Claims (19)
- Schiebetüranlage mit einem im Trägerprofil angeordneten umlaufenden Endlosriemen, mit dem obertrumseitig bzw. untertrumseitig jeweils ein Türflügel verbunden ist, und wobei die Türflügel an dem Trägerprofil gegeneinander verschiebbar gelagert sind, und eine elektrische Antriebseinheit, bestehend aus Motor mit Steuerung und Getriebe, welche mit einer der Umlenkrollen des Endlosriemens zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinheit (8) und die Umlenkrollen (17) mit dem Riemen (7) an einer Adapterschiene (9) angeordnet sind zur Bildung einer Baukomponente, wobei die Adapterschiene (9) in an der Unterseite des Trägerprofils (4) angeordneten Profilierungen (10) zur Halterung der Baukomponente einrastbar oder einklipsbar ist.
- Schiebetüranlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Adapterschiene (9) flach ausgebildet ist, wobei die vordere Seitenkante eine Nasenform (11) zur Steckhalterung der Adapterschiene (9) in eine an der Unterseite des Trägerprofils (3) angeformten Nut (12) aufweist
- Schiebetüranlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hintere Seitenkante der Adapterschiene (9) Rast- oder Klipselemente (14) aufweist, die in eine ebenfalls an der Unterseite des Trägerprofils (4) angeordnete Profilierung (10) greifen.
- Schiebetüranlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Adapterschiene (9) eine längsverlaufende Nut (15) zur Aufnahme eines Profilstabes (16) aufweist, wobei an dem senkrecht verlaufenden Schenkel die Antriebseinheit (8) mit den Umlenkrollen (17) angeordnet ist.
- Schiebetüranlage nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kasten aus drei Profilelementen (3, 4, und 22) gebildet ist, wobei ein Profilelement aus einem Basisteil (3) gebildet ist, und die beiden anderen Profilelemente als Trägerprofil (4) und Verkleidungsprofil (22) ausgebildet sind, die im montierten Zustand einen nach unten hin geöffneten Kasten bilden.
- Schiebetüranlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisteil (3) mit seinem Rücken an dem oberen querverlaufenden Hohlprofilrahmen (5) der Tür (6) befestigt ist, und wobei die nach oben weisende Kante des Basisteils (3) eine Nut (23) aufweist, in die zum Anschluß eine angeformte Hakenkante (24) an der Außenseite des Trägerprofils (4) greift.
- Schiebetürflügel nach den Ansprüchen 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trägerprofil (4) und das Verkleidungsprofil (22) aus rechtwinklig zueinander verlaufenden Teilen (4.1, 4.2) und (22.1, 22.2) bestehen, wobei das Trägerprofil (4), welches sich an das Basisprofil (3) anschließt, die Laufschiene (25) für die Türen (6) bildet und wobei das Verkleidungsprofil (22) an die Laufschiene (25) anschließt.
- Schiebetüranlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem senkrecht verlaufenden Teil (4.1) des Tragerprofils (4), welches die Laufschiene (25) bildet, eine freikragende Führungs- oder Rollbahn (26) für die Laufwagen (27) angeformt ist, und wobei an dem horizontal verlaufenden Teil (4.2) die Profilierungen (10) zur Halterung der Antriebseinheit (8) angeordnet sind.
- Schiebetüranlage nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verkleidungsprofil (22) mit seinem senkrechten Teil (22.1) die vordere Stirnwand des Kastens bildet, und wobei mit dem horizontal verlaufenden Teil (22.2) die teilweise Schließung des Kastenbodens erfolgt.
- Schiebetüranlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der horizontal verlaufende Schenkel (22.2) des Verkleidungsprofils (22) mit dem Profilstab (16) der Adapterschiene (9) verbunden ist.
- Schiebetüranlage nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profile (3, 4 und 22) aus Aluminium hergestellt sind, wobei ihre Längserstreckung mehrteilig ausgebildet sind.
- Schiebetüranlage nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Schließung des Kastenbodens an der längsverlaufenden Kante des horizontal verlaufenden Teils (22.2) vom Verlkeidungsprofil (22) ein nutförmiger Schraubkanal (35) zur Befestigung eines Verlängerungsstabes (31) angeformt ist.
- Schiebeturanlage nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verlängerungsstab (31) aus einem Hohlprofilstab (32) besteht, der mehrere nebeneinanderliegende, offene Kammern (33.1, 33.2, und 33.3) aufweist, wobei eine der Kammern (33.1) eine Öffnung aufweist, deren Öffnung entgegen der übrigen Kammern (33.2) und (33.3) ausgerichtet ist.
- Schiebetüranlge nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammern (33.1, 33.2, 33.3) im Querschnitt rechtekkig ausgebildet sind, wobei der Hohlprofilstab (32) aus zwei nebeneinander liegenden Kammern (33.2) und (33.3) mit gleicher Öffnungsnichtung besteht, an die an der einen Seite einer Kammer (33.2), die Kammer (33.1) mit entgegengesetzter Öffnungsrichtung angeformt ist, wobei an der Seite der anderen Kammer (33.3) mit gleicher Öffnungsrichtung ein Schraubkanal (34) angeformt ist.
- Schiebetüranlage nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem senkrechten Teil (4.1) des Verkleidungsprofils (22) zur schwenkbaren Halterung bzw. zur Entfernung des Verkleidungsprofils (22) eine hakenförmige Leiste (36) angeordnet ist.
- Schiebetüranlage nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß rückseitig an der Leiste (36) eine Wulst (37) angeformt ist, die in eine an der Innenseite des senkrechten Teils (4.1) längsverlaufende Nut (38) einschiebbar ist.
- Schiebetüranlage nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei auf Stoß angeordneten Trägerprofilen (4) ein Kabelführungskanal (39) angeordnet ist, der einen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei dessen Längserstreckung etwa rechtwinklig verläuft.
- Schiebetüranlage nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Basis (40) des Kanals (39) Bohrungen (41) zur Durchführung von Leitungen angeordnet sind.
- Schiebeturanlage nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Seitenwänden (42.1) und (42.2) nach außen Steckmodule (43) angeformt sind, die mit Profilierungen (44) des Trägerprofils (4) im gesteckten Zustand korrespondieren.
