Claims (10)
- Sprühanlage zum Niederschlagen von Staub, insbesondere bei Abbrucharbeiten, mit folgenden Merkmalen:eine Wasserzufuhreinrichtung (1);eine Druckluftzufuhreinrichtung (2);die Wasserzufuhreinrichtung (1) enthält einen Wasserbehälter (10), eine Wasserpumpe (13) und Leitungen (11, 14) mit darin einbezogenen Ventilen (12, 15);die Druckluftzufuhreinrichtung (2) enthält einen Kompressor (25) mit einem Antrieb (56) und Hilfseinrichtungen (65, 58) sowie eine Druckluftleitung (28);die Wasserzufuhreinrichtung (1) und die Druckluftzufuhreinrichtung (2) sind als Versorgungseinheit (50) in einem transportablen Gehäusegestell (29) untergebracht; gekennzeichnet durch folgende Ausbildung:eine Druckwasserleitung (14) und die Druckluftleitung (28) sind aus dem Gehäusegestell (29) in die Nähe einer Staubentstehungsstelle geführt, an der ein oder mehrere Düsenköpfe (80) angeordnet sind;jedem Düsenkopf (80) ist eine Mischdüse (3) zugeordnet, welche die zugeführte Druckluft als Luftstrahl formt und das Wasser dem sich bildenden Luftstrahl zuführt, so dass ein Wassernebel entsteht.
- Sprühanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einzelne Mischdüsen (3) von einer Panzerung (30) umgeben sind. - Sprühanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wasserbehälter (10) eine Heizung (18) aufweist. - Sprühanlage nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserbehälterheizung (18) einen Wärmetauscher umfaßt, der von der Abwärme des Kompressors (25) und seines Antriebs (56) gespeist wird. - Sprühanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu den Ventilen der Wasserzufuhreinrichtung (1) ein 3-Wege-Ventil (12) gehört, das die Entleerung der Druckwasserleitung (14) ermöglicht. - Sprühanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserzufuhreinrichtung (1) und die Druckluftzufuhreinrichtung (2) jeweils Durchsatzregler (15, 27) aufweisen. - Sprühanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäusegestell (29) als fahrbare Einschubeinrichtung ausgebildet ist, um an eine mobile Abbruchmaschine angebaut zu werden. - Sprühanlage nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäusegestell (29) eine Luftfiltereinrichtung (63, 64) enthält, die mit Luftfiltern (65, 66) des Kompressors (25) und des Antriebs (56) verbunden ist. - Sprühanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserzufuhreinrichtung (1) eine Dosiereinrichtung (16) für Entspannungsmittel (17) enthält. - Sprühanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischdüse (3) einen Einsatzkörper (34) aufweist, um den ein ringförmiger Hohlraum (37) gebildet ist, der zu einem Ansaugspalt (44) führt, daß der Einsatzkörper (34) einen Dichtbund (36) zur Abgrenzung eines Wasserzufuhrraumes (37) von einem Druckluftzufuhrraum (38) aufweist,
daß eine Gehäuseabdichteinrichtung (35) für den Einsatzkörper (34) vorgesehen ist und
daß der Einsatzkörper (34) in axialer Richtung der Mischdüse (3) gegenüber einem feststehenden Düsenkörper (43) verstellbar ist, um die Weite des Ansaugspaltes (44) einzustellen.
