Claims (11)
- Mischer für pulver-, grieß- und/oder granulatförmige Stoffe, die ggf. mit Flüssigkeiten versetzt sind, sowie Pasten, insbesondere PVC-Pasten, mit einem ersten Mischbehältertei (1) der an einem Ständer (8) um eine, im Winkel zur Längsachse des Mischbehälterteils verlaufende, Achse schwenkbar ist, und mit einem zweiten Mischbehälterteil (2) in dem das Mischprodukt nach Trennung vom ersten Mischbehälterteil zur weiteren Verwendung zur Verfügung steht, wobei die zur Durchführung des Mischprozesses miteinander verbundenen Mischbehälterteile (1, 2) einen Mischbehälter (4) bilden, der, am Ständer (8) abgestützt, von einer Mischposition, in der sich der zweite Behälterteil (2) über dem ersten Behälterteil (1) befindet und einer Position, in der der das Mischprodukt enthaltende zweite Mischbehälterteil (2) vom ersten getrennt wird, schwenkbar ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mischbehälter um seine Längsachse drehbar ausgebildet ist
- Mischer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Ständer (8) eine Welle (6) drehbar angeordnet und mit einem Schwenkbügel (5) drehfest verbunden ist, der ein Drehlager (13) aufweist, in dem der aus beiden Mischbehälterteilen (1, 2) gebildete Mischbehälter (4) um seine Längsachse drehbar geführt ist
- Mischer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein als Kugel- oder Rollenlager ausgeführtes Wälzlager(13) Einsatz findet.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im ersten Mischbehälterteil (1) ein drehbares Misch- oder Dispergierwerkzeug (11) angeordnet ist, dessen Werkzeugflügel (18) sich im wesentlichen radial nach außen bis in unmittelbare Nähe der Wandung des ersten Mischbehälterteils (1) erstrecken.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im ersten Mischbehälterteil (1) ein drehbares Misch- oder Dispergierwerkzeug (11) angeordnet ist, dessen Werkzeugflügel (18) zur Wandung des ersten Mischbehälterteils (1) beabstandet sind.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Werkzeugflügel (18) zumindest in ihren Außenbereichen in Drehrichtung nach vorn unten geneigt ausgebildet sind.
- Mischer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Reinigung des Mischers der erste Mischbehälterteil (1) mit einem Abschlußkörper (17) versehen ist, der gemeinsam mit dem ersten Mischbehälterteil (1) einen abgeschlossenen Raum bildet, in dem sich eine rieselfähige Reinigungssubstanz (19) befindet.
- Verfahren zur Durchführung des Mischprozesses in einem Mischer gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mischbehälter in eine Position geschwenkt und in dieser in Drehung versetzt wird, in der die Behälterlängsachse gegenüber der Vertikalen geneigt ist.
- Verfahren zur Durchführung des Mischprozesses in einem Mischer gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mischbehälter in eine Position geschwenkt und in dieser in Drehung versetzt wird, in der die Behälterlängsachse mit der Vertikalen zusammenfällt, und daß ein Mischwerkzeug im Mischbehälter umläuft, das bis in unmittelbare Nähe der Wandung des ersten Mischbehälterteils reichende Werkzeugflügel aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Durchführung des Mischprozesses in einem ein Misch- oder Dispergierwerkzeug aufweisenden Mischer gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mischbehälter und Misch- oder Dispergierwerkzeug mit entgegengesetzter Drehrichtung umlaufen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehzahl des Mischbehälters klein gegenüber der Drehzahl des Misch- oder Dispergierwerkzeuges ist.
