erstreckt. Der Verarbeitungskanal 2 ist in
aufeinanderfolgende Verarbeitungsbereiche 3 bis 10
aufgeteilt. Entlang des Verarbeitungsweges sind
hintereinander konstruktiv nicht näher dargestellte
Zuführstellen 11 bis 17 vorgesehen. An der Zuführstelle 11
wird ein gefalteter Produktteil A (Hauptprodukt)
zugeführt, der den Aussenteil des fertigen
Druckereiproduktes bildet.
eingelegt. Beim vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel sind die
Innenteile B, D, E gefaltete Produktteile (Vorprodukte),
während die Innenteile C, F, G einteilige Produktteile
(Beilagen) sind.1 is a perspective, simplified

Between certain processing areas are in
The following will now refer to FIGS. 2-23 the structure of the device shown in FIG. 1 and the operation of which is explained in more detail, the in Fig. 1 also used reference numerals for Figs. 2-23 be used.
Die Fig. 2-4 zeigen den ersten Verarbeitungsbereich 3 in
perspektivischer Darstellung (Fig. 2), in Ansicht in
24b. Die Wandteile 23b, 24b bilden Teil der im übrigen
nicht näher dargestellten Förderanordnung T. Der oberhalb
des Förderkanals 1 verlaufende und auf diesen
ausgerichtete Verarbeitungskanal 2 hat im Bereich der
Zuführstellen 11-17 ebenfalls einen V-förmigen
Querschnitt.
Letztere dient
dazu, die sich im Verarbeitungskanal 2 befindlichen
Produktteile in Förderrichtung F vorzuschieben.
The conveyor arrangement T also includes the
Der Verarbeitungsbereich 3 weist - wie auch die übrigen
Verarbeitungsbereiche 4-9 - einen Eingabeteil 31 auf, an
den in Förderrichtung F gesehen ein Richtteil 32
anschliesst.
strichpunktiert dargestellten Produktteil A dargestellt
ist. Der den Richtteil 32 verlassende Produktteil nimmt
somit beim Einlaufen in den jeweils nachfolgenden
Verarbeitungsbereich eine definierte Lage ein, was die
weiteren Manipulationen erleichtert.The
Wie die Fig. 2-4 zeigen, wird im Verarbeitungsbereich 3,
d.h. an der Zuführstelle 11 der gefaltete Produktteil A in
den Verarbeitungskanal 2 eingeführt. Dieser Produktteil A
bezeichnet. Wie die Fig. 2-4 zeigen liegt der noch
geschlossene Produktteil A an der Wand 26 des
Verarbeitungskanales 2 an.As shown in FIGS. 2-4, in
aufweist.
A2, bewirkt.
Der geöffnete Produktteil A
1 an. Der vorher durch einen Finger 29 der
Vorschubanordnung 30 vorgeschobene Produktteil A wird nun
durch die Mitnehmer 27 und 28 entlang des Förderkanales 1
vorgeschoben.5-7 are perspective (Fig. 5) and in

In diesem
Produktteils A (siehe Fig. 7).At the
Verarbeitungsbereich 6 gezeigt.
An
nachfolgenden Verarbeitungsbereiches 6 in Förderrichtung F
kommen, wie das aus Fig. 9 hervorgeht.8 and 9 is perspective and in section

At the
Linien XI-XI bzw.
The closed in the
Verarbeitungskanals 2 an (Fig. 11). Beim Weiterfördern
durch einen Finger 29 der Vorschubanordnung 30 durchläuft
der geschlossene Produktteil E den anschliessenden
Richtteil 32 und gelangt zum Oeffnungsteil 34 des
nachfolgenden Verarbeitungsbereiches 8.
Fig. 12 zeigt.
As already mentioned, FIGS. 10-12 show the two
kommen (siehe Fig. 14).13 and 14 show the
Produktteils G im Förderkanal 1.In the
vorgeschoben.
Both product parts A to F and product part G

fertigen Endproduktes P ersichtlich. Der Aussenteil
(Umschlag) des Endproduktes P wird durch den Produktteil A
gebildet. Alle übrigen Produktteile (Innenteile) B bis G
liegen zwischen den Produkthälften A1 und A2 des
gefalteten Aussenteils A. An die Produkthälfte A2 grenzt
der gefaltete Produktteil B an, in dessen Innerem der
Produktteil C liegt.
Ausbildung der Oeffnungsteile 34 und der Abweisteile 36.From Fig. 19, which on an

vorgeschoben. Dabei greift der Mitnehmer 27 an der
nachlaufenden Kante des Produktteils 40 an. Im
Verarbeitungskanal 2 befindet sich ein mit 41 bezeichneter
Produktteil, der als zweiteiliger, gefalteter Produktteil
mit einem vorstehenden Abschnitt 33 dargestellt ist. Zum
Vorschieben dieses Produktteils 41 dient ein Finger 29 der
Vorschubanordnung 30.
The part of the product located in the
Verarbeitungskanals 2 in Förderrichtung F abfallend

parallel zueinander in Förderrichtung F verlaufen.29, the opening
Are the nozzle heads 49, 50 to the compressed air source

Fig. 31 zeigt nun den Ablauf des Oeffnungsvorganges. Fig. 31 now shows the sequence of the opening process.
F an diesen Leitblechen 45, 46 vorbeibewegt. Durch die
weiterhin entlang der Leitbleche 45, 46 strömende Luft
werden die Produkthälften 41a und 41b an die Leitbleche
45, 46 angelegt.
Leitteil 35. Die beiden Produkthälften 41a und 41b werden
seitlich am Leitteil 35 vorbeigeführt, was wie schon
früher erläutert ein vollständiges Oeffnen des
Produktteils 41 zur Folge hat.The
With an

zugeführten Produktteil herzustellen, was einem Sammeln
von aussen nach innen entspricht. Daneben können bei
geeigneter Ausgestaltung der beschriebenen Vorrichtung
auch Endprodukte hergestellt werden, bei denen die
Produktteile nebeneinander liegen (Zusammentragverfahren).
The device described can be according to the
