Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Zerschneiden eines auf einer Grundfläche aufliegenden Gegenstandes (25) in keilförmige Stücke (27),
gekennzeichnet durch ein Schneidmittel (19), das mittels eines Antriebsmittels zu einer Schneidbewegung innerhalb einer Schneidebene antreibbar ist, welche im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Grundfläche steht, und ein Transportmittel (13), durch das der Gegenstand oder das Schneidmittel in einer Transportrichtung (A) relativ zueinander bewegbar sind,
wobei die Schneidebene des Schneidmittels um eine Schwenkachse (21) schwenkbar ist, die senkrecht zur Grundfläche steht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse (21) der Schneidebene senkrecht zur Transportrichtung (A) im wesentlichen auf halber Breite (33) der Grundfläche angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidebene des Schneidmittels in genau zwei diskrete Schwenkpositionen, in eine Vielzahl von diskreten Schwenkpositionen oder in variable Schwenkpositionen um die Schwenkachse schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch ein Betätigungselement, durch welches das Schneidmittel um die Schwenkachse schwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement wenigstens einen hydraulischen oder pneumatischen Zylinder, wenigstens einen Hebel, wenigstens einen mechanischen Kurvenantrieb und/oder wenigstens einen Servoantrieb aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmittel (19) ein Messer aufweist, das insbesondere als Guillotine-Klinge ausgebildet und/oder innerhalb eines Rahmens (17) gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsmittel eine oder zwei Kurbelstangen aufweist. - Verfahren zum Zerschneiden eines Gegenstandes (25) in keilförmige Stücke (27) mittels einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in im wesentlichen jeweils abwechselnden Schrittenzum einen das Schneidmittel (19) um die Schwenkachse (21) geschwenkt und mittels des Schneidmittels ein Stück von dem Gegenstand abgeschnitten wird,zum anderen der Gegenstand oder das Schneidmittel um eine Vorschubdistanz (29) in Transportrichtung (A) relativ zueinander bewegt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenstand und das Schneidmittel um im wesentlichen jeweils konstante Vorschubdistanzen (29) in Transportrichtung relativ zueinander bewegt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenstand (25) vor seinem Zerschneiden bezüglich der Transportrichtung ausgerichtet und/oder zentriert und/oder vermessen und/oder gewogen wird. - Vorrichtung bzw. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenstand im wesentlichen rechteckig, insbesondere quaderförmig, und/oder ein Lebensmittelprodukt, insbesondere ein Käseriegel, ist.
