einem äußeren Druck (P) entlastet ist und die Bedienungstaste (27) anhaltend betätigt wird, wobei die Rückstellkraft der Steuerfeder (45) geringer ist als die auf den Stiftbereich (17) wirkende Federrückstellkraft (F), welche der Klinke (K) durch das Verdrängen des nachgiebigen Bereichs (46) ihren Einschwenkweg zur Riegelanschlagfläche (43) hin öffnet.
- Messer nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nachgiebig gelagerte Bereich einen einarmigen Hebel (46) bildet.
- Messer nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Drehlager (47) des einarmigen Hebels (46) einer Bedienungshandhabe (38) der Bedienungstaste (27) benachbart ist, daß die Steueraussparung (39) an einer Längsseite am freien Ende des einarmigen Hebels (46), dem Klinkenkopf (33) zugewandt, angeordnet ist, während der auf derselben Längsseite befindliche Steuervorsprung (48) zwischen der Steueraussparung (39) und dem Drehlager (47) angeordnet ist.
- Messer nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der der Steueraussparung (39) abgewandten Längsseite des einarmigen Hebels (46) die sich zwischen letzterem und dem Steuerkörper (C) abstützende, eine Druckfeder bildende Steuerfeder (45) angeordnet ist.
- Messer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit dem Griffkörper (11) feste Riegelanschlagfläche (43) von einem Anschlagblock (29) gebildet ist, welcher zugleich eine Axialführung (19) für mindestens einen Stiftbereich (17) darstellt.
