Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von mehrteiligen Druckereiprodukten, die aus einem gefalteten Aussenteil (A) und einer Anzahl von innerhalb des Aussenteils (A) angeordneten Innenteilen (B-G) bestehen, mit einem durchgehenden, nach oben offenen Förderkanal (1), mit mehreren entlang des durch den Förderkanal (1) festgelegten Verarbeitungsweges nacheinander angeordneten Zuführstellen (11-17) zum Zuführen des Aussenteils (A) und nachfolgendem Zuführen der Innenteile (B-G) und mit einer Förderanordnung (T) zum Fördern der sich im Förderkanal (1) befindlichen Produktteilen (A-G) entlang des Förderkanals (1), gekennzeichnet durch einen oberhalb des Förderkanals (1) angeordneten, auf diesen ausgerichteten und sich in Richtung des Verarbeitungsweges erstreckenden, nach oben offenen Verarbeitungskanal (2), der einzelne aufeinanderfolgende Verarbeitungsbereiche (3-10) aufweist, von denen wenigstens ein Teil mit Eingabeteilen (31) zur Aufnahme der an den Zuführstellen (11-17) zugeführten Produktteilen (A-G) versehen ist und durch eine Vorschubanordnung (30) zum Vorschieben der sich im Verarbeitungskanal (2) befindlichen Produktteile (A-G), wobei im Verarbeitungskanal (2) zwischen gewissen aufeinanderfolgenden Verarbeitungsbereichen (3, 4; 5, 6; 6, 7; 8, 9; 9, 10) nach unten offene Durchgänge (18, 19, 119, 20, 120) vorhanden sind, die zum Ueberführen der aus einem Verarbeitungsbereich (3; 5; 6; 8; 9) austretenden Produktteile (A; B, C; D; E, F; G) in den darunter liegenden Förderkanal (1) dienen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderkanal (1) im Querschnitt V-förmig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verarbeitungskanal (2) zumindest im Bereich der Eingabeteile (31) im Querschnitt V-förmig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil der Verarbeitungsbereiche (3-10) mit Oeffnungsteilen (34) zum Oeffnen von mehrblättrigen Produktteilen (A, B, D, E) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oeffnungsteile (34) in Förderrichtung (F) der Produktteile (A-G) gesehen im Anfangsabschnitt jeweils eines Verarbeitungsbereiches (3-10) angeordnet sind und auf die im vorangehenden Verarbeitungsbereich eingeführten Produktteile (A, B, D, E) bei deren Vorbeilaufen an einem Oeffnungsteil (34) einwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (F) der Produktteile (A-G) gesehen dem Oeffnungsteil (34) ein etwa mittig im Verarbeitungskanal (2) angeordneter Leitteil (35) zum Offenhalten oder vollständigen Oeffnen der Produktteile (A, B, D, E) nachgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Teil der Verarbeitungsbereiche (3-10) mit Abweisteilen (36) zum seitlichen Ablenken der Produktteile (B-G) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abweisteile (36) in Förderrichtung (F) der Produktteile (A-G) gesehen im Anfangsabschnitt jeweils eines Verarbeitungsbereiches (3-10) angeordnet sind und auf die im vorangehenden Verarbeitungsbereich eingeführten Produktteile (B-G) bei deren Vorbeilaufen am Abweisteil (36) einwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (F) der Produktteile (A-G) gesehen dem Abweisteil (36) ein etwa mittig im Verarbeitungskanal (2) angeordneter Leitteil (35) nachgeschaltet ist, an dem die Produktteile (A-G) seitlich vorbeilaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungsbereiche (3-10) einen Richtteil (32) aufweisen, der in Förderrichtung (F) der Produktteile (A-G) gesehen dem Eingabeteil (31) nachgeschaltet ist und durch den die Produktteile (A-G) hindurchlaufen und dabei in eine vorgegebene Lage, vorzugsweise in eine etwa vertikale Lage, verbracht werden, wobei der Richtteil (32) eines Verarbeitungsbereiches und der Oeffnungsteil (34) bzw. der Abweisteil (36) des nächstfolgenden Verarbeitungsbereiches aufeinander ausgerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderanordnung (T) und die Vorschubanordnung (30) Förderelemente (27, 28; 29) aufweisen, die auf die im Förderkanal (1) bzw. im Vorschubkanal (2) liegenden Produktteile (A-G) einwirken, wobei die Förderelemente (27, 28) der Förderanordnung (T) und die Förderelemente (29) der Vorschubanordnung (30) synchron angetrieben sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oeffnungsteil (34) zwei sich in Förderrichtung (F) der Produktteile (A-G) erstreckende, zwischen sich einen Durchgangspfad für die zu öffnenden Produktteile (A, B, D, E) festlegende Leitelemente (45, 46) aufweist, die in einer quer, vorzugsweise rechtwinklig zu ihrer Längserstreckung elastisch auslenkbar sind, wobei jedes Leitelement (45, 46) auf der dem andern Leitelement (46, 45) zugekehrten Seite derart mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar ist, dass eine Luftströmung entlang der Leitelemente (45, 46) erzeugt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die langgestreckten Leitelemente (45, 46) an ihrem in Förderrichtung (F) der Produktteile (A-G) gesehen vordern Ende an einer Halterung (47, 48) befestigt sind und am andern, hintern Ende (45a, 46a) in einer vom andern Leitelement (46, 45) wegführenden Richtung gekrümmt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass entlang des Verarbeitungsweges Bearbeitungsstationen, z.B. Schneid-, Heft- und/oder Klebestationen, angeordnet sind, an denen an den Produktteilen (A-G) Bearbeitungsschritte vorgenommen werden.
